EPrint issues on Photosmart c510a

I cannot get the ePrint function to work. When I try to register my printer, it tells me that I cannot register it before the ePrint information prints out. When I try to print out my ePrint information, nothing prints. I have tried to disable my web services so I can have a new ePrint code issued, but still nothing happens. I tried disabling my wireless from the printer all together for five minutes and then enabling it again. I even tried to turn off my printer and turn it back on. Nothing seems to be working. I can wirelessly print from my phone and my computer, but the ePrint function is just not working. Please help!

Color Munki and Photosmart C510a

Hello,
I do not know how to set my new Photosmart C510a with the Color Munki color management results.
I have made sure the setting are for Photoshop CS5 to control the printing. I think I entered the correct info on the printer but have found that they revert back to the original settings, the setting do not seem to "stick" at the printer.
Would appreciate very specific steps on how to change the color management in the printer to what Color Munki has given me.

ok...read some more on the forum. Finally fix the problem by doing a factory reset and installing again.All is fine again....wireless connected!

HP Photosmart 7510 ePrinting Issues

My company uses an HP Photosmart 7510 to print off important documents received from customers and other branches through the ePrinting services. Our ePrinting services are receiving the emails with the attached documents but the printer is not printing anything, email text or documents. Currently, the printer only has a black ink cartridge, and the the other cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, and photo) are out of ink. So is the source of my problem resulting from the printer not having the color ink cartridges or is the source of the problem with HP's ePrinting services?

Hi,
You can logon to your ePrint account to check. Most likely due to no inks. Replace color ink cartridges will help.
FYI: I ran few tests over the weekend on my loan 7510 (with one empty color cartridge) it refused to print at the beginning but it printed a document after that.

Problem creating an ePrint account (for Photosmart 5510)

Looking for guidance on email addresses and ePrint accounts
I tried to create an ePrint account for my new Photosmart 5510, using the link supplied by the setup software. This took me to an account creation form, where I duly entered my real name, screen name, personal email address, password and notification options, then clicked on the big blue button ... up popped a red square with a white cross by the email address, and a notification box saying "Email already exists" and an invitation to sign in to that account.
Oh well, I did have an HP printer 12 years ago, so perhaps the registration was retained. I tried logging in to that account with the email address that ePrint reckoned already existed, and clicked 'Forgot Password'. This brought up the 'Forgot your password' dialogue box, asking for the email address associated with the account. I entered the email address again, and this brought up an alert box, telling me to 'Enter the email address associated with your account', apparently not liking what I'd just entered. So I'm stuck.
After looking on the forum for login problems, I tried using Safari (rather than Firefox) and also submitting my email at snapfish and asking for a password reminder. Also unsuccessful - same results in Safari as Firefox, and snapfish gave a java resource error.
I got round the problem by using someone else's email address in the ePrint account creation - this then let me enter the email address of the printer, which it had correctly auto-populated with the alphanumeric code provided by the printer.
Now I can log in to my ePrint account, and ePrint works, but I would like to switch the account email address to be my own address. Although I can access the ePrint account settings page, I'm wary of changing the account email address in case it rejects the change and possibly leaves me unable to revert to the initial email account.
Any suggestions?

This is a 404 error which means that the server recieved could not find the requested file, which I dought to be accurate, because not everybody will be having this issue, I will change the DNS of your network to the Google public DNS server becuase DNS resolution issue can be confuse with this errors by the system. and this can the case this time.
Try using Google DNS servers have proven to be accurate.
To do so in Windows;
Open Network Connections by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, clicking Network and Sharing Center, and then clicking Manage network connections.
Right-click the connection that you want to change, and then click Properties. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Click the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, click either Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and then click Properties.
To specify an IP address, click Use the following IP address, and then, in the IP address, Subnet mask, and Default gateway boxes, type the IP address settings.
Google DNS servers are
8.8.8.8 Primary
8.8.4.4 Secondary.
Try that and le tme know the outcome I will keep looking on my end. I have been trying to find out if there an issue I have not be able to find anything useful but I will keep digging

Photosmart C510a Printer not connecting to Wi-Fi

I have had my HP Photosmart eStaton C510a for almost 3 years now. I moved out of my parent's house and in with a friend of mine. I cannot get my printer to detect the wifi in the house. The tablet has connected no problem. It won't sync with the table's wifi, and I have tried using the WPS touch option to connect and that isn't working either. I've printed out the troubleshooting for it. I've noticed that the printer is still searching for my parent's wifi and not wanting to connect to the wireless out here. What can I do to fix this? The only message I'm getting is "Syncing Networks Unsuccessful". Please help!

I saw your posts about not being able to sync your Zeen to your network. I would like to suggest another guide for you to add to all of the other steps you have already tried, if you haven't yet found a fix.

USB Airport Express Printing Issues - HP Photosmart

Hi. When I connect my HP Photosmart directly to the iMac thru the USB cable, the Mac printer utility finds it, it can be added and all the utility software from the HP (like measuring ink levels, etc.) work fine.
When I connect it to the USB airport express port (so that I can print wirelessly from any computer in the house, and the Mac), I have issues. Funny, I have issues with the Mac only, not with the other windows computers (I installed bonjour for windows on the XP machines). But on the Mac, I just can't get the HP utility software to work fine.
Thoughts?

The HP Photosmart 7550 I know for a fact is not compatible with Mac clients via Airport Express. I wrestled with it for days.
Works fine connected via USB to the Mac.
Works fine via USB or Airport with Windows XP.
Does not work via Airport with Mac.

EPrint for HP Photosmart C4583

Cannot find any info about a possibility of ePrint'ing on HP Photosmart C4583. Is this printer compatible with ePrint? If it is, please, describe the process how I can print documents or photos directly from iphone/ipad by wifi. Please, help!

The Photosmart C4583 does not support ePrint or any other kind of cloud functionality. only newer models supports this feature.

my daughter just got a new HP computer. It recognizes our wireless as well as the HP photosmart all in one eprinter. However, when she prints, it says spooling, then it says it cannot complete print job. Ive gone through most of the troubleshooiting ...still doing it, Help please

Install issue: HP Photosmart 5514 on HP Envy 20 computer with Windows 8

I am not able to install th HP PhotoSmart 5514 CQ176-80067 wirelessly (printer does not come with cable) on my HP Envy compuer with Windows 8. Two issues here - wireless (tried installing wireless wizard, cannot find) and software compatiblity with OS. Please advise - both are brand new and I do not want to have to return and purchase a new printer. Frustrated - both are HP products!

I figured it out and found another way to install the printer driver.

New HP Officejet Pro 8500A Eprint Issue

Just setup my new Officejet Pro 8500A. I can't connect to the eprint server to obtain my eprint email address. Tech support keeps saying the eprint server is down. I am trying to connect from my printer by going into "settings", "web Services Settings", then "printer email address". The printer goes out to the internet but is never able to connect to the HP eprint server. I am sure i am connected properly. i download an up-date already. I hope this server does not go down for days. Yikes!

The HP ePrint Server was experiencing degraded performance but this has been resolved.
Where you able to register and receive the information page printout?
Are you still seeing this issue?

How do you set up the eprint for the photosmart 5514? asking for a proxy to print from the ipad?

I have successfully set up my laptop to print wirelessly for the HP Photosmart 5514, but I am unable to print from my iPad. The message that I receive when I select eprint is to enter my proxy. Could you please tell me what step I must be missing?

Most likely your printer does not support AirPrint. But please check to see if your printer in the list:

Cannot use ePrint on my photosmart 7525

Using Win 8, latest level and Gmail, ePrint will not print anything. Printer works fine using wireless. Hp Printer Doc gives me some kind of errors message: 'This connection is Untrusted'. Gmail says that the message is printed. Have not been able to find anything at HP Web, even remotely. Help, or I am returning this printer ??

Can I eprint with my photosmart C4750?

Hi, I have the Photosmart C4750 which is a wireless printer. Is there something I can do to use it to eprint? or do I need to buy a new printer that says "e-all-in-one"?

Overriding Ink Expiration Issue On PhotoSmart 8250

I'm trying to remotely (250 miles away) help my elderly mother get her PhotoSmart 8250 to print a list of 7 names. She's getting an ink expiration message on the computer. I've read that it is possible to override this message and continue printing.
Does anyone know the exact procedure/key strokes to override the ink expiration message and allow her to print the list?
It's either that or I have to spend 6 hrs of my life driving to her, so I can fix it for her. I'd prefer to just talk her through the process on the phone.
