Enterprise Mgr 'Administration' tab not responding

I have installed Release 10.1.0.2.0 on Windows 2000 server.
Install was going great - loaded data now 'Administration' tab is not responding. Generates no error that I am aware of. I cannot 'see' my tablespaces, users, etc. to troubleshoot.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I can tell you that in the 5 days since I prevented the autostart of the apdpoxy.exe file, I have only had one single crash of the program during the 10+ hours that I have used it.
When I allow the apdproxy.exe file to autostart upon login, the frequent crashes immediately start up again. I'm on an XP machine, and every single time that it has crashed on me, it always asks if I want to sent the notice/report to Microsoft. Of course I always Click "Yes" just to flood their inbox...
When I disable the autostarting of the apdproxy.exe file, everything seems to run just fine, and the program is truly fun to use!
Since I am on a Windows XP machine, and therefore do not have the Activity Monitor utility, I do not have the statistics that you request. I suppose I could do it with the Performance Monitor running - but I am only going to spend the time and frustration involved with allowing the apdproxy.exe program to autostart if you specifically ask me to do so.

Business Administration Tab not seen in SOAMANAGER

I have created a web service definition of an RFC and have activated the same in the package.
As a next step I need to run the transaction SOAMANAGER -> Business Administration Tab -> Web service Administration. To manage the web service and create proxies and download the WSDL.
I have also assigned the following roles to my user ID as mentioned in the link below.:

For some reason I am not able to see the Business Administration Tab and am not able to proceed with the web service creation.

Now that I have been able to create the web services. When I test the WSDL url in the enterprise portal WSNavigator I get the following error. Any Idea what is happening.
Cannot download WSDL from http://**.*.com:8010/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/bndg_DFBC2DC811D95FF1B50C001F29E83486/wsdl11/allinone/ws_policy/document?sap-client=100: Invalid Response Code: (400) Bad Request.

Enterprise DNS servers are not responding when using Windows NLB with Direct Access 2012

We have installed Direct Access 2012 as one server installation:
- Two network cards. First one in DMZ and second one in internal network
- Two consecutive IP addresses configured in DMZ because of Teredo
- PKI because of Win7 Clients IPSec
- Our corporate network is native IPv4 so we use DNS64/NAT64 and DA-server is configured as DNS
- DA-servers are VMWare virtual machines
One server installation works fine and now we want to use Windows NLB as load balancing. NLB installation goes fine too,
but problem is DNS. If we still try to use DA-server as DNS there comes error message below
None of the enterprise DNS servers 2002:xxxx:xxxx:3333::1 used by DirectAccess clients for name resolution are responding. This might affect DirectAccess client connectivity to corporate resources.
When trying to configure DNS using Infrastructure access setup, DNS cannot be validated when using DA-servers DIP or cluster VIP. Only domain local DNS looks to be ok but those have no IPv6 addressess. So how DNS should be configured when using multicast
NLB?
Tried to remove name suffix then adding again => Detect DNS server => DA-server IPv6 address found => validate => The specified DNS server is not responding...
Then tried to ping detected address => General failure
NLB clusters are configured as multicast and static ARPs are configured too. Both clusters can be connected from those subnets as they should be.
Any clues how to fix this?

Administrator Tab not visible

Hi all,
I'm using OBIEE 11.1.1.5. I'm unable to view the ADMINISTRATOR Tab on the right top corner. Can anybody suggest me the reason and how to solve it?
My OS is XP SP3.

If you have proper authority, this screen allows you to create, edit and delete Catalog Groups, as well as remove Catalog Users. Creating a Catalog Group for the first time will automatically create a shared folder of the same name for the Group.
          Not Authorized
          You do not have the necessary privileges to manage groups
Where can I give the permissions to it and able to view the ADMINISTRATOR.

SAPSCRIPT TABS not responding

hi guys , i have created a tab with 13 columns. column 1-7 is aligning correctly according to my specifications, column 8-13
is misaligning and not responding to my specifications. i have tried editing my values in millimeters, still no luck. i have tried increasing the width of my window, stil nochange. i really need to solve this with yo help.
my window is 193 mm width
each tab has a diff of 12mm to the next.

hi nick, the fields are not aligning, i'm making a cheque which has preprinted layout so my numbers which are in words have to go into a specific layout of the check paper. The sample lay out is like below. the amounts are the ones which are mis aligning
after the 7th tab.

I am trying to configure the logical port and when I press the button 'Apply setting' an error of this type appears
error in wsdl exception occurred in communication framework error in http framework : 403 forbiden
I searched the forum and found that they speak of this configuration. When I execute the transaction SOAMANAGER I can not see the tab WAS Administration Access tab

Administration Server not responding

Hi All,
I have installed Essbase and Studio (11.1.2.2 x64 bit) on Windows Server 2008R2 .. I am able to login to studio however I am not able to connect to EAS .. I get an error Could not connect to Administration Server.. I installed following Rapid deployment Guide however I am not able to connect..
Post deployment I ran Start EPM System however the administration server do not get started ..
Any help would be highly appreciated as I m stuck with this for the past couple of days

I did not deploy all web apps to a single web server , I unchecked that while configuration however I was able to connect at times after running Start EPMSystem then Start Oracle weblogic then Start essbase Server.
However I was under the impression that running Start EpmSystem would start all the services. But this is causing me a lot of trouble as I was not able to connect at times and I get the same error when I restart the server.
Is there a different sequence to start the services for 11.1.2.2 from the prior versions ?

Firefox 14.0.1 tabs not responding after active sleep mode in the new OS X Mountain Lion.

Further to installing OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, the tabs on Firefox become unresponsive if I try clicking on them further to my Macbook Pro going into energy saving (sleep) mode.

Search these forums. There are hundreds of posts for the same thing. There was apparently a bad batch of 330M cards that Apple used.
Also, you have no third-party extensions interfering. Therefore, it is more than likely a hardware problem and not a software problem.
And, this is a nice little clue:

App Store explorer tab not responding

I'm having the same problem. It's happening with both my iPhone 6 and iPad 2, which are set up against the same (my) Apple ID. My wife and daughter have separate Apple IDs and their devices don't have this problem. I know it worked when I upgraded to iOS 8, which was more or less the day it was released. Something has been broken since then.

L1.1 hangs (task mgr - not responding) as soon as I hit the Develop tab

Wow, what a disappointing purchase. Never used Lightroom before. Just purchased it so its a clean install. It came right up. I imported about 50 raw images from a folder. Went thorough them to delete the ones I didn't like and selected the ones I really wanted. Next I highlighted an image and hit "D". It hung like a hummingbird! Finially ended task and rebooted, started again. clicked the Develop tab this time... immediate hung again (not-responding). What is going on? I have plenty of memory, a 146GB free disk space.
I looked through the other threads and must having this "type" of problem are upgrading from 1.0.

Doesn't start when starting as administrator. Error Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.

Update firefox, it asked me to update flash, I tried to update flash but it said I had to close firefox. A box came up and said the Flash install would continue when I closed firefox. I closed all firefox windows and no update of flash occurred. I tried relaunching firefox but got the "Doesn't start when starting as administrator. Error Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system." message. I rebooted the system, no improvement. I tried to run firefox as administrator and got the same message. Either I find a fix or I won't be able to use firefox and will have to go back to ie.

10gR2 Enterprise Manager's Administration is not working

OS: WinXP SP2
db is in my local pc.
I am able to login to enterprise manager. Also im able to browse the "Home", "Performance" and "Maintenance" tab. but im not able to browse "Administration" tab.
when i click the "Administration" tab, nothing it says....its just keep on browsing....browsing....browsing....i waited for 30minutes.....after that i removed the em
using emctl and emca.....after that i removed 10gR2 and i reinstalled.
Again the same problem.....
where im making mistake? what might be the solution for this problem?

- Are you enable the Firewall of windows ?
- Run this comand to check that the port its open:

where XXXX is the port of OEM

Every time I try to print a file to Adobe PDF, I get the message "Firefox is not responding". When I try to cancel the print job, all of my Firefox tabs shut down. This just started today. Up until today, I could print a page to Adobe PDF with no problem.

The print dialouge box comes up. I select print to PDF. Another box comes up and says it is preparing the document (This is the way it has always been). Then, nothing. It says Firefox is not responding. If I try to close out the print box, it not only closes the page I was on, but any other open tabs in Firefox. How can I fix this?

I have started using Roboform Lite 2.0.0, after Roboform it takes to much time to open Firefox and when i open a new tab, until the tab is fully loaded, Firefox is not responding. Please help.

Starting Firefox started to take too much time.
When i open a new tab, until the tab is fully loaded and Roboform realizes which website it is, Firefox does not respond.
When i tell Roboform to fill the username and password fields in a tab, until Roboform submits Firefox does not respond.
I mean, as if Roboform is not working background and Firefox cannot work multithread because of it. When i navigate from one tab to another, Roboform is also checking the tab and meanwhile Firefox is waiting for Roboform to finish its work.
Please help me about this problem.

Firefox will not open can't open preferences or anything was responding slow earlier in the day had been closed with 2 tabs open when trying to open in the second tab it responded really slow so sut down and used Safari instead
