    8Equalizer for Audigy Li've Missing !! ( was there before)T Hello
I change my computer so I reinstall my drivers.
Problem is I scratch my Cd that was sold with my card ( it says Audigy sound blaster 24bit on it). So I Thought no probelm I just download from the net the drivers but big problem then !! No Equalizer is provided in the driver I installed from the internet !! And then I cant find them !
I tried to manually copy the /program file/creative/equalizer/*.* of my old computer to the new one, but after complaining about missing dll in /system32 then It just doesnt start.( I did copy the missing dll it was requesting but now it just doesnt lauch).
Where can i download : the whole audigy CD , or the equalizer setup progam? Why is it not included in your web drivers ?
Im on XP sp3. (both old and new computer)
my card is an audigy Li've!
    thank you.

<? hello thank you for your link but none of those worked ( even the called SB 24 , and audigy ). So i connected a new dvd dri've and was finally able to read my damage cd and install the drivers. It's a real pity creative dont publish their drivers !! My card was an OEM , so without box then the least they can do is to provide drivers/equalizer on their site. Equalizer is not an " add on" it's the minimum you can request from the card !! (Next time i'l buy a realteck they are so easy to install from the net! )
So my cd ID is ( disk.id):
    Sound Blaster Audigy
    SBA-SIS2D--LB
    QS:07280
    R6
Then the product : you dont even know what you own ! sometimes in application like FL studio it says you have a SB Li've !, but on the creative tool it says audigy .. There isnt any program that can check the rom or something from the card to tell you exactly what your card is.
Very dissapointed. wont buy that again.

  • Custom equalization option missing after FCPX 10.1 update

I made the decision to update to 10.1 with much caution for a number of reasons and "new" features promised on the fancy promo page.
The overall look and feel didn't create so much problems as expected but the downside, I found, is some missing features (again? seriously?)
It seems that, when a clip is selected, there's no more audio Custom equalization option.
When I choose my preset under Inspector > Audio > Audio Enhancements > Equalizaton: (e.g. Flat or Voice Enhance) and change the values, close the
graphic EQ, reselect the clip and re-open the EQ, it's flat again. All changes are lost and the setting defaults to the preset.
Really annoying to see such functions disappear. Any ideas or similar problems, anyone?

Try opening the Effects Browser and use one of the EQ effects. The settings can be further refined by clicking, in the Inspector window, on the equalizer icon. Changes made this way are saved.

  • Anyone miss easy access to the equalizer?

I don't know about anyone else, but I use the equalizer nearly constantly, quickly tweaking it from song to song. I also close it as soon as I'm done with it because it clutters my work environment. However, with v7 Apple decided to get rid of the convenient button, and didn't give us any other "quick" way of accessing it. This isn't nearly as much of a nuisance as the skipping audio I also experience, but this kind of counter-intuitive "upgrade" is the kind of thing I'd expect from Micro$oft and not a company I actually respect, like Apple.
    -mcg

Yes, I also miss it. Nice of Apple to just drop it off with not even an option in the prefs to get it back. Make sure you tell them what you think about it: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html

  • B&O Equalizer Software missing after the upgrade to windows 10

After the upgrade to windows 10, the pre installed B&O Equalizer software is missing. Besides after i installed the audio driver provided by Hp Support , the sound quality and the level are degraded.
I am unable to find the software. Help

    Hi  ,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion 15-ab029tx Notebook and issues with Bang & Olufsen Equalizer Software. Try using the Windows Update Troubleshooting tool to fix the problem. Here is a document that shows how to update drivers that are not working correctly with Windows 10.I hope this helps. Thanks.

  • Equalizer button missing from iTunes7

The equalizer button is gone from the bottom right side of the window in iTunes7. While accessible from the View menu, there is no keyboard shortcut to Show Equalizer. Apple should have left the button where it was.

screw the EQ view - if u get it it wont work anyway.....the on/off button is there but it makes no difference whether u activate it or not....
Not in every case. Mine works fine...Having trouble with finding the right keyboard shortcut though.

  • Equalizer sliders missing from MAXXAUDIO 3 manager

    Hello,
I have a DELL XPS 15-L502X and I recently updated my laptop via windows update. I'm guessing that the MAXXAUDIO driver was updated, but the only thing is that when I clicked the 'equalizer' tab on the left-hand side it was completely blank; there were no sliders there so that I could adjust the MAXXBASS or anything.
I have tried downloading the previous driver via the DELL website, but it's not having the desired effect.
If someone could help me regain the equalizer sliders, it would really be appreciated!
    Thank you in advance

Hello. You could try Windows System Restore (type system restore into the Windows search box) and select a restore point from before the update, but if that does not work the only way I know of to get the WavesMaxx back the way it was when the laptop was new is to perform a system recovery (reset to factory configuration) and after that do not allow any update of the Realtek audio driver.

  • Missing Loudness Equalizer

For some reason, my current driver for Beats audio does not have an enhancements tab in the sound options, so I cannot do loudness equalization.
I was able to recover this functionality by uninstalling the driver, but then Beats would no longer work (cannot find .startup file error message).
Does anyone have an idea what driver would allow me to have both?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there @azd312
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, both from other users, HP experts and other support personnel.
I understand that you are trying to get the Enhancements tab back, presumably after upgrading your system. I am happy to help you with this, but it would helpful to know what led to the problem; also  please post the full product number for your notebook. See the following, if you need help with that information.
How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
I am assuming that you upgraded the operating system and after the upgrade the new driver does not have that functionality. Please verify, and let me know which operating system you originally had, if that is the case.
But as you surmised, the 'Enhancements' tab is down to the particular audio driver that's installed - some allow this feature and some do not. So it may come down to if we can find one that still has that capability for the other operating system.

  • Equalizer button no longer available after upgrade to iTunes 7

With iTunes 6, there was always a button at the bottom of the iTunes window to toggle on & off the Equalizer. With iTunes 7, the button is gone. Now, the only way to activate it is to choose "Show Equalizer" from the View menu. There isn't even a shortcut key to toggle it.
Am I missing something, or was this an oversight that slipped in during the UI redesign?
    Thanks, Scott

It's good to know that it's being because I certainly remember it use to work before.

  • How Do I get to the EAX Equalizer/Settin

Hello im new to these boards due to the extreme level of frustration im currently experiencing. I'm using a X-FI XtremeGamer soundcard. My question is how do I get to the EAX Console with the Speaker/Equalizer/Sound settings. I know how to get to the Audio console but thats not what im looking for.

While alexs3d2 is for the most part correct, there are two things missing from the Audio Console that are available in the full console on the CD, and one is indeed the equalizer that you seek:
    [img"]http://serve.ryanjohnwilliams.com/images/x_fi_equalizer.jpg">
The other is the THX console, which allows you to tweak variables such as speaker distance, and has a bass booster (although this is unsurprisingly just an adjustment of several equalizer knobs at once by X decibels, up to the Hz of your choice).
Creative have the cheek to actually not give this software away and want you to buy the CD with it on, even though many of the currently circulating X-Fi boxes don't contain the CD like they should. As such, you'll need to look for the X-Fi Vista CD on BitTorrent (if you do a search for 'bittorrent' you'll find older discussion of this).

  • Missing features in nokia asha 200

    hello,
i am from egypt and i don't have FM  recording in my asha 200 ??
i suggeste make this feature available in a new software update ..
there is also some specefications ..here on the site about asha 200 that dosen't exist
such as Sequence mode in camera and audio equalizer in the music player ?????
i hope all this missing features provided soon .
    thanks

Hi, i have seen that the 200 in the FM recording FAQ here on the forums is supposed to support FM recording in Egypt. As this is a user to user forum, you may contact Nokia in your country directly by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page, and assist you with your requirement as they may have got something wrong. You can also use the link to suggest new services of features that you desire.
Please note that if you bought your 200 from another country and it was their country's model, then you may have the FM recording functionality disabled as it is not allowed in their country.

  • [SOLVED] Missing LADSPA support and bs2b in mpv

I'm missing LADSPA support in mpv. (I know that mplayer2 supports it, in general.) Specifically, when I run mpv the following way, I get an error message:
    $ mpv --af=ladspa=/usr/lib/ladspa/cmt.so:amp_stereo:1 some.avi
    Option af: ladspa doesn't exist.
Error parsing option af (option parameter could not be parsed)
    Setting commandline option --af=ladspa=/usr/lib/ladspa/cmt.so:amp_stereo:1 failed.
    Exiting... (Fatal error)
(The path to the LADSPA plugin exists on my system.)
    I tried this:
    $ mpv --af=help
    Available audio filters:
    dummy : dummy
    delay : Delay audio filter
channels : Insert or remove channels
    format : Force audio format
volume : Volume control audio filter
    equalizer : Equalizer audio filter
    pan : Panning audio filter
    surround : Surround decoder filter
sub : Audio filter for adding a sub-base channel
    export : Sound export filter
drc : Dynamic range compression filter
extrastereo : Increase difference between audio channels
lavcac3enc : runtime encode to ac3 using libavcodec
lavrresample : Sample frequency conversion using libavresample
    sweep : sine sweep
    hrtf : HRTF Headphone
center : Audio filter for adding a center channel
    sinesuppress : Sine Suppress
karaoke : Simple karaoke/voice-removal audio filter
scaletempo : Scale audio tempo while maintaining pitch
    lavfi : libavfilter bridge
convert24 : Convert between 24 and 32 bit sample format
convertsignendian: Convert between sample format sign/endian
While man mpv suggests that LADSPA might be supported, it looks like it is actually not, at least not for the current community/mpv 0.3.5-1 release. I looked it up and this site suggests that there is a ladspa flag for compilation which, I presume, has not been used/enabled for compilation here.
EDIT: I just tried the bs2b filter and it fails just the same way:
    Option af: bs2b doesn't exist.
Error parsing option af (option parameter could not be parsed)
    Setting commandline option --af=bs2b=profile=default failed.
    Exiting... (Fatal error)
So, did I forget to install something? Or is it a compilation problem?
Last edited by itektur (2014-03-13 13:11:13)

    It's a compilation problem
    I have:
    $ mpv --af=help | egrep "ladspa|bs2b"
    ladspa : LADSPA plugin loader
    bs2b : Bauer stereophonic-to-binaural audio filter
And during compilation, you should see:
Checking for LADSPA plugin support : yes
Checking for libbs2b audio filter support : yes

  • Audio Output Device Missing

I know that this isn't a new problem to people, but I can't conclude whether or not there's been a solution for this yet. My issue is that my partition of Windows Vista is only missing an Audio Output Device.

    Welcome to Lenovo Community! MintyAnt
    1. Uninstall existing audio driver and restart your computer.
    2. Could you try update your system with System Update? Go to Control Panel > Lenovo - Update and drivers > Update all drivers.
    3. If problem still persist after the following steps above, contact Tech Support.
    Hope this helps

  • No enhancements tab for loudness equalization

    Hi,
I've watched several youtube videos and read the same instructions here, on how to increase overall system volume through the enhancements tab and "loudness equalization".  When I go through the steps, both of these are missing.
I checked to make sure I have the latest sound driver installed, and I do.  (IDT High Definition Audio CODEC). I think I read  that a previous version had access to this tab, but I have no idea how to install older drivers.
Can anyone help to do that, or is there another way to maximize sound with this model? Why do the factory settings come so low? Is it to get people to buy extenal speakers?
    Thanks
