Entering the license key

I purchased the Lightroom Mac 5 Version (DVD) but after installation I was not able to enter the license key. How I can do this....

Nowhere do you state that you are entering the serial number, nor do you state what happens when you try to enter the serial number, which I believe is the question at hand.

Your serial number is for version 5 and not for Lightroom 6. If will install LR 6 you have to buy a update and the you get a new serial number.

Lightroom doesn't use activation. The EULA allows you to install Lightroom on two computers, one a desktop the other a laptop. To apply the serial number you go to the Help menu then choose Lightroom Registration.

Looking for the parameter/command line to supply the license key during the installation of Adobe Captive CS6 application.

Hello - We are performing customize installation for Captive CS6 with the help of AAMEE tool. We have couple of licenses which we wish to supply over the installation command line during deployment. However we did not find any parameter or the command line which will allow us to enter the license key during installation. You can't license the creative cloud version with your serial number. The only way to license that version is with your Adobe ID and password. It will be necessary for you to uninstall that version and then download from here:
Product updates
After you install you will be able to enter your serial number. The work you have done using the creative cloud trial version will not be lost because the uninstall does not remove the catalog, nor does it do anything to the images that you have imported.

This is Ashok. We purchased CRM v1.2 from the third party. They have provided us the CRM CD's(5) with product key. The problem is when im trying to install CRM server in windows 2003 server its asking for organizations name and License Key. So I have entered
my company name as the organization name and entered the product key as a License Key. After click on the add button its giving an error i.e., "Enter this License key is invalid or it does not match the organization name. Verify your license key and organization
name".
Kindly suggest me the best solution to resolve this issue.

New install of SQL 2014 Std MSDN. Get "The SQL Server product key is not valid. To proceed, re-enter the product key values from the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or SQL Server packaging."

Trying to install a new version of SQL 2014 Std 64 or x86. Installing on Windows 8.1Pro 64bit machine.
I get:
"TITLE: SQL Server Setup failure.
SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:
The SQL Server product key is not valid. To proceed, re-enter the product key values from the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or SQL Server packaging.
Error code 0x858C0017."
I looked at the summary log and that is the only error.
I made sure there were no other instances of SQL on this machine. Uninstalled all VS2013 and sql instances just in case. IF there is somewhere to check if a previous version or license is causing the issue, i would be glad to check.
Any help would be appreciated.

LR5 KEEPS asking me for the license key

I have installed Lightroom 5 on my Mac (OS X 10.9.5). I have installed both via disk and via download. It says installation is complete. When I go to open LR5 it asks me for the license key and says that license key is good. Problem is that it asks me for the license key EVERY time I open LR5 and after I enter it and hit finish it closes LR5. I cannot get past this. I have un-installed, restarted my computer and re-installed about a dozen times with the same result. Any ideas?

I have installed the SAP Netweaver 200s testdrive on linux x86-64. I have got the hardware key and requested a license key. I have received an E-mail with the license key (N4S.txt) attached.
Unfortunately, I am not able to active the installation with this license.
I always get the error: "open of N4S.txt failed: No such file or directory"
I have renamed the license as N4S.rpm but it still not working.
Furthermore, I could not start the database in the previous step. I have got the error: Database failed to start.
Does anyone already have the same errors? Your help will be so greatful.

I follow the Installation´s help file of SAP, I didn´t have any error before this step of the Installation (Start the Database: entering the command startdb).
1) did the installation finish successfully?
Until the request of the License key, the installation goes without errors.
2) logon as n4sadm (su - n4sadm) and execute: startsap n4shost
What is the output?
"No start profiles found"
3) check /home/n4sadm/startdb.log (or any other start*log files there)

ASA 5505 Failure replaced and need to move the license key?

Can someone point me in the right direction? My ASA 5505 died due to a power surge and I swapped it with a spare. I had Security Plus and a 50 user license and need to move the license keys from the failed ASA 5505 to the new one. I kept both my emails with the activation keys, but not sure how I get this transferred? Thanks in advance.

I think this is totally unacceptable. For anyone else who uses a 5505 at home and has bought licenses and the hardware out of their own pocket, the idea here should be that you've already bought the hardware and the license. Seems obvious, right?
Yes I can see the license being device specific if not only because that's the way you've designed your licensing activation schema; but if I've just had your product fail and bought another replacement, there should be an understanding or agreement between Cisco and the user that we can reinstate any licenses we've already bought.
Do you really believe it's fair to make someone buy something from you twice, something that they've already bought from you? Do you actually believe that? I believe that the people in the Cisco Licensing department would agree with my viewpoint and I have a pending case with them for this issue right now. I will post my result here.
Make your products last and perhaps I can give credence to your licensing beliefs, until then your products fail and so does your licensing logic.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.
