Entourage Outbox shows 1 message but there is no message displayed
I cannot send and receive emails due to this and keep getting the following pop up error ' unknown error (4362)
Can anybody out there help please, its driving me nuts ?
I have contacted BT Internet and I can access the emails via BT fine

Look towards the bottom left corner.
Above where it says Mail, if there's a message to send (which failed the first time, or other reason), there will be another box there. Click on that to open the Outbox. Delete the message to clear it.

Smart playlist should be working, but i got also some faulty PL on the played recents etc..
Smart playlists depending on other smart playlists don't work all the time.
ok I had my troubles aswell with this - during the holidays I reserved some time to rebuild my iphone from scratch. Just to clean it up after 1,5 years working and playing around with it. And suprrise surpise, playlists, songs, etc... all info on the iphone showed correctly and worked well!
So after rebuilding from scratch (took my a couple of hours) i can now start playing around with itunes match.
I know, its a lot of work, but i think my iphone structure was a bit messed up with all this playing around.

Mail icon shows new mail but there isn't
Just on my Mac, my Mail app thinks there are 2 new mail messages, but there aren't. I don't have 2 new messages for the same account on my iPhone or iPad. It's been stuck like that for weeks.
I've tried creating a smart mailbox with all unread messages and deleting them. I've taken the account offline and back online. It's an Exchange-hosted account, and I've used the Web client to make sure there aren't any unread messages on the server.
Using Mail 6.2 (1499) and Mountain Lion 10.8.2.
Any ideas?Here's a screen shot of what I'm talking about. You'll see that the title bar says 0 messages, 3 unread, and then the inbox has the 3 there with nothing.
Perplexed on this one. I don't want to trash my Mail preferences, because that's drastic, but there's got to be something to reset this.

The Norton toolbar does not appear on my desktop version of Firefox 24.0. It does appear on my laptop version of Firefox 24.0. The desktop shows that Norton was disable as incompatible with 24.0. But there is no "enable" button. How do I get Norton toolbar back?

It sounds like you may be using different versions of the Norton toolbar. The one on the desktop must be older and not updated for v24 of Firefox. The one the laptop must be newer.

On a side note v24 of Firefox is no longer the latest version. To get the latest security updates you should update to v25. See here:

Settings > mail, contacts, calendars > choose email account > delete account then re-add email account.

It sounds a lot like your phone was jailbroken or hacked to unlock it before you updated.

My voice mail is showing a red dot as if there is a message but there isn't. I think it happened when I changed my number, there must have been a message on my old number. I have tried restoring the phone but when I reload from my backup it re-appears. Any suggestions please, it on a 5C.I had turned off cellular data on a trip to Mexico. It said visual not available. As someone suggested, I turned off Siri, rebooted the phone, and then the messages I hadn't been able to delete showed up. I was able to delete them. Hope this helps someone.
