Eprinting no longer functions as my hp emails are considered to be spam

Hi there I was able to use eprint no bother but  now the message I get is that my emails are spam which they are not.
I tried changing the email address but that did not work. I also took out sent "sent from my iPad or iPhone" and made sure to put in a subject matter. Any further suggestions ?  or can the email be reset some way.

I think the issue may lie in what is actually in the messages. Are you sending plain text, or attaching a photo of some sort?
One of the common issues that can happen on iOS devices is that when you send a photo it may ask you how you want to resize the image to email it. If you choose the small option it lowers the DPI below 100, and since this will not give satisfactory results printing out on photo paper, it gets marked as spam.
An option to try and help narrow down the cause is to set your eprint account to allowed senders only if you have not done so yet. To do this log in to your EPC account and look for eprint settings just below your printer. Once this is done instead of getting a generic email stating that the job was received, it will give you more detailed information such as the job printed, or in some cases why it was flagged as spam.

    I have a customer that I send a lot of emails to. I use Mail.app 5 and I have four domains with different email accounts. All my emails I send to him is considered as phishing by his email client (Windows mail). Even if he clicks trust this email address, the phishing warning continues. He receives hundreds of emails a week, but only mine is considered as phishing.
    I thought it was maybe my web hosting SMTP that was the problem. But now I changed to Google apps and their SMTP, and it's no changes.
    As I send so many emails in my job I'm afraid more people then him is getting the same warning, just that I don't get to know about it.

    Every month I send out a newsletter and I always send a test to my own email account. The test ended up in my spam box from my provider xs4all.nl. I spoke with my provider and they say that the problem is not on their end. There are also a number of email addresses from clients that have also ended up in my spam box even when they are reply to my emails. I've never encountered this problem before, please help?

    If the messages are classified as 'Spam' by the provider's spam filter, I have no idea how this is not their problem.

    Ydnul, welcome to the forum.
    This is due to the settings in your email or your antivirus program.  You most likely have the Privacy setting too restrictive.  Check these settings.  If you are using IE, you can find the settings in the gear at the top right of the browser.

  • In Earthlink Webmail, the "check all" and "delete" button for deleting multiple messages no longer function (although they work in I explorer).

    When using the webmail application for earthlink email, the "check all" option to select an entire page of messages at once no longer functions. Same problem with the "delete" buttons that are located at the top and bottom of the page with multiple messages. Consequently, the only way to delete a message is to open the message and delete it in that view -- extremely tedious if there are a lot of messages.
    This is a recent change, in the last few days. Everything works fine in I explorer. Earthlink support suggested I start Firefox in safe mode and restore firefox default settings. I went through the process on the help page. It didn't help.
    I'll provide the earthlink link, but it is my email page that is the problem.

    - select multiple mails with the SEARCH option (manually selecting seems to work fine)
    - click the move button
    - list of folders appears (witn account & cancel options that both still work)
    - click on a folder
    - mail flies to this folder (animated)
    - list of folders remains visible
    - the cancel button does NOT work
    - the accounts button takes you back to the root "directory" of your accounts
    - in my case "live" and "exchange"
    - this screen is a dead end. Clicking on both the account names and the cancel button do not work
    A complete restart fixes the problem

    Water + electronics do not mix.  Something was damaged insode, and the logic board may be corroding as is.
    Take it to a Genius Bar for an evaluation and repair estimate.
    This is accidental damage and not covered by warranty.

    The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
    You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

    After that, before you open any iLife apps go to your Mac App Store account, to the Purchased pane and Accept them into your account.

  • Pictures previously included as part of an email are no longer there. If I forward the email to another web browser the picture is there. This just started happening after my last upade and I do not know why.

    For some reason pictures that have been included in emails as part of the email are no longer there. This seems to have happened after my last update of firefox. If I forward the email to another web browser on my computer the picture is then visible as part of the email. The pictures I am talking about are not ones attached for me to open but ones that are included as part of the email.

    Ok so I happened to figure it out while on the phone to apple support. Even though the guy was very nice, I think I knew more than him! He was explaining very basic resolution principles I played about. I had the second option in displays resolution. All I did was unplug the HDMI cable, click on 'best for display' then plugged the HDMI in and my resolution on the normal monitor changed to the normal blue, then went black momentarily and then changed to a strange resolution but another window appeared that said SONY BRAVIA HDMI at the top! Hey presto! Don't know why it didn't do it yesterday - I probably left the HDMI cable in or something! Oh well. Problem solved!

    Iphone will sync itunes content with one computer at a time.  If you sync to another, it will erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer.

  • I have the computer with my itunes library on it but no longer have access to the email account the library was set up with. How can I transfer the library to a new appleid/email?

    I have the computer that holds my itunes library. However, I no longer have access to the email account (and therefore apple account) it was set up with so can't sync/update etc. How can I transfer the library to my new apple id? Any help gratefully received as searched the internet but can't find the answer!

    You cannot transfer purchases from one Apple ID to another. You need to go into the old Apple ID and change it to the new email address instead of using a new Apple ID altogether.

    If you can't remember the password to the old ID, then click on Reset your Password, and answer the Security Questions. If you can't remember the Security Questions, contact iTunes Support and have them reset:
    APPLE ID SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS
    Once you get into your old account, Edit the Apple ID to your new email address. Before you will be able to do that you are going to have to change the email address on the new Apple ID to something else.

    I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account.  You can't delete them.
    If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck.

    Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Manage your account'. You will be able to change the non-Apple email address you use as a login. You will then need to log out and in again on all your devices.

    If the old ID (iCloud account) is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
    This will not work if your current ID is an entirely new ID and is not a newer version of the old ID.
