I can't erase songs from my wish list.    When I click on a x on right, the song disapper for a split second and comes back.  Songs stay on my wish list after purchased, filling up my wish list.    It is not taking any more than 73 songs into the list.

  • Buying ALL songs from Wish List

There used to be a button on the Wish List page to buy all the songs from your Wish List but now with the latest upgrade, it's no longer there. Is there a new way to buy ALL the songs from your wish list? I have 14 songs and I don't want to buy each one separately and see 14 separate charges on my credit card...

Here's the response Apple gave me. I don't have the options in my "store" preferences tabs nor do I have the icons they show in the link, mine is just a tab
    Dear
Hello my name is Antoine with iTunes Store Customer Support and I hope your day is going well. I understand that you are having problems purchasing multiple items at once from your iTunes wish list. I definitely understand how this could be a little frustrating, it took me forever to figure this out. I am including a ling bellow that should explain making multiple purchases.

After following the steps in the link you still are not able to make multiple purchases, simply reply to this email.

There used to be a 'buy all' button on the wish list screen but for some reason that has been removed from the current version of iTunes so you will need to buy each item individually. You can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe it'll be added back in a future update : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html

how to purchase from wish list for itunes 11.  There is no purchase button

    Hi spajer,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
You should be able to purchase the song on your wish list by clicking on the price to the left of the drop-down menu arrow. EG.

  • I want to gradually add music from wish list

I have an IPod 3rd generation.  I want to gradually add music from wish list, when I can afford it.  How do I "check" the songs I want to pay for now?

Since this seems to be a question more related to iTunes (specifically the iTunes Store) you may have better luck posting this in the iTunes forum.

I would like to know, on the ringtone page, where you can select songs out of your music library, is there a way to remove a song from the list after its selected? I would thin there would be a way to "delete" the songs from the list. (Clock app)
    Let me explain:
In the clock app for ios 6.0.2 I am a little confused. It allows you to go into your music library, and create a ringtone using any songs you choose. However, I cannot find a way to remove a song from this list, just like I cannot delete one of the preset ringtones (which I'm not trying to do, but just as an example)
Thanks for your time! If you need more information just ask.
(I believe both my iPod and iTunes are up to date)

I believe you just are able to delete them from iTunes.
    Hope it will be helpful

I can't do it that way. I erase these songs from the iTunes Library, but when I sycronize the iPhone, all these songs are copied again to the Library. Isn't there any way to stop that? Everything I buy on iTunes Store through my iPhone cannot be erased from the iPhone?
WHY can't you do it the way 100 million people do it?

What happened to them? They can't just disappear? Have you changed computers or re-loaded the OS since the last time you synced? Do you have a backup of your computer from when they were present in iTunes? Were they ever present in iTunes?

Go to your Spotlight search. (Swipe from left to right at your primary home screen.)
    Type in 'Facebook'.
You should see your Facebook app.
Unless you held down an app icon until it 'wiggles', then hit the black 'x' to delete it, you didn't delete the app.

  • How to erase songs from an MP3 player?

I know this is strictly not an Apple question but I have looked around and cannot find an answer to my problem. I have an MP3 player. It is formatted to DOS FAT.
I can add mp3 songs without any problem to the MP3 player by just attaching it to a USB cable and then moving songs from iTunes Library by drag and drop.
I am having trouble erasing songs from the mp3 player.
I put the songs I do not want into Trash by dragging and dropping or by just choosing Put into Trash and they disappear from the window.
However, the songs are still on the mp3 player and I can still play them.
I have tried deleting the files from the mp3 player itself but it doesn't work either.
I am now thinking of formatting the mp3 player and erasing the disk using Disk Utility. Will that work? Or would that mean that my mp3 player will no longer function as an mp3 player?
The documentation is in a non-English language as the mp3 player was bought overseas so I can't get help from the mp3 manufacturer's website.
    Any suggestions?
I don't want to muck up the mp3 player so that I cannot listen to music. I'd rather keep the unwanted songs than do that because I will have to visit the A/S center to make the mp3 function again and that's a lot of bother. So that's why I am checking here first before I do anything drastic.
    Thanks.

    Thanks for that tip.
I found what the problem was (kind of) ...
When I tried to delete the songs that shouldn't be there, the delete function wouldn't work. When I pressed the button for "delete file", instead of deleting the file, it would take me to the first song which I didn't want to delete.
What I did in the end was:
    * I chose the first song (which was meant to be there).
    * I chose "Delete everything" ---> This time the delete function worked properly and the disk was wiped empty.
    * I then added all the songs I wanted individually again to the mp3 player.
    * I checked the mp3 player after adding the desired songs --- all the undesired songs had disappeared (unlike last time when they were still on the mp3 player even after I had removed them using the hard drive of my computer to open the mp3 player and delete the songs).
The problem was that the delete function didn't work properly when I was trying to delete the undesired songs (that weren't meant to be there as I had taken them to the Trash on my hard drive).
I might try your suggestion next time. I presume you mean empty the Trash on my mac. My mp3 player doesn't have a Trash folder (not that I can see anyway).

  • HT5552 how do I purchase items from wish list-none of the choices are purchase this song in version for computer-this is crazy!

in recent dowwload of I tunes-how do you purchase items listed in your wish list.  There are 5 choices beside each song  but none say-"purchase this song. Where do you go to actually purchase songs?

You need to click on the item's actual price, not the downward pointing arrow next to the price - you should then get a prompt to buy it. You will need to buy each one individually.

  • Problem with Shuffle erased songs from library!!

The Shuffle would not eject from within iTunes. I tried dragging it off the desktop to eject it that way and it would not budge. iTunes would not respond and when I tired to force-quit the program, it would not respond. The entire computer froze - very unusual under OSX...
So I had to unplug the shuffle manually and then restart the computer. When I reattached the shuffle, it was blank - a known risk of unplugging a disc without properly ejecting it. I was not too upset cuz it was only 30 songs on one playlist (the shuffle's own play list). I figured I could rebuild it.
No prob, right? Well that is what I though. When I got home later that night, I went into iTunes to reload songs onto the shuffe. There had be 30 songs, but I could remember only about 10, so I went into iTunes library to find the songs in order to put back onto the shuffe, but they were GONE from the library. Even the iTunes songs I had bought were gone, no longer listed even in the Purchased Music playlist. And the songs were not in the iTunes Musc folder... they are gone completely. Apparently, the manual unplugging of the shuffle and the restart of the computer erased the songs NOT ONLY from the shuffle, but the entire library too. Isn't that strange?!?
I have Apple's Backup program, and I back up my library every 4 weeks, but I was just about to do another backup this week, so if I choose to restore, I would lose everying I have gotten since the last back up, so that is not really an option.
Once a month or so, I copy the entire iTunes library over to my external hard disk, so I have been able to get some of the purchaced iTunes songs from there (better than a condensed backup because you can pick individual songs without having to do a restore on the entire file - which would erase anything added since the last backup).
I just wish I could remember what songs I had on the shuffle...
Has anyone ever heard of this? I know that manually unplugging any hard disk or USB drive without first ejecting it, has risks, included the loss of the data on the disk/drive, but have you hever heard of not only the shuffle, but ALSO the library being erased?!?

    Hi Patrick,
You don't need to know the name of the songs that you have lost because all music purchased from iTunes has the same file extension. So if you search for the file extension, all the purchased music on your HD will show up like this:
So just do a search for ".m4p" (Not including the quotation marks) and your purcased music should show up.

  • Delete button "x" disappears from Wish List

In Itunes 9, I have about 30 songs in my Wish List. When I go to edit it, if I click the "X" to delete an entry, the screen refreshes, the song is removed, but there is no longer the "X" available to the right of any other songs.
Does anyone else have their delete option 'Disappear' once a song is deleted?
I have to go back to Itunes Store front and click on the Wish List link again to delete the next song. Repeat...repeat...repeat....
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or make it so that I can delete multiple songs at once from my Wish List?
    Thanks
    -Dallasdux

Just talked to Apple Support. They've got TONS of iTunes 9 bug fixes "in the work" that "should be addressed with the 9.1 release within the next two weeks"
This is one of the issues.
The iPhone - iTunes issue where dragging an application to a full page of apps pushes the "bumped app" to go to a completely new and blank page on screen is another issue being addressed.
