Enterprise Manager installation fails

Question

Hi,
I installing Oracle databse 11g and i am having trouble with enterprise manager
The DB installation executed well but when I call the emRepository.sql script...it fails... with securing dbconsole

I tried to do those step...but at step 4 it fails and exits...

Failed to stop agent...
The DB is ok, I can log with sqlplus... not error in alertlog.. everything seems to be fine exept EM.
anyone can help me with this ?

Hi,
I tried on Linux Fedora Core 10 and Windows 7
this is for education purpose
both with somewhat similar result...
EM fails to install on Linux...
and
EM does'nt seem to see my listener on windows 7 ... but it is there and working well.
EM error : ORA-12541: TNS:no listener (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach)
but
