You need to reset the password for the "old" account, and then use that to turn off iCloud. Then you will be able to sign in with your new ID.
You can reset your password at iForgot.apple.com.
If you don't know the answers to the security questions, you will need to start there.

I use only support.mozilla.org and never used any other websites. However, the same problem here. My ID and Password are not accepted. Had to create a new account with a temporary email to use Support - it would not allow me to use my main email, because "it is used by another account". Try to reset password - receive no email (even though there is a confirmation on the website that email to reset password has been sent). At the same time can easily receive a confirmation about User ID and account activation. Thus, the account is completely locked, and I can not use my email address for a new one. Please fix this problem.

The troubleshooting steps detailed below can help get you connected to your iPhone's personal hostpot.
Basic troubleshooting
See if your iOS device, computer, and wireless plan all meet the system requirements for Personal Hotspot.
Make sure Personal Hotspot is on: Tap Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.
Check the Internet connection on your iOS device: Tap Safari and load a new webpage.
If one connection type doesn't work, try another. For example, instead of connecting using Wi-Fi, use USB or Bluetooth.
Turn Personal Hotspot off and on: Tap Settings > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot.

Steps to be followed:
1. Use the unlock code posted above to enter the BIOS

Caps Lock Won't Disengage - Cannot Enter Admin Password

I was using email when my Caps lock key would not longer disengage. Believing that I had hit a combination of keys that had somehow bypassed the caps lock key and locked caps, I restarted.
Restart was slow and included a grey bar scale on the bottom of the boot screen that I have not seen before.
After restart, the log on screen came up in 'Safe Boot' mode.
My password is an all lower case sequence and my caps key is still locked on restart (reboot now?)
I can't enter my password.
What can I do?

The 'shift' key was physically stuck. I was unprepared for this as I never eat or drink at the computer. But, it seems to have something in there regardless.

I just purchased the IPad 2 and now when I purchase apps from the App store it says waiting and then dissapears. I have checked for updates and all apps are undated as well as my ios 5. I have turned off the power and reset the system and still nothing.

Is my power supply killing the system?

In my first attempt to build a system i used a coolermaster centurion case with a 350W powersupply.
K8N Neo Platinum, with a 2800 chip and a gig (2x 512) of micron ram( that tested zero errors with memtest over a 24 hour period).
I have an 80 gig WD stat(not raptor) adn 15 gig wd ide, a liteon DVDrom and a Maddog DVDRW.
I just put in a Xtasy 9600XT 256meg.
Since the beginning i have though this system has run slow. I just came back here to check and saw a thread about PSU's.
Could this be my problem?

What do you mean with slow? Are you sure that you have problems to begin with?
I would start with doing some benchmarks (Sandra, 3dMark) to see if it is the computer, or just your expectations Benchmarks are free, PSUs are not. Unless the PSU is really 'borderline", an increase in performance is not to be expected from swapping PSUs! For your present configuration this PSU is likely to be OK.
I take it that you did install the chipset drivers, and that your memory settings are correct.
I would not expect great performance from a 9600XT, btw ... Maybe your money is better spent on a better video card. When you do serious upgrades, then be aware of the fact that soon your PSU might become the actual bottleneck
As for the suggestion below to flash the BIOS: unless you plan serious overclocking, the BIOS will have no measurable influence on performance. If the system is stable now, there is no gain in flashing.
