Enter service employee grp error in service ticket

Hi Forum,
We are working on CRM 5.0 SP 7,IC WebClient and have implemented the BAdi "CRM_SERVICEPROD_BADI" for assigning the 'Investigation' service product in the background whenever the service ticket is created. So the service product is assigning in the background everytime the ticket is created and at the same time we have the following errors in the ticket:
"Enter Service Employee Group"
"Enter the unit of measure"
Please guide.
Shridhar

Hi,
Please remove the Service Employee Group partner function from the Transaction type TSRV(Default) - if you have used the default transaction (TSRV) in Business Transaction profile attached to the ICWEBCLIENT PROFILE.
ICWEBCLIENT PROFILE ---> Business Transaction --->dependent transaction
Go to the Transaction type >Partner function->remove the Service employee Group Partner function.
That should do it ..
Cheers!!

  • The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) ...

    Hi,
I have promoted a new server to be a third DC.
All seems ok, replication, dns, etc are working properly but after the boot in the system event log I see those errors:
    Log Name: System
    Source: Microsoft-Windows-Eventlog
    Date: 25.5.2012 14:32:15
    Event ID: 23
    Task Category: Service startup
    Level: Error
    Keywords: Service availability
    User: LOCAL SERVICE
    Computer: dc3.x.x
    Description:
The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) while initializing logging resources for channel Microsoft-Windows-API-Tracing/Operational.
and then for about 40 Microsoft channels:
The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) while initializing logging resources for channel Microsoft-Windows-AppID/Operational.
The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) while initializing logging resources for channel Microsoft-Windows-AppLocker/EXE and DLL.
The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) while initializing logging resources for channel Microsoft-Windows-AppLocker/MSI and Script.
The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) while initializing logging resources for channel Microsoft-Windows-Audio/CaptureMonitor.
The event logging service encountered an error (res=5) while initializing logging resources for channel Microsoft-Windows-Security-Configuration-Wizard/Operational.
    etc...
There is no error event before those event id 23
    Any idea?
    Thank you

Have you checked the path of the System event log? Something similar happened to me once, turned out the log file was corrupted. I updated the path and created a new evt which solved the issue for me.
    Hopefully this helps:

  • Online Services Encounters and Error

    Hello,
I'm running PE 12 and have successfully uploaded multiple videos to Vimeo this month, but the past two days I receive an error message "online services encountered and error. the service will now be terminated or paused if possible".
Is there an update or something I'm missing?
    Thank you!
    Kelly

    Kelly,
When you use Publish+Share/Social Websites/Vimeo, you bypass the steps of having to save your Timeline to a file and then upload that file to Vimeo at the Vimeo web site and your Vimeo account. Instead, the Timeline content is processed and uploaded to Vimeo from the program, using your Vimeo account.
With these longer times, check out the computer settings to assure that the computer does not go to sleep.
At this point, I can only speculate why the longer upload times
    a. Vimeo problems - traffic or otherwise
    b. Any chance that latest upload has some differences than earlier ones, effects applied such as Video Stablilizer
    c. Generalized Internet Connection Problem
    d. Any multitasking
    e. Any pile up of Premiere Elements preview files, conformed audio, conformed video that might impact performance of Premiere Elements and computer
Do you still have any of the project.prels whose Timeline uploads were characterized by shorter upload times to Vimeo from Publish+Share/Social Websites/Vimeo. You could try the upload again for one of these projects.
If you exported this current Timeline to file and uploaded it at the Vimeo web site, is the expected upload time still 5 hours?
Please review the above and then we can decide what next.
    Thanks.

  • Error in Service desk message

    Hi
I am facing one error in Service desk related to message text .
Some of the characters of message entered by the customer is getting truncated when we see the message details in the transaction data tab in the service desk. Due to this we are not getting the full description of the support message.
Is any note is available for this?
    Best regards
    Sarang

    Hi
Please find the reply in Bold :
What Sol Man release are you workin on?
    SAP Solution Manager 4.0
What kind of characters get truncated?
General message characters (English alphabets)... is this because of length constraint?
Are you working on a unicode system?
    Yes
Does this happen while creating messages from a satellite system or from within Sol Man?
When user creates messge in SAP ECC 6.0 , then the sme of the last characters of each row gets truncated.
    Best regards

  • Service entry sheet error

    Hello All
Service Po is created with one line item & four sub service line item details ( for Services PO cost center, GL account, Fund & fund centre is given ) During the making Service entry sheet getting error " Error in account coding allocation"
Please suggest what could be reason for the above error
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Rajesh

    Hi,
    please kindly check the notes:
561466  Service account assignment is lost
809317  EXIT_SAPLMLSK_001: Customer data not correctly adopted
1087090 Error in accounting when exit EXIT_SAPLMLSK_001 is active
The cause for "SE508" can be also if there is an inconsistency in the tables ESLL and ESKL: the  field 'LOEKZ' has been set in the table ESKL for the PO service accounting information, but it does not reflect in the table ESLL for the same service lines. I would recommend you to check the deletion flag in both tables for the services in the PO item.
If the problem still exists, please open a SAP ticket.
    Regards,

    Hi Venkat,
According to your description, you come across an error when starting Reporting Services.
In your scenario, I would like to know if you have installed other SQL Server instance on the same machine before. Please check the SKU of installed Reporting Services in Reporting Service logs. Please refer to this article:
How to: Detect Version Information (Reporting Services).
The configuration error generally is caused by that the rsreportserver.config file has been modified unexpectedly or some settings are misconfigured. Please check the configuration file and compare it to other SSRS configuration file, make sure all settings
is correct. Please refer to this article:
FAQ: How do I solve the issue - The configuration file contains an element that is not valid.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

Updating system with pacman didn't solve it.
Did I miss something out while migrating to systemd, is it a problem with SLiM or user session maybe ? Do you guys have any ideas where to start ? Thanks.

  • U201CERROR: Service Employee is not created as a resource in the WFM Coreu201D

    Hi Gurus,
I am trying to implement Workforce Management System for resource allocation. I had done all standard configurations but, while running resource allocation tools CRM _DWP system is flashing an u201CERROR: Service Employee is not created as a resource in the WFM Coreu201D.
Please help me out how to rectify this error.
    Regards
    Neeraj

I´m pretty sure you have created a employee - master record.
Now you have also to create a service agreement for this employee. This has to be a working-time-based agreement, which means you have to maintain the regular working time e.g.
monday to friday every day 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Do you have access to an IDES-System CRM 2007? If yes open employee "Lou Windham" as example.
    Hope this helps.
    Best regards
    Manfred

  • HP Web Services Setup - Connection error. Check Internet connection.

I am trying to enable HP Web Services but Connection error. Check Internet connection. .
I use static ip with Preferred DNS Address: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and it does not work.
I changed to DHCP also it does not work.
I have a ZTE home modem router connected to the printer.
    This question was solved.
    View Solution.

    Hi MaBek,
Can you check if your printers IP address is valid.
If you have a laptop or PC connected to the same network, open a browser and type the IP address in the address bar and hit enter.
This should open a Embedded web Server page if the IP address is valid.
Here you can navigate to Web Services tab and click on enable to enable web services.
    Regards,
    Oliver

Sorry didnt post everything for the sake of space
I just ended up using .NET to deal with the service..CF just didnt even recognize the url as a valid web service let alone care if I was passing arguments to it.
On a side note, CF admin doesnt recognize the url as a web service and dreamweaver doesnt recognize the url as a web service either.

I think is a authorization problem but I have role to read and write in service registry. I can see this error in Service Registry Trace
Invalid Response code (401). Server [http://xxxxxx:50000/uddi/api/publish/] returned message [Unauthorized].
Any idea? Maybe the user you have to fill in Service Registry Configuration Wizard?

    Hi,
It looks like you are missing some Services Registry preconfiguration. Please find a description how to configure the Services Registry under the SAP Help document below:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce711/helpdata/en/47/d391d7b8fc3c83e10000000a42189c/frameset.htm
There is also a wizard that you can use for this purpose:

    Hope this helps,
