Equipo sony xav-60,volumen fijo y pantalla tactil no funciona adecuadamente

Hola,buenas tardes,el equipo de audio sony modelo xav-60 me esta fallando,lo enciendo y selecciono la funcion que quiero escuchar (radio,cd,auxiliar,etc.),el problema es que el volumen de sonido esta fijo o sea que no le puedo subir o bajar y ademas al seleccionar en pantalla alguna funcion se selecciona otra cosa que no le muevo,es como si el touch fallara.

Si usted experimenta alguno de los siguientes problemas con los botones operacionales en el autoestéreo, puede haber un problema de energía o un problema con un dispositivo conectado:
Los botones funcionan esporádicamente
Los botones dejan de funcionar durante la reproducción.
Los botones no funcionan
Siga estos pasos para intentar resolver el problema:
NOTA: Debido a que cada uno de estos pasos representa una posible solución a este problema, pruebe los botones después de completar cada paso.
1. Apague el autoestéreo OFF (apagado) por más de 2 segundos, luego encender nuevamente.
2. Si usted tiene un dispositivo portátil conectado al autoestéreo, intente utilizar los botones de función del dispositivo conectado para ver si esos botones funcionan.
3. Si está utilizando una conexión inalámbrica Bluetooth®, desconecte la conexión Bluetooth e intente volver a conectarse.
4. Si los botones siguen sin funcionar, elimine todos los dispositivos sincronizados con el equipo autoestéreo.
5. Repita los pasos para apagar el autoestéreo, y luego sincronizar todos los dispositivos una vez más.
Si no lograr que funcione o responda ninguno de los botones del panel frontal del receptor autoestéreo, siga estas instrucciones para intentar resolver el problema.
1. Si el sistema autoestéreo tiene una placa frontal desmontable, limpie los contactos metálicos con un bastoncillo de algodón ligeramente humedecido, no saturado, con alcohol.
2. Si el vehículo tiene un ACC, apáguelo y enciéndalo nuevamente.
3. Restablezca el autoestéreo pulsando el botón RESET (restablecer) .
Si el problema sigue sin resolverse, es necesario enviar la unidad a servicio. Localizar un centro de reparación para su producto Sony.

    Hola el problema que yo tengo es que tiene como un mes que me compre una pavilion x360 y como esta muy lenta y tenia muchas fallas con el windows 8 que tenia decidi en formatearla y colocarle el 8.1 y para eso tenia que borrar todo el disco hasta el recovery y ahora el proble es que la pantalla tactil no me funciona y ya intente de todo quisiera que alguien me pueda ayudar

  • Sony XAV-712BT with Sony XA-NV300T can anybody help please?

    Hi everyone, i recently purchased a Sony XAV-712BT car audio system unit with a Sony XA-NV300T navigation unit and i am having problems getting the navigation to work. When i connect the navigation unit an error comes up on the screen (link below) that suggests i re-install the Tom Tom Navigation app. I have tried on various sites including the Tom Tom and Sony sites and the error still presents itself. Can someone please point me in the direction of the full Tom Tom navigation app download instead of a file update, which is compatible with the Sony XA-NV300T Navigation unit? 
    I tried calling Sony support and after 45 minutes on the phone i was a little disappointed to get the 360 degree full circle run around that took me through various departments that couldnt help me, only to get the "can you provide us with a receipt number?" (which i don't carry with me during work hours), despite telling them the model numbers of both the head unit and navigation units.
    Any help with this will be greatly appreciated! Thanking everyone in advance!

  • Sony XAV-601BT not starting / booting

    I recently installed a Sony XAV-601 BT. The problems is that when the unit turns on, a loading screen appears:

    Then the loading stops and the screen jumps to a blank with an exclamation sign /!\

    Is there any way of resetting the unit so that it skips the loading procedure? Or does anybody know what might be problem with the unit? Thank you.
    Please note that i have already tried "using a paperclip and resetting the unit".

    There's a RESET button located behind the front panel.
    You can press it using a small pin.

    Hola amigos, me sucede lo siguiente. Hace un tiempo atras instale la preview de windows 10 hasta ahi todo bien...todo funcionando normalmente, solo que de un dia para otro la pantalla tactil dejo de funcionar y quizas pienso que esta desactivada o la verdad nose porque mi hijo juega en el y dejo de funcionar de un momento a otro.     Disculpa la tardanza en contestar. Efectivamente se puede conseguir un repuesto de la pantalla LCD, pero no sera tactil ya que las Edge 15 no ofrecian esta opcion.
    De acuerdo al manual de Lenovo (descarga= click aqui!) hay 2 modelos de paneles. Uno brillante y otro mate. Supongo que tendras que buscar los paneles en paginas como Ebay, Amazon y similares. Abajo detallo una lista de los nros. de modelo previstos por Lenovo para cada caso.

    Can anyone tell me if the Sony XA-NV200TL (navigation module) is compatible with the headunit XAV-701BT?
    I have purchased both, but connecting the module with USB to the 701BT gives me no "navigation" in the menu.
    Or do I need another firmware, the firmware I have now is HR13_xav_1.12.001.
    Can someone please help me out?

    Why is it that on different websites I can read that the 701BT is "Navigation ready", the same as the 701HD.

  • My sony XAV-601bt head unit wont update with the newest software

    I have downloaded the new update several times now moved to a blank usb storage and attempted to install. It gets to a screen that shows the older version with an arrow pointing to nothing and asks if i would like to update. There is a cancel button and a non-shaded update button that i cant push. Any suggestions?

  • Sony XAV-64bt sound cutting out

    Recently when I play avi files from a usb drive the sound will cutout randomly.  I have used the same usb drive the whole time I have owned the deck. It especially happens when I either pause or fast forward the file or if I shut my truck off and start it back up and the usb has to load up again.  Is this a common issue, or is there some type of fix for this??  Will reseting the deck fix the issue?? thanks

    The following are the USB specifications of the XAV-64BT Car Stereo:
    • MSC (Mass Storage Class) and MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) type USB devices compliant 
    with the USB standard can be used.
    • Compatible codecs are MP3 (.mp3), WMA (.wma), AAC (.m4a), JPEG (.jpg), Xvid (.avi), 
    and MPEG-4 (.mp4).
    • Backup of data in a USB device is recommended.
    • If a USB device contains multiple file types, only the selected file type (audio/video/image) can be played. For details on how to select the file type, see “Selecting a file type” on page 29 of the  manual.
    • Displayed indications will differ, depending on the USB device, recorded format and settings. For details, visit the support site  here.
    • The maximum number of displayable data is as follows:
    – folders (albums): 256
    – files (tracks): 2,000
    • It may take time for playback to begin, depending on the amount of recorded data.
    • DRM (Digital Rights Management) files may not be played.
    • During playback or reverse/fast-forward of a VBR (Variable Bit Rate) MP3/WMA/AAC file, elapsed 
    playing time may not display accurately.
    • Playback of a lossless compression file is not supported.
    The highest USB drive that works with this unit is only 64 GB (see details here).

    I recently purchased this unit and so far have been very happy with the it.
    However, I cannot get movies to play via the USB thumb drive (I'm using a 32GB Sandisk Cruzer Fit) I've formatted the movies to the specs that were listed in the User Guide. The player sees the movies on the the drive and it looks like it wants to play them but I do not get any picture or sound. When looking at the info screen the Elapsed time shows that its moving at 3 to 4 seconds at a time i.e. it goes 00:00 to 00:04 to 00:09 to 00:12 to 00:16
    Playing back music from the USB drive works great.
    Any thoughts?

    Hello,
    Since there are many variations to the way MPEG files can be encoded, I recommend using a "Simple" format encoding scheme rather than H264 or advanced encoding. One program which has shown success in properly encoding video files for playback on these devices is "Handbrake".Start off by using the "Classic -> Legacy" preset , and adjust the settings until you achieve a quality that is acceptable while retaining compatibility.
    This is simply a suggestion, Pleae note Handbrake is Open Source Third Party Software.
