Entered wrong email setting up my ipad, now i cant get it to do anything

while setting up my ipad i mispelled my email address now I cant get it do anything, email, web, etc.

Use the settings app to erase all content and settings. Then set up your iPad again as new.

    The screen "Create Apple ID" is for users without an Apple ID (or someone who has forgotten their password).  Since you do not want to create a new Apple ID, you are on the wrong screen. 
    Go back to the Sign-In screen and then sign-in with your Apple ID (or start over).  The sign-in screen will have both fields to input:  Apple ID and then Password.  The Password screen may be a secondary screen after you input ID and hit Enter.
    Hopefully, your further forays into the Land of iPad will not be as disconcerting as your beginning.  I was also new to Apple (three years ago with the first iPad).  It was a bit aggravating at first, however, now we own multiple Apple computers, peripherals and IOS devices (iPads,iPhone,Apple TV) and really appreciate the functionality and usability.

    Hi, i went to sync and back up my iphone 3GS as i ahve done many times before, it encountered an OS problem and put the phone into a restore mode. Now i havnt had this happen before, it has the USB cord with itunes logo on screen, cant get the phone to do anything else. When i plug it in it says i have to restore.. But will i then as i suspect loose my 600 new work photos, data, games progress, work notes, new contacts etc as i suspect i will? please someone tell me no and there is something i can do to avoid this.

    The data is already gone. You have no choice but to restore.

    Connect the iPod to yur syncing computer and restore the iPod via iTunes.. If it asks for the passcode and you can't enter it, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod.  For recovery mode see:

    You will have to contact the previous owner and ask him/her to remove the iPad from their account, he/she is the only person that can do it : Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account - you won't be able to use the iPad until they do so.

    Call Apple Customer Relations (1-800) 275-2273.  Wait for a human to come on the line and ask politely and firmly that you want to be transferred over to the Customer Relations department.

    Try resetting.
    Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

BTW--I am using the mini dvi to hdmi adapter in case that was unclear.

    Since you say that the same connectors work on your other TV is suggests that the fault is not in the connectors but your Vizio TV.  I would check the settings on the Vizio TV.  Verify that is is set to receive HDMI input.  Perhaps you or some one else has inadvertently changed them.  Pressing the wrong buttons on a remote control device can do that.  (I am assuming no changes were made in SYSTEM PREFERENCES>DISPLAYS)
