Como puedo enviar un PDF por Mail desde iBooks ........??????

If the PDF isn't protected then open the PDF and at the top left tap the 'share' icon :
If the PDF is protected then you will only get the 'Print' option.
If it's protected then even though they aren't ibooks, as they are in the iBooks app you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, so you could email it from your computer.

Hace poco he decidido enviar mis alarmas por correo electronico outlook, sin embargo he intentado instalar el add on en una maquina de usuario lo cual consigo sin dificultad, pero a la hora de configurar la alerta en sap para llegue al usuario via mail
la alerta solo aparece en la sesion de sap del usuario y en su correo no, a pesar de que en la parte de gestion de alarmas dejo checada la casilla de correo electronico para la alerta que deseo que reciba el usuario.
quisiera saber mas o menos como iniciar la configuracion para poder recibir mis larmas en outlook.

No acabo de entender la descripción de los pasos efectuados:
Lo he protegido y lo he pasado a Adobe
Lo he recuperado en Adobe profesional y le he dicho que haga automáticamente el formulario detectando los campos a través del Adobe Livecycle designer.
El sistema más sencillo para crear un formulario es que el archivo de MSWord® lo conviertas a PDF, lo abras en Acrobat Professional y en el menú: Avanzado>Accesibilidad escojas Ejecutar Reconocimiento de Campos.
En algunos tendrás que seleccionarlos y escoger Propiedades con el botón derecho, y en Opciones escoger el tipo de botón.
En otros tendras que añadir otra clase de campo que reemplace a los diseñados en MSWord© creados.
Me explico: Los botones de Radio permiten seleccionar uno sólo entre varios valores (Hombre/Mujer), su forma no tiene que ser necesariamente redonda, utiliza la pestaña de Opciones en Propiedades comentada antes.
Guarda el archivo y utiliza el icono de la parte sup. derecha de Distribuir Formulario.
Tendrás que otorgar derechos (extendidos) para rellenar y guardar en Acrobat Reader. Pero el Asistente de Acrobat Pro 9.0 te ayuda en todos esos pasos.
No recuerdo muy bien lo que es Adobe Special Edition. Pruebalo en un equipo con el Acrobat Reader instalado, sería suficiente. Tambien puedes añadir un mensaje de abrir en Acrobat Reader.

Alertas por correo electronico

Como puedo hacer para que cuando un procedimiento de autorización o alerta sea requerida, este sea enviado por correo electrónico, para no esperar a que el usuario entre a SAP y vea lo que tiene pendiente por autorizar, sino que tambien les envie un correo para avisarles.

Tuve el mismo problema y antes de enviar el mensaje a SAP revisen lo siguiente:
En el modulo Gestion - Gestiones de Alarma existan las alarmas propias de SAP:
-Desviacion de Presupuesto
-Desviacion de Descuento en (%)
-Desviacion de Ganancia Bruta Porcentual
-Desviacion de Limite de Comprometido
-Desviacion de Limite de Credito
-Desviacion de Almacen Minima
Si no existen estas alertas seguira enviando el mismo mensaje de error, lo que hice fue entrar a SQL y abrir las tablas de la base de datos Demo copiar las lineas y crearlas en la Base de Datos con el problema, una vez creadas el mensaje de error desaparece.

Yup, it was uploaded to our school Wiki as a PDF, and Pages did open it. I was then able to move it to iBooks, but I'd rather avoid the extra steps.

It seems that I have solved my issue by performing a full factory reset (erasing all content, something which I had hoped to avoid) restoring from an iCloud backup did not alleviate the issue, I had to set up as a new iPad.
Hopefully anyone else else who has this issue in the future will be able to find this.

You should be able to just place them in your Books library in iTunes and check to ensure that your Book library is configured to sync to your iPod when you sync your iPod to iTunes.

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues on your non iOS 8 devices because iOS 8 is required to set up or join a Family Sharing group.

Apple - iCloud - Family Sharing
Family Sharing requires a personal Apple ID signed in to iCloud and iTunes. Music, movies, TV shows, and books can be downloaded on up to 10 devices per account, five of which can be computers. iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite are required to set up or join a Family Sharing group and are recommended for full functionality. Not all content is eligible for Family Sharing.

I'm having the same issue. I saved a PDF from an email into iBooks. I'm on apple applying for a job but the only option the upload button has is from the Photos file. How ironic right? Luckily I'm in Logistics and not an IT specialist applying for this job! Lol. Does anyone know the fix?

No photos in PDF-files synched to iBooks

A new problem showed up, maybe by moving to the capacity limit?
Some synched PDF-files appear in iBooks as "text only"!
On the stationary Mac Pro all photos & illustrations are shown.
Why not on the iPad 2?
After synching all PDFs are automatically listed in iBooks.
Is there a way to direct these files to other apps like "PDF-Notes" or "Pages"?

How can I use the Adobe reader if the PDF documents are in iBooks?

The Adobe reader asks me to look for an "Open in" button but iBooks does not appear to have one. I like IBooks because it synchronises nicely with the computer, and I can read the PDFs but I cannot highlight, add comments or add bookmarks unless I use the Adobe reader.

Use iTunes to save the PDF FROM iBooks, and to add them to Adobe Reader.
Connect your iPad to your computer. Bring up iTunes on your computer.
To save a PDF FROM iBooks, click on "Books" in the Library section on the left. Select the PDF you want to save and right-click and choose Show in Finder (Show in Explorer in Windows). Go up one level in your computer hierarchy and you'll see all the "Books" (PDFs and eBooks) in iBooks. You can leave them here if you want to view the PDFs in iBooks in the future, or drag them to the Desktop.
To move the PDF TO Adobe Reader:
Return to iTunes. Click on the iPad on the left in Devices. Click on the Apps tab. Scroll down the the File Sharing section as shown below. Click on Adobe Reader. Click the Add button and select the PDFs you identified in the previous step. They'll be added to Adobe Reader
