EQ & eQ Import:  Where is Supplier Material ID stored on Import?

In Material eQ there is a data field for Supplier (Material) ID.  We are not seeing this value imported to the Spec Object.  The only place we see a similar reference label is on the SRSA but it does not import there either. This supplier entered value is stored in eQMaterialQuestionnaire.supplieringnumber
Where does this data element flow to so we can utilize it in the UI?
Thank you.  --BeckieC

You are right that this field maps to the supplier material ID on the sourcing approval, unfortunately this has to be manually copied to the sourcing approval along with any sourcing approval specific docs and/or custom data.
We hope to offer the ability to push data to the sourcing approval from eQ in a future release.  If you are interested in this feature go ahead and submit an enhancement request so we can make sure your use cases are covered.
Thanks,
Kelly

Yes, it is part of EE not SE. Or you can get it/them from your application server's lib dir (which may or may not be a better choice).

  • I can't access my pictures anymore through iPhoto because I simply don't know where they are stored when imported into iPhoto. The library used automatically before is not shown anymore. Can anyone help me to recover all my pictures?

I had some problems with my MacbookPro and did some clean up and further back-up (time machine already in place for a long time). Now, suddenly I can't access my pictures anymore through iphoto asking me for a library (never asked for before) and I have no clue where the pictures are actually saved when imported in iphoto. Can anyone help me recover my pictures, such as telling me WHERE the pictures are actually stored? Thank you so much!

A critical question - exactly what "clean up" did you do and how?
Do you have an iPhoto library in yoru pictures folder? If you depress and hold the option key and launch iPhoto - what do you see in the select library window? Select each library there and see what you have

  • Foreign Trade Import/Export Tab in Material Master of SAP R/3

    Hi
What is the use of Foreign Trade Import/Export Tab in material master of SAP R/3

    Hi Akhil ..
Sounds like you need to enrol for the SAP Foreign Trade training course!
The tab holds various attributes for determining Foreign Trade data - for example the Customs classification and Country of Origin.  Those data are used to determine and/or populate fields in the Foreign Trade data when processing MM and SD documents.
Some, but not all, of the fields in that tab become redundant if GTS is in use.
If you have more specific questions in this area, it might be easier to give better explanations.
    Regards,
    Dave

  • Storage Bin where the material is stored

    Hello,
I just uses Inventory Management and not the Warehouse Management.
In Inventory Management you define where the material is stored, in the material master data.
However, I need to know if is possible decided at the time of good receipt, where the material will store.
    I appreciate your help.
    Regards,
    Hector.

    Thank you Charlie.

  • Plant A supplying material to plant B, plant B supplying it for subcontract

    All SAP Gurus,
Here are two plants: A and B
Plant A is EOU (Export Oriented unit)
    Plant B: Domestic Plant
Plant A is providing material to Plant B,  57 F 4 challan is created.
Plant B simplying passing on this material to subcontractor, and creating one more subcontracting challen.
Subcontractor supplying material to plant B.
Plant B supplying the material back to plant A.
How this scenario can be mapped.
    Please help.
    Regards

Please do not create a challan from Plant A to B, Instead create a STO & if necessary an EI while transferring the material from A to B. A subcontracting challan can be created when the material is sent from B to the Vendor because reconciliation can take place here.
Then another EI can be created when the material is eventually sent from B to A again via stock transfer.

    Please follow the below steps:
    1. Go to MM02.

  • Exactly where are the files stored when imported off a camera into iPhoto ?

see subject line,,,, but when i use iphoto's ''iphoto'' to import files off a camera versus the ''image capture'' they do not appear anywhere in the picture folder, this does not make sense,,,image capture seems to dumb the files into the picture folder
and,,,,,i understand what iPhoto 08 does with the files that are imported into the library from the picture folder but where are iphotos library versions stored?????
also,,,,,i'm putting time and effort into organizing a ''''library'''' only to have none of those efforts taking effect on the folders and files in the picture folder - this seems odd this is like organizing a 2 sets of books in a library == 1 set you want the public to see and one set you what to keep organized in the basement for future storage and retrival and from duplication
i need convincing this makes sense and help on a better system

    alba123
You're confusing iPhoto with an File Manager. The Mac has one of those, it's called the Finder
When you organise things into albums and slideshows etc in the iPhoto Window there is no corresponding folders of images for each album. That would be a waste of disk space. Instead, each album is a virtual entity: in reality, a list of pics that you want to app to display together. So, no, you're not organising two sets of books, what you're doing is arranging the photos as you want them to be displayed while your assistant (the app) is looking after the files.
Events, however, are not virtual. Events in the iPhoto Window correspond exactly with the Folders in the Originals Folder in the iPhoto Library package file (Right click on it in the Pictures Folder -> Show Package Contents).
You can move photos between Events, you can rename Events, edit them, create them, as long as you do it via the iPhoto Window. Check out the Info Pane (wee 'i', lower left) the name and date fields are editable. Edit a Event Name using the Info Pane, the Event Folder in iPhoto Library/Originals will also have the new name.
There are three ways (at least) to get files from the iPhoto Window.
    1. Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
    2. File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
    3. Show File: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
So, think of it this way. You do your organising in the iPhoto Window. Let the application look after the basement.

  • Where are individual photo files stored on disk after iPhoto import?

This might be the dumbest question in iPhoto history but WHERE in the file system are the individual photo files stored after importing them into iPhoto?
The reason I ask is I want to simply go to the file location in the finder window and attach to an email or edit with another application.
When I go to Pictures>iPhoto Library there is one gigantic iPhoto library file.
    Thanks!

    kuristofuaa
The photos are stored inside the iPhoto Package File. This is simply a Unix style package file, it makes it a tiny bit more difficult for users to inadvertently muck up their iPhoto. WHy do I say this? Because it is strongly advised that you do not move, change or in anyway alter things in the iPhoto Library Folder as this can cause the application to fail and even lead to data loss.
As to getting pics for email:
There are three ways (at least) to get files from the iPhoto Window.
    1. *Drag and Drop*: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
    2. *File -> Export*: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
    3. *Show File*: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
To upload to MySpace or any site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. If you're using Gmail you can use THIS
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser. Or, if you want to access the files with iPhoto not running, then create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use THIS
The change was made to the format of the iPhoto library because many users were inadvertently corrupting their library by browsing through it with other software or making changes in it themselves. If you're willing to risk database corruption, you can restore the older functionality simply by right clicking on the iPhoto Library and choosing 'Show Package Contents'. Then simply make an alias to the folders you require and put that alias on the desktop or where ever you want it. Be aware though, that this is a hack and not supported by Apple.
