Eprint email was rejected and did not print

Email was sent back with the message:  550 5.7.1 Command rejected [BODY]  What can I do to correct this?

Hey lesmith!
Have you already customized your printer's email address? If not, try customizing it and sending again. If you have, what email domain (comcast.net, gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) are you sending from and what device? Let me know and I will try to help!
If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!
Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.
