Entering "My Info" freezes Siri

When I try to enter "My Info" nothing happens. The application stops responding.
My iPhone is in Dutch, but I also tried setting it to English.

My Phone app and Contacts app stopped responding also.
I tried a hard reset, restore, setup as new phone, etc.
I've been looking two days to solve this!
It turned out not all contacts where syncing with iCloud.
When I opened such a missing contact in Outlook, it showed an invalid category; just a bunch of characters.
I removed all categories from Outlook, and now everything works fine!

Yes I am saving creation date. The only thing that I am confused on is flagging the record when the date is considered old. DO i have to constantly run a program checking for old dates? What if i run this program every minute. What happens if the data is crucial and if its an old date , it shouldnt even show for the minute in which the purge program hasnt run yet.
My example used hours, but what about using minutes and seconds.
I guess could add lets say 32 hours, 5 minutes to the creation date in the file. If its greater than now, dont show. Then run a purge program every couple of hours to get rid of the old data to speed up processing.
I think I just figured this out, but I am willing for any more input.

Go to your Contacts app, put your info in then go to Settings > General > Siri > My Info and choose your info from your contacts app.

How do I re-enter login info for web sites into the auto fill feature?

When I first got my iPhone 4 I was asked if I wanted to save the login info for the sites I need to visit. This was very convenient. But Inhad to change some passwords and clear cookies and now I have to manually re-enter the info again and again. How can I set it up so when I go to the 3 or 4 sites that I need to constantly visit already has he login info entered? When I go to Autofill it has a switch for passwords but no way to set them up. Help. I am spending half my day reentering login info again and again.

You could try going into settings, Safari, auto fill then turn on names and passwords.

Dissapointed with icloud pushing info to siri

I have 2 iphone 4s's. We love Icloud, and love Siri, hate the combination of the 2. I need a way to stop icloud from pushing the info to siri (so it does not call my wife by my name, and vice versa) without loosing any of the functionality we enjoy by sharing an icloud account.
Is there any solution to this?

What do you like about sharing an iCloud account? I have a similar set-up, but use the same apple id for store so we can share apps, but use a different apple id for iCloud so contacts, calendars etc. can be separate. If you did this, it would solve your Siri issue by the sound of things.

Site Definition issues when entering remote info in DWcs3

I am hoping someone can assist me with getting one of my new sites up and running. I am still on Dreamweaver CS3 as my hard drive at thsi time can not support hte size of CS4. I have created a new website for a friend of mine and she has provided me what information she has from her service provider, however when i enter the information and test the connection i get an error telling me an FTP error occurred. My friend is using 1&1.com, i have never heard of them before but have gotten a domain name, a directory file name, a username, and a password from them. below are picutres of the error and what i am entering to try and upload the site:

Host Directory is the location on the server where your files will be stored.
This will not be plain text with a space as you have entered. It will be a folder name provided by the host - or it may be blank.
The FAQs at 1&1 suggests that no host directory info is required:

(Note: the above FAQ is incorrect in that it directs people to set up a remote site via New > FTP & RDS Server which is rarely the case.

Umlaut bug in iTunes 5 (Entering song info)

There seems to be a bug handling Umlauts in iTunes 5.0:
You cannot enter one as a first or second letter when entering artist or composer info. E.g.: Ü is automatically converted to U. So to enter "Jürgen" you'd have to enter Juürgen, then delete the u. I haven't tested this exhaustively but I imagine this also applies to other non-standard characters. Any similar experiences?

My original post was in English since I wanted to know if people with other "funny characters", like the scandinavian ae might have the same problem. Sorry for not speaking Danish or Swedish. I do hope that Apple programmers scan these forums for user feedback so they might want to read the post, too. Are you offended now by the German insider discussion about Ü? FYI, now that we seem to have analyzed the problem I posted a message to OS-X feedback (in English). So, really. What is your problem?

File info freeze-up CS5 extended

I have been using Photoshop CS5 extended with no problems until I installed Lion on my 24" Imac. Now, when I go to the file pull down menu, and select file info - I get a large blank white screen and a total Photoshop freeze. I can do nothing but force quit. The force quit menu doesn't even see there is a problem - no "not responding" message. I can do this stuff in Bridge, but adding notes on idividual photos, file info was way faster.
Anyone have this problem? Any ideas?

I don’t have Lion, so I can only offer generic advice:
Are Photoshop and OS fully updated and have you performed the usual trouble-shooting routines (trashing prefs by keeping command-alt-shift pressed while starting Photoshop, 3rd party plug-ins deactivation, system maintenance, font validation, etc.)?
When the File Info window blanks can you raise the Preferences dialog (command-K)?
