Envy 6T-1100 Ultrabook - Windows8 startup error

Question

Hi there, 
Windows on my laptop was getting slow, so I tried the recovery process by pressing F11 when it was booting.
However,  the proecess was not finished successfully and the laptop was rebooted.  The screen says "no boot device found".  The F11 function no longer works.  I believe the recovery drive had something wrong.  Also, the warrant was expired on 2/14.  Is there any way to fix my laptop without purchasing the usb recovery tool kit by paying $60?
