Enrollment issues after Benefits Configuration Changes

Two of our Disability plans will no longer need to use Cost Groupings as a variant because all enrollees will have the same rates. I changed the configuration 'Define Cost Variants' screen (which has no effective date) to reflect this and added a new cost rule with a blank cost group effective 1/1/2011. All of the existing cost groups for this plan are now delimited as of 12/31/2010.
When we try to enroll employees in these plans for 1/1/2011 Annual Enrollment, the results are inconsistent. For some employees, the plans just don't show up on the enrollment screen. For those who are currently in the plans, the plan shows up, but if you try to enroll them, you receive this error message 'No entry for plan LTD1 / cost variant FINS / key //////0000000000000'.  If I change the enrollment date to 1/2/2011, the error goes away.
For employees where the plan does show up, and they have never been enrolled in the plan, the enrollment works fine for 1/1/2011.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

hello,
I have seen this error before and it was usually linked to incorrect configuration.
You should check your feature CSTV1 Cost grouping and make sure it returns the correct entry for the employee
Hope this help
Sarah

  • Default interface reset issue after ISE configuration

    Hi,
    We're testing VOIP phones with ISE. ISE detects the phones by MAB and places them in our Voice VLAN with a DACL for security, this works fine.
    After the tests I configured the port to a non ISE port (default interface) and added the normal working configuration.
    Result is that the IP phone doesn't get an IP address. If I plug the same phone on a different interface on the same switch it's working again.
    I have no idea why this strange behavior occurs, maybe someone can help me out.
    Thanks, Michael

    A reboot solves the problem temporary, so it looks like the running switch holds back some old configuration until a reboot

  • Issue after cluster ip change

    I changed the ip address on both the servers of a cluster running version 3.2, and everything seems to be working fine, except for the fact that a virtual nic is automatically created with one of the old IP's, the weirdest thing is that server 2 is the one creating the virtual nic with the old ip for server one, I double checked the configuration and nothing seems wrong to me, what could I be missing?
    The old ifconfig output for server 2 was:

    The ip address on interface e1000g0:2 used to be on server 1, even if i do an unplumb it gets created again.

    Thanks for the reply, the netmasks file was modified when I did the IP change, this my actual file on both servers:
    # The netmasks file associates Internet Protocol (IP) address
    # masks with IP network numbers.
    # network-number netmask
    # The term network-number refers to a number obtained from the Internet Network
    # Information Center.
    # Both the network-number and the netmasks are specified in
    # "decimal dot" notation, e.g:
    # 128.32.0.0 255.255.255.0
    10.212.75.0 255.255.255.192
    Any other suggestions?

  • Airport card not picking up any signals after IP configuration changed

    Just had cable internet installed in my apartment, and in the course of setting up the IP configuration for the built-in ethernet connection, my airport card has stopped recognizing wireless networks in my building. Before I changed these settings, the card was working, and there are several networks in the building that it recognized. Now, it recognizes none. The menu appears in the top bar, and I can turn the airport on and off, but it simply is not picking up any signals whatsoever.
    I have tried a handful of tactics, including changing the Airport TCP/IP configuration in several different ways, rebooting several times, and even removing and reinserting the Airport card.
    For info: I'm using an iBook G3 with OS 10.2.8. (I know, pretty old, but it's still chugging along...)
    Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

    Not sure. What's strange is that the very same computer was picking up signals (not accessing them b/c they were all password protected), recognizing networks in the area at least, before I played with the other IP configuration settings. Now it picks up none. It shows that there are none in the area, even though I know that there are.
    Also, often, when I click on the Airport icon in the menu bar, the computer hangs for up to a minute before the menu actually pops up.
    I have an Airport Express unit that I have hooked up to the cable modem, and my Airport card won't even recognize that signal. I'm just not sure what I changed that made it go haywire. I've been using this computer on wireless networks for the entire time I've owned it. Never had this problem before yesterday.
    Thanks for any additional suggestions anyone can offer.

  • Voicemail Issues after phone number change

    I recently changed my phone number.  I programmed the phone per the directions provided and I had to manually go in and update the speed dial for #1 so it would dial my new number.  The issue is, if I receive a voicemail, I get the "Listen" link on the screen.  If I click that link, it still dials my old number.  I have looked through the owner's manual and through the online info on the site but have not found any way to fix this issue.
    Can anyone help me figure this out??!?!!?

  • Issues after apple id change

    I used to have a non-email apple id from 2005 till couple of weeks back. Then when I tried to upgrade to iOS 5, the system forced me to create an Apple ID that is a working email address. So I usded the same email that was connected to my original ID, to be my new Apple ID. Now there seem to be some problem of updating my already bought apps. When ever I try to install an update on an app, it prompts me to enter password for my old apple ID...even though in iTunes I am logged in using my new apple ID.
    Anybody faced a similar issue and any suggestions?

    You should define your old email address that you used for iTunes in Settings > App Store
    You would use the iCloud ID under Settings > iCloud

  • Internal Order type - Configuration change

    Hi
    I have created an Internal Order type in January and we have create internal orders under that order type in our production server and have used those as well.
    I want to remove the revenue posting tick which has been allowed in this order type which was done at the time when the order type was created.
    If I remove the revenue posting setting now, do i need to replace the internal orders which has been created under that order type with new ones after the configuration change? OR will the entries posted earlier (before the configuration change) work according to the old order type settings and will the order work according to the new settings after the change date?
    Thanks
    Trishan

    Hi,
    Don't you know if there is any program that updates the old order master data, according to posterior changes in the order type?
    Thanks. Best regards,
    Cátia

    I'm not sure that Lion AutoSave feature apply to network servers.
    I'm just sure that the Versions feature doesn't.

    I am having issues after installing Essbase V9.3.1 and configuring the SQL interface. we are using UNIX/AIX box for our Essbase server and UDB DB2 9.1 SP6 as our SQL Interface.

    I had similar errors when first setting up the SQL interface. Are you on a 64 bit operating system on the essbase server? If so Essbase needs to use the 32 bit odbc driver, not the default 64 bit driver.
    The 32 bit driver is still available here SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe <-----This is the 32 bit (Use)
    The Administrative tools by default uses system32\odbcad32.exe <----This is the 64 bit (Don't Use)
    Once I opened the 32 bit driver interface directly and set it up the errors went away.

    Hello, jld1956.
    Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
    I see you are having an issue with the Facebook application.  I would first start with forcing all open applications to close and restart the device.  If the issue persists, try the troubleshooting steps in the article below.  You also may want to reach out to the developer of the application as well.

  • Configuration archive after configuration change

    Hello,
    I'm assuming this can work with switches, routers, and controllers. I'm running PI 2.1 and am trying to get the configuration archive functionality working. I have both of these options checked under System Settings > Configuration Archive:
    :: Archive configuration out-of-box
    :: Archive configuration on receiving configuration change events
    On the IOS device, these settings were configured for syslog/snmp:
    logging buffered 100000
     no logging event link-status
    logging trap notifications
    logging facility local6
    logging source-interface Loopback0
    logging <Prime IP>
    snmp-server community ***** RW 13
    snmp-server enable traps config
    snmp-server enable traps syslog
    snmp-server host <Prime IP> version 2c *****
    I do not see any syslog messages in PI under alarms/alerts and the configuration never gets archived. I haven't run tcpdump yet to determine if PI is receiving these traps but I was hoping it was something simple I was overlooking. Thanks for any assistance that can be provided.

    Thank you for the reply. To answer your question, yes. Community information matches with PI credentials.
    I actually did get it to work yesterday. I did original testing on a 1921 router which is still not working, but when I tried configuring the same information on some switches (3750's) it worked. I thought routers would be configured the same - are there hardware limitations to this?
    I look in the built-in CLI template 'Configure Logging' in PI and it only has switches and WLCs as available devices to push out to but I don't know what to make of it.

  • Issue in SFTP configuration in FTP adapter (Oracle SOA 10.1.3.3)

    Hi,
    We are trying to connect FTP adapter to SFTP server and have made all the necessary configuration changes required to $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/oc4j_soa/application-deployments/default/FtpAdapter/oc4j-ra.xml. Following properties are updated in this file.
    <config-property name="host" value="sftp.server.ip.address"/>
    <config-property name="port" value="22"/>
    <config-property name="username" value="userID"/>
    <config-property name="password" value="passwd"/>

    <config-property name="preferredCipherSuite" value="blowfish-cbc"/>

  • [Solved] Overheating/fan/sensors issues after kernel updates

    Hi all,
    I realise there has been a bit of correspondence on this already.  I'm after some advice for my specific situation:
    1. My laptop is an acer aspire 5315.  I has well understood overheating issues that arrise due to BIOS problems
    2. Fan control and temperature reporting worked perfectly with kernel 2.6.30, stopped working with 2.6.31 - I assume due to the well documented changes made in that release.  The temperature only seems to be read once - at boot.  sensors never reports a change after that; if the temperature is cold at boot the fan never get switched on.  Unfortunately this happens most often.
    3. I tried setting the recommended kernel option (can't relocate the post now).  It didn't help :-?
    4. I have tried upgrading the BIOS but the distribution from acer is a windows executable (won't run under freeDOS) and I do not have windows installed on this PC (not game to try under wine).
    5. I re-installed the old kernel from my pacman cache only to find that my wireless no longer works (fan works just fine though).
    I'm now totally stumped :-/
    I'd like to update my bios and go with the latest kernel but can't see a way without installing windows.
    This might be fixed in an ubuntu kernel release (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … bug/453700) but I'd prefer not to do that switch... perhaps the same fix is coming to arch?
    I'd accept having to pin the kernel to an earlier version but neet to get the wireless working.
    help...
    edit:
    I've now managed to get the kernel backdated correctly (so that wireless works as well as the fan) by re-installing the kernel and firmware together.
    Have configured pacman to igmore future kernel updates
    If anyone has any suggestions on howto update my bios I'd be very greatful.

    Hi,
    Got exactly the same issue, after running for a while laptop justs goes off... going to try to regress kernel until issue is resolved
    BIOS update does sound a bit extreme
