Enduser doc and training material

Hi Gurus,
i m working on BI-CRM project and my role is to prepare enduser doc and training material for BI reports .project in now in realization stage.Can any one advise me how to prepare the these documents?

End user training would always be in the reporting area, so it doesn't matter which module u deal with. the user doc depends upon the complexity of the query u have and the SAP understanding of the power users .. so it differs from client to cleint ... make sure you have the basic stuff included, variables, restrictions, personalization

Babu,
That depends on the business functions that must be performed by the endusers. I usually focus on business tasks, rather than software functionality.
When I conduct enduser training, I usually spend a week or two interviewing several Key users about their day-to-day activities. Once I understand how they will be using DP, I then prepare the most common scenarios in a sandbox. Then, I produce step-by-step instruction documents, usually containing screen prints, for each task they will be performing. During the class, I go through each business task one-by-one, in a real system, filling in details and theory verbally, while they read along in their written manuals. I put very little technical info in the enduser docs, since that type of information should already exist in the technical specs that should be on file with the IT group.

Goto SAP Netweaver> Information Integration>BW>BPS
To get a SEM oriented perspective, you can visit service.sap.com/sem; documentation on SEM-BPS is available there
Also, in help.sap.com....... if you go to mySAP ERP ; you can goto SEM and refer the BPS details there
From my experience if you are looking at help while doing hands on ...... help.sap can prove to be a handful

yes he meant the exact same thing which you have understood my friend, you can have any sales document number with you f& rom that you can trace all the documents relavant to that, say you have inquiry which lead to quotation then to order, delivery, invoice & finally the accounting document so by simply entering VA13 you will get the inquiry display screen where you enter your inquiry number & click on the document flow, you will get all the details which i just mentioned, double click on the particular document number which you want to see in details

I've tried lot many tutorials online, but cannot find a real good one.

As far as documentation vs examples, that depends on the individual.
The Spring documentation is quite large, but Spring itself is very modular. So you can pretty much get away with reading the pieces you need when you need them and ignoring the rest.
Start with inversion of control until you feel you understand the concept. At its core, the idea is simple. Suppose you have a business class, FooService, and it needs to utilize BarService to implement its business logic. The non-Spring way would be to have the FooService class be responsible for getting an instance of BarService. The Spring way is for FooService to have a setter to be given an instance of BarService:
public class FooServiceImpl implements FooService
    private BarService barService;
    public void setBarService(BarService barService) { this.barService = barService; }
}Then the Spring container is used to "wire together" the instances:

    <bean id="barService" class="BarServiceImpl" />
    <bean id="fooService" class="FooServiceImpl">
        <property name="barService" ref="barService" />
    </bean>
</beans>Note the advantage when using the classes in different contexts, e.g. unit testing vs production.
If I were you, I would take the sample app you have already done with JSF and try to integrate Spring into it. Move all the business logic into beans in the Spring container while keeping the view logic in the JSF layer.
