Epson Workforce 325 scanner app will not work.

Recently downloaded Maverick X and now my Epson Workforce 325 scanner app will not work. I have checked for updates through Epson and they say its an Apple problem, but there is none available through Apple. 
Do I have to go back to the old Mountain Lion 10.8.5 v software?

You will have no alternative but to wait for Epson to update their drivers to be compatible w/Mavarick.  Why not call them (tech support) or send them an email?

    Hmmm...I'm using 1Password Version 3.8.20 (build 31499) with a fresh install (scrape and pave) of Mt. Lion on my iMac and it's working fine.
    I use Dropbox to sync 1Password so for my fresh install I simply downloaded 1Password from Agilbits website and installed it.
    Have you tried reinstalling 1Password?  Depending on how you purchased it, download it from their website or from the Mac App store to reinstall/replace it.  (IIRC v3.8.x comes directly from Agilbits and v3.9 from the Mac App store.)  You shouldn't have to uninstall it, the new download should overwrite the existing copy.
    As with anything else, be sure to run a  backup first!

    Yes, I am connected to the Internet through my wifi. Everything is working fine with the e  eption of youtube.  I have reset all Internet settings and have tried synching to iTunes followed by rebooting.  This is all the advice I have found although none of it has been helpful.
    Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    Certain apps will not work after ios6 update. Tiger Woods golf will run for about 5 seconds and stop. Have uninstalled/re-installed to no avail.

    My husband had the same problem with some apps after I updated his iPad 2 to iOS 5.  I checked the app store and there were updates for the apps to support the new software.  After updating, all apps work just fine.

    My MacPro w/ OSX 10.6.8 runs GarageBand, SoundtrackPro and Logic 9 (Express) without issues.
    Everything was installed fresh - ie no overwrite OS upgrades and no app version overwrite upgrades.
    Just so we are clear - an UPGRADE would be from OSX 5 to 6 or from Logic 8 to 9 and involves a purchase. UPDATES are those decimal increments - 10.6.7 to 10.6.8  or Logic 9.1.3 to 9.1.6 that are free.
    Sometimes the sequence of installs can make a difference.

  • Android Smarttalk app will not work

    The Android Smarttalk just will not work. It connects the call for 10-20 seconds, duriing which time incoming speech can be heard but outgoing is comepletely silent, then simply disconnects the call and reports 'Call ended' - not 'Call failed' or somesuch.
    In comparison, Skype works perfectly! This is not a network connectivity issue, especialy as this is happening within two feet of the HH5.
    This is a major blow as one of my resaons for switching to BT Infnity was this app. Any help much appreciated.

    have yo move the smarttalk app to the sd card as that can cause problems - needs to be left on phone
    I think you will find that any cancellation period ceased as soon as your line was activated.  there are numerous posts on the forum about cooling off period

  • X1 TV App will not work

    I had the X1 App on a Samsung tablet and an iPhone.  Both worked fine.  Over the last few weeks they both stopped working.  After I sign in to the app I get the message that the service is available in my area and I should call Comcast if I think there is a problem.  I called and they checked my account and said everything looked fine as far as the code needed to use the app.  It still will not work.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both devices, and also disconnecting and reconnecting to the WIFI.  Nothing worked and the support team was unable to solve it.

  • After Froyo Update, Pandora and Police Scanner Apps Do Not Work...

    First of all, I truly love my Droid X, it is by far the best phone I have ever owned (Blackberry Storm 2, Blackberry curve, etc.)...
    However, since the Froyo OS Update was installed on my phone, 2 of my favorite apps are not functioning properly...
    The apps are Pandora and Scanner Radio. Both are radio based applications.
    When I open Pandora and attempt to access a radio station, the screen will display, "WE ARE EXPERIENCEING UNEXPECTED TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES"
    When I open Scanner Radio and attempt to access a frequency, the screen will display, "UNABLE TO CONNECT"
    I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall the application, to restore the phone to factory settings with Verizon's Tech support, to take the battery out, and to do a "hard" restore, all to no avail...
    My question is if anyone has experienced similar problems with these apps since the Froyo OS update? Or, has anyone who has these apps on their Droid X since the Froyo OS update been able to use them normally?
    They both worked perfectly fine prior to Froyo, and are the latest updated versions...
    I would love to hear of any similar experiences, possible solutions, comments, etc.

    Well, that does offer some consolation to me... However, I have been browsing various forums (Motorola, Verizon, Droid X Forums, etc.) which discuss technical issues with the Droid X, and have noticed that others with the Droid X have reported no issues with Pandora after Froyo... 
    I did notice that on pandora's website FAQ section, they did mention issues with the quality post-froyo:
    Why am I experiencing audio issues on Froyo?
    If you have upgraded to Froyo (Android 2.2), you may notice audio-quality issues while listening to Pandora. The Android team is aware of this issue with AAC+ audio and has released a fix, which is gradually being rolled out on the various Android handsets.
    Currently the Sprint HTC EVO and the Google Nexus One have OTA Android OS updates that incorporate this AAC+ audio fix.
    If you have a different handset than the two mentioned, please contact the support team for your handset if you have any further questions about this issue.
    However, my Droid X will not even play the songs... Although, prior to Froyo, it worked great...
    Anyway, I was hoping that someone who has experienced similar issues with their Droid X, might have a solution for the problem...
    * Since my original post, I performed another hard factory reset, only this time I also reformatted my SD Card prior to the reset...
    It seems to have resolved the problem temporarily, however I will wait to see if it lasts more than a few days...

  • OMG, after last AIR update before current ALL my AIR apps will not work, HELP!

    I have 5 or 6 AIR based apps after I did an update last month, none of them will work. I just re-installed and updated AIR again today and re-installed all the apps multiple times and when I go to one it trys to open the last I installed for every app it only opens the last installed. App installions always end with "faled to open app" and in the log I see this "Error: Missing necessary file META-INF/AIR/application.xml" not sure?
    Windows 7 (all lastest updates)
    Latest Air (13.057 I believe?)
    How do I fix this, why did it break?

    I could install and run the AIR application successfully with AIR 4.0, 12.0 and 13.0.
    Looking into the log, it seems that "missing application.xml" and "Application Installer end with exit code 7" issues have been there from 2014-02-09, below is the detailed log seen from http://ge.tt/2IDeU4b1/v/0?c. This issue maybe caused by the application.
    Is there an application.xml under C:\Program Files (x86)\YourApplicationXXX\META-INF\AIR\ ?
    If possible, could a bug against this issue be logged in https://bugbase.adobe.com/, and upload the AIR application which does not work. That would be very helpful to triage and find the root cause for this issue.

  • TS1398 Watch espn app will not work when connected to wifi

    Certain places I can't  use the watch espn app. In fact none of my apps work since this update. Anybody know how can fix it? It shows connected to wifi but will not access any apps or app store that are internet based.

    Does the iPod connect to other networks?

    The sky Walk app does not seem to be working correctly when I hold it up the image does not show the correct night sky area.

    If you go to the Maps app does it show your correct location?
