Enhancement in Module getting the message 'Statement is not accessible.'

Hi All,
I have a requirement in ME11/12/13 Info record. I have to put a check on 'Minimum order quantity' field and throw a message if it is blank. So i tried to create the Implicit enahncement in program SAPMM06I and screen number 102 inside MODULE CHECK_MANDATORY_FIELDS. After endmodule there is a place where we can do the implicit enahcement. i tried to create the same but will activating i am getting an error 'Statement is not accessible.'
Is it because i am writing the implicit enhancement in module pool??? please help me out because i have to display the message at eine-minbm field 'Minimum Quantity'.

I think a module should be placed in the enhancement and called elsewhere.

Trash the preference files while application is NOT Running.
Easiest way to find out if this is the problem is by:
• Create a new User-Account
• Log out of Your old one and into this
• Re-try iMovie
If it now works OK - then 99.9% the problem is iMovie pref. file that needs to be trashed.

Are you seeing this problem since first launch of PSE13 after installation or recently?
Please try:
Keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed while launching PSE13 Editor and click OK on the dialog that comes next.

Please repost in the Final Cut Pro forum. Have you considered upgrading your machine, if you are still running Leopard your machine may be as old as 5 years old. While this should not matter you probably won't get the performance you want out of a demanding app like FCP.

Try this:
1. Close all inactive apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo.
