Enhace IE36 to include additional field

Hi
I need to enahnce sap standard report for Vehicle Listing IE36/IE37 to include custodian info (Personall No and Name) at INPUT and OUTPUT.
Custodian information is enter via custom transaction and display in equipment master under partner "custodian".
IE36 report only display customer number. and in my case not all personell number are created as customers. so user have requested to include custodian detail into ie36 report.
What would be the best solution?
1- a complete new report or
2- is there any way to enhace this report to I can include personell no?name fields are input and out of the report

If you dont want to go for any enhancement, you can use some of the text fileds available while creating the master itself, where you can provide the user details which can be used for the said purpose. There are text fileds available in many TABS 'Location', 'Organisation', 'structure', Veh ID measurment etc

Hi,
I would recommend you to have a custom report to cater to this requirement. Today you have put a new data field through enhancement, tomorrow client may come with a new requirement so it will be difficult to include them in standard reports. Creating a custom report should suffice your need.

Adding Additional field "Supplier name" & "Supplier No" in MB5B Report?

Can i add the above stated two additional fields in the standard report of MB5b, is there any implicit enhancement in the standard report which can help achieve my objective?

limited to MSEG, just as you can see in the text of the
report RM07MLBD_CUST_FIELDS itself:

the following fields are not shown in the list of report

If you want to insert some of these fields in the list of the
hidden fields delete the '*' in the type definition.

If you need to add aditional information from other tables, like the

Hi,
this is decribed explicitely and detailed in the WIKI entry Include additional fields in Standard Fixed Asset ALV reports.
That´s much faster then enhancing the report. Further more you would still operate on a standard report, not a copy based on the standard report.

Here are general instructions for adding new fields to the dynamic selection:
1) Call Transaction SE36
2) Enter logical database DDF, KDF or SDF (for FBL5N, FBL1N, FLB3N)
3) Menu -> Extras -> selection views
4) Here you can find 2 origins of the view (SAP and CUS).
   The standard view SAP is used. Create your own using view CUS. First copy the view SAP.
   On the left side are the functional groups.
   01 Customer master => fields from table KNA1
   02 Company code     => fields from table KNB1
   03 Documents        => fields from table BSID
Only those fields from these tables can be used for dynamic selection
5) To get another field from e.g. table KNB1 for the dynamic    selection double click on the right side on
    table KNB1. The field in the lower area will be changed. Search for the desired field and enter a 03
    in front of the field. Save.
6) Test in your report.
Note: Not every table and field can be used as dynamic selection. It is also necessary that the report
           allows selection for that field."
Furthermore I suggest You to have a look at the note number 310886 that can be useful.

Permitted tables:
KNA1, KNB1: All fields are permitted that are contained in the VF_DEBI view. If necessary, you have to
                     include additional fields in the view fields category using Transaction SE11.

InfoSet: Additional Field Logic

Hi,
I am very new to infosets, queries and SAP in general to be honest. So I apologise in advance for asking such a simple question.
I currently have an infoset that works as expected, which also includes additional fields. I would like to enhance this infoset by creating another additional field that derives it's value from comparing the values in a field from a table in the infoset and another additional field that has already been created and populated.
To put this into some context: I need to populate an additional field called:CHANGE_DATE by selecting the MAX value between the date from the table AUFK-AEDAT with another additional Field (c_change_date) - which is already populated using a select Into statement in the record processing section. I was expecting to code an IF statement or CASE statement but I am not sure where it would go.
Any help regarding this problem would be greatly appreciated.

E-Recruiting - additional fields in BSP vs. WDA

Good morning!
After searching high and low and not finding an answer, I would like to ask the experts this question.
For the BSP candidate pages we were able to include additional fields via the customer include tables in selected HRPnnnn tables.
The new fields were automatically added to the respective screen.
Now that SAP is replacing the BSP with WDA, how are the additional field customer includes being used? Or is there a complete different way to add your own fields to the candidate profile screens?

Hi,
As of now, the custom fields automatically being displayed on screen is available only with BSP.
The WDA screens are available for extrenal & internal candidates. You can craete your Z fields in cutomer include in the respective infotypes. The WDA developer will ahve to explicitly put the UI elements on the relevant screens & map them to these Z fields. We had a similar requirement & we have done this in this way.

Additional field e.g P.O Number field is to be included in AS03

In the Asset master under the tab origin data section, Additional field viz. P.O Number field is to be included, which can link data from MM Module to Asset module for deriving the figures related to quantity, Amount and asset Name. such as the following :
     PO No:- when any PO No is written in the given field it can link to MM
     Material No u2013 Material no from MM Module
     Quantity    - Unit/No of Asset from MM Module
     Name- Asset Name from MM Module
     Business Area u2013 BA from MM module
Is this purely the work of the ABAPer....Is there any other field where we can get those data related to MM module in this transaction code itself..

Hi Arvind,
There is no link between Asset and PO. The reason is that you can have more then 1 PO's for 1 asset!
When you use the transaction AW01N - Asset Explorer you can found the postings on the asset.
In the tab origin there are text fields you can use to put in manual the PO number.
Think about that asset is master data (like a G/L Account) and that the values are postings. (postings don't change the master data)
When you use investent manegement the asset/AUC will be updated in the tab Origin with the internal order/ wbs element number.

I think you need to show more programs.
you said, the report program is 'RHXPE_EXPIRED_QUALI', but you upload 'rhpk_find_pers_with_expired_qu' program.
usually, ALV field is modifyed in 'PERFORM fieldcatalog_modify', if you use Functional ALV.
Try to search 'fieldcatalog function', you will find easy.

Additional Field in standard maintenance view

Hi Experts,
I would like to add an additional field plant in maintenance view V_TKZU3_CO (SPRO PATH: Controlling --> Product cost controlling -->Product cost planning --> Basic settings for material costing -->Overhead -->Define costing sheets ).
What I'm planning to do is to modify the standard maintenance view V_TKZU3_CO and regenerate the table maintenance generator so that the new field will be added and populate a ztable a copy of table TKZU3 + plant...
However what I'm afraid of is when I regenerated the table maintenance generator using the standard function group OCOE, it might impact some other standard object included..
Do you have any idea on how can I add the additional field without modifying the standard? Or if I will apply the standard modification I'm planning.. what are the possible impacts?

How to add Additional fields in standard SAP Report RMCLOBJVN ,TCODE CL6BN

i am facing problem in Report RMclobjvn , TCODE is CL6BN
i have to add some additional fields on the result screen.
but when i search inside the report i could not retrieve any user exits but through a search utility i got 4 user exits of which 2 seem to be useful.these are
Exit name
CLCLRS01 Additional Fields on the Result Screen
CLCLRS02 Fill the Additional Fields on the Result Screen
i activated the these exits and have tried putting in break point in side the include.
But the problem is this that
[b]that CL6BN Tcode is not triggering anyhow these userexits.
does anyone has any solution for adding the additional fields.

You can do it in two ways using append structure or include structure of that standard table.
once you added , you need to adjust it and activate using the menu utilities->data base utulity-> Activate and Adjust .

Additional field in ME2L and ME2M

Hi,
Following is the requirement,
would it be possible to add the field LABNR of table MEPO1334 in these
reports ? We use this field in the Purchase Order with the order
acknowledgement number and it makes sense to show it also in a query as
an overview.

Hi,
You can write your own Z program by copying the standard program
and include the field LABNR for output to meet your requirments.
Otherwise the field can be included in the ALV lists by enlarging of the structure 'MEREP_OUTTAB_PURCHDOC' in the transaction SE11 additional EKPO fields. In the standard such an extension is, however, currently not intended.

Additional field in cProjects

Dear All,
How can i bring customer field in cProjects 4.0.
My users want four extras field which is not available in cProjects.
We have done following things
1.                   As per SAP Note : 947936 in PLM server
2                  Go to SPRO->SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> Collaboration Projects -> Collaboration Projects -> Define Field Groups for customer fields
3.                   Object Type: DPO (Project Definition)
4.                   Field Group ID: (ID) eg ZTAB_DPO
5                   Field Group Name: This will appear as the text on the TAB & make sure active check box is checked.
6                  Select the entry made above and double click on u201CCustomer Fields for Field Groupu201D.
7               Customer Field will be the additional fields that you have added in the customer include in the table DPR_TS_PROJECT_EXTENDED_ATTR / dpr_projects
8              Select Mode and Field Type & make sure active check box is checked.
9               Double click on the folder u201CField Group as per Project Typeu201D & click on new entries.
10               Select the project Type for which you want the tab to be displayed
Object Type: DPO (Project definition)
Field Group ID (ZTAB_DPO) & make sure active check box is checked.

Hi Ravindra,
there is one more step that needs to be done in the customizing:
You have to set up a field control for your customer fields (IMG activity 'Set Up Field Control'). Here you define the conditions when these fields are displayed, hidden etc...
If you have no field control, these fields will be always hidden.
Please do not change the standard field control 0SAP but rather copy it to your own and adapt it according to your needs. Please refer also to the available IMG documentation.
Afterwards, this field control needs to be assigned to your project type (IMG 'Define Project Types').
