Episodes are in "My Podcasts" but not available to the public
Hi, I'm brand new to iTunes and I'm having trouble getting started. I don't have a Mac, I'm on Windows, but we're just starting up our podcast 14A Sports via SoundCloud. We were just approved for the RSS/Beta feed and I was able to get all of my episodes into the "My Podcasts" section, but when other people go to look for our show there is no sign of us existing on iTunes. If I look for it myself in the store I can see it, but everyone else says they cannot find it.
Are we in an observatory period now where iTunes is reviewing our episodes or is there something that I'm doing wrong?

That only enables you to see the file. You need to submit your feed at
https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/publishPodcast
and wait for it to be accepted into the iTunes Store. In the meantime you should consider Robert's suggestion to get your feed into Feedburner and submit that version.

The most common cause for this issue would be media present that is purchased with another Apple ID. When prompted to authorize the computer it may show a different Apple ID. Hello i'm getting the warning WARNING: Type 'SByte' is not available in the public API.
and various other warnings.The problem is that i don't see any code.
Any thoughts?BTW is onyx still under development?

If you perform an action in the vSphere client that uses a hidden API, Onyx will report the "WARNING: Type 'xxx' is not available in the public API." message. This unfortunately limits what you can do with PowerCLI. Some know hidden API's are for tags, cluster EVC mode and for Storage Profiles.
I don't know if Onyx is still under development. Maybe some from VMware can answer this question? -
Shockwave installed but not available in the Program Files list
I have the latest version of this program successfully in my PC (Windows XP) but I can not associate a file extension supposed to be used with this program because the system does not find it and I can not find the access route to it.
What file(s) do you want to associate with Shockwave Player?
SW player is a browser add-on, not a standalone player.

We have been asked by our client to create training manuals for the iPad. Is it possible to publish a book in iBooks author that can be distributed privately? This would be work that we would be paid by our client to produce. Thanks for any help.
You can just export the book in .ibooks format from iBooks Author and make it available any way you like, such as sending it by email. uploading to Dropbox, making it available on a webserver for download, etc.
Note that, if you do this, you must distribute the book free of charge, otherwise you will be in violation of the IBA EULA. However, it's OK to charge for the development of the book.

Please tell me where I can find PortalObjectsFactory class. They mentioned this class in the server API documentation but I didn't found this in the actual jar (plumtreeserver.jar)

Normally the episodes are available to download the day after airing date. But this time, the episode that aired last night is not available to download. I'm just wondering if that episode for Married to Jonas will be available in a later date or not. I did purchase the season pass.
I created a support incident Saturday or Sunday.
Their first response by email asked

They made it sound like it was my problem they would help me figure out. They already had my Apple ID so I don't know why they couldn't find the info. My luck they sent the email at 7:30 last night. The person working on my case only works Sunday - Thursday 4:30 - 11:30 pm so it will be tonight before they get my response. Nobody else can work on the problem? Come on Apple!
I mentioned this thread so they may or may not look here also.
Still very unimpressed with Apple TV process quality and the huge customer support hole. It's like they're completely unprepared for mistakes. Everybody and every company makes mistakes. -
How do I download previously purchased albums from iTunes when the album has either disappeared from my computer or the tunes are not playable? The albums show as purchased on the iTunes store, but not available to download to my authorized device. I also have albums that appear in my library, but are not able to be added to my iPod from my computer
When you download something from the iCloud, it is a brand new licensed copy. Your iCloud account just contains a notation that you have this app. It isn't storing an actual copy of the app from your Mac.

What you are saying makes sense, if the compatibility level is 90 then the old ANSI joins are expected to be rectified.
I wrote a script to check - it's an easy exercise, all you need is to loop through the catalog views and for each SP or scalar function run this command:
set fmtonly on exec <object> set fmtonly on and in the catch block handle the error related to compatibility.
For checkign the views similar thing set noexec on <select top 1 * from view> set noexec off.
This works very fast as none of the code is actually executed.
Caveat thought triggers and table functions. I could not find the way how to check them. so will have to extract the DDLs and just check the text for old ansi joins. Not very reliable, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
Any chance you know how to compile a trigger or table function without running.
For table functions when I tried set noexec on they still asked for parameters, something I was trying to avoid.

Hi, I bought an Ipod touch in Dubai. When I upated to iOs 6, everytime I would download an app it will says that it's not available in the emirates store and I should change to the US store. But before i updated to iOs 6 i have been successfuly downloading apps. Please help because now I cannot really use it.

On i-pad, when I try to enable itunes match, it says, "you are not currently subscribed to iTunes Match. Use iTunes on your computer to subscribe." I am subscribed though! Then it says no to my request and, "item not available in the U.S. store." My Mac will not use update iTunes to any later version than the one I have because my os is also out of date, but when I try to update that i cant, so what do I have to do? Please don't tell me I have to buy a new Mac to be up to date.
On the iOS device you must be logged into the store with the exact same Apple ID you used to originally purchase the service. Go to Setting > iTunes & App Stores and if necessary sign out/in and then enable iTM.

Thank youYou can only buy content from your own country's store i.e. the Egyptian store if you are in Egypt - you need to be in a country to use its store, so to use the US store you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account. If there is an app or any other item that you would like to be buy that isn't currently available in the Egyptian store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the app's developer or rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

It is observed that some schedule line records are uploaded to BW with recordmode R causing deletion from ODS, though they are present on R/3 side (in EKET). We use 2lis_02_scl to upload schedule line data system BI 7.0. Anyone faced such problem?

So but this notes does an undo operation for the same .
We need to re do the same again in start routine if we want to maintain the deleted records . Also search the OSS by giving the data source name & record mode R , then you will also get the original problem in extractors with R mode .
