Erecruiting-To Be Deleted status for object Requisition

Hi All,
For the requisition created it is not possible to select the status 'To be Deleted'. Following error message is displayed "Cannot be deleted since open assignments exist". Please help.

One way of doing this would be to delete the candidacy record which is still "In process" from HRP1001. You can do this using transaction SE16N. This would ensure that this truant record is no longer attached to the requisition object NB.
I am trying to understand the exact reason why the candidate attached to this record is not shown in the UI. Could it be possible that this candidate is deleted?
If you are still interested in deleting the NB directly from the tables, you can still use the SE16N transaction. But then you will have to make sure all the related infotypes also do not have this NB object.
For eg: When a requisition is created, records are created in the following infotypes:
1000
1001 - If a position/job is attached to the requisition
5125
5133 - for support teams
etc

Hi Gurus,
We are trying to attach documents to ZBOS & OR types sales documents , while opening the Status for Object button of the sales order it is taking more than 15 mins to open , once it is opened it is working as normal.
can you please let us know is it the system functionality because of which it is taking so much time to open or the problem is with something else.
please let us also know whether it is system impacting process.

Make Deletion Status for Operation in Prodcution Order

Hello Experts,
Is there any Function Module or BAPI to make status for Operation as deletion in production order. i.e I0013 is the status for the operation.

Let me explain the process we are following
I have two operations in an order.
Operation 1) Control Key M111(Internally Processed) - One component attached for this operation ( its a not stock item)
PR, PO and GR has been done and no issues in that.
Operation 2) Control key M222( Externally Processed) -
a) One Service attached with this operation which i want to delete from the order.
b) One Component also attached ( non stock item) and PR , PO, GR has been done for same.
For point a : Service is present in PR but not released therefore no PO , GR is done.
Now when i try to delete this serive from the operation then system does not allow me to do so. Also i want to delete from PR too and again i was not able to delete from it.
Please let me know how this can be possible.

How can I delete records from SOFFCONT1 selectively, to recover Database space, without corruption of Database integrity in other tables?
Thousands of scanned images have been uploaded to SAP R3 as 'Attachments' to Financial documents, and produced massive amounts of binary data in table SOFFCONT1. It was thought that 'Links' were being created until Basis saw the size of table SOFFCONT1.
A new methodolgy creates 'Links' to files on a network filer instead.
The bleeding has stopped!
The original methodology for creating the relationship included the following:
SO_FOLDER_ROOT_ID_GET
SO_OBJECT_UPLOAD
SO_SPLIT_FILE_AND_PATH
SO_LOIO_PHIO_CREATE
SO_OBJECT_INSERT
BINARY_RELATION_CREATE
New records are thereby added to the following tables:
SOFFLOIO
SOFFPHIO
SOFFCONT1
SOFFPHF
SOOD
SOC3
SOFM
SRGBTBREL
A debug session of the transaction FB03, display attachments, and delete revealed the following function modules:
BINARY_RELATION_DELETE
SO_OBJECT_DELETE_IN_VB
This only deletes the relationship records in tables:
SOFM
SRGBTBREL
What I really want to do is delete all traces (records in tables) of these image/document relationships in R3 and recover the Database space.
Is anyone experienced with this recovery process, and has a solution to this requirement?
Any suggestions welcome.

User status for purchase requisition

Dear all,
I have a basic question. I have created a status profile using transaction BS02. Now I want to apply that to purchase requisition. However I could not find any way to assign it to the PR (specially in PR document type).
Request your inputs in this regard.

I dont think you can control the display mode on just one operation using any of the exisitng user exists or using the user status.
The only way, that i think would be possible in this cenario, would be to intimate the responsble person or any specific user whenever there is change on the order which has a operation with a specific user status set. You can create a standard task (or workflow) to get this functionality accomplished.

I want to create a custom event which triggers on Purchase Requisition Create, SAP provide's standard event's for purchase requisition release but not for create.
What are all the steps and how to create a new event.

Hi Sandhya,
may i know the reason why you are trying to create custom methods.
You have business object BUS2009(for PR line item wise release) and BUS2105(for PR overall release).
Both those business object have events RELEASESTEPCREATED (for PR creation) and SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGED(For PR change).
Even then if you want to create custom events, create a subtype of the standard business object, then click on events, and then select create. Now create your Z-events, say ZCREATED (For creation), ZCHANGED (for changed) and ZDELETED (for deleted). Now select each event, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be implemented. Follow the same for all the events. Then select each event, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be released.
Now click on your custom object, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be implemented.Then click on your custom object, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be released.
After this in SWEC tcode, click on new entries. Select change document object as BANF, business object as say ZBUS2105 and event as ZCREATED. make sure radio button on create is checked.
Similary create entries for ZCHANGED event and ZDELETED.
Select on change and on delete radio button for event ZCHANGED and ZDELETED event respectively.

Work flow object type for purchase requisition

u asked me to create a Customer Task in PFTC and assign this object and a Method and define a triggering event etc for the workflow to get triggered,but in the triggering events there is no create event in it,so how and where should i create that event and also in the custom table which i have created there is a field approver user id ,where can i get this id frm?when the pr is created the fields storage location and issuing plant will be read and sent to the custom table where the related approver id should be chosen,,but the field will be blank so how to enter data into the approver user id field.....
also in the business object(bus2105) is it that in the program only the create function module should be called and the rest of the fn modules which r there in the sample program which u have sent should be deleted?????????

Hi go to PFTC tcode and enter Workflow template and press F4, it displays all WF templates, then in that search and take the PR related one.

Help!Cache status of object for Central Adapter Engine is incorrect

this problem cconfused me several days!
version:PI 7.1
after i activate the communication channel, the cache not update for central adapter engine
problem: in cache status overview, the update for central adapter engine not yet started, but notification is ok.
the update for integration server and mapping run time are all correct.
then when i display wsdl for sender agreement(SOAP sender), show message:Cache status of object abcd123 for Central Adapter Engine is incorrect
if i ignore this message, error message popup:dapter Engine af.xid.sapittest for communication channel abcd123 not registered in SLD
who can help me solve this problem.

Kindly check if you have set theparameter 'com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.sld.name' in your
Exchange Profile, since it's not set by default. Open note #1278563 and follow the procedures.
And you may check the following notes:
#1031321 - Self-Registration of Adapter Engine and RWB fails
#1334053 - No automatic PI 7.10 SLD Registration (Here you'll see the note 764176 which you have already applied and also the note #1117249).
In RWB, is the adapter Engine "red light"? If yes, what is the specific error?

Services for Object: attached documents/ links cannot be deleted

Dear SAPfriends,
The deletion button at the attachment list of "Services for Object" does not work. Eventhough it seems that the documents/ links/ notes have been removed from the object (i.e. Purchase order, material etc), when you exit and re-enter at the attachment list the documents are still there.
I tried to delete them from OAER, still the same.
Any ideas?

Hi All,
Is there any sample program where we can create (Change and delete) a note in the services for object for sales order.
We have requitement where we need to develop a Z program which should have the functionality of changing or creating or deleting the Note from the services for object in sales order. the input parameter will be sales order.

ME51N services for object- How to collective list attachment by Requisition

When create ME51N or Change ME52N a puechase requisition, the users use the Service for Object to attach some word, excel, pictures files as attachements.
There is away to see in a table or in a report what documents have an attachemnt and what not have it?

There is no standard report for attachment list. But for a particular document you can view attachment by selecting services for object and view attachement lists.

How to delete a document status for a document type

May i know how to delete the some document statuses for a document type. Because present we are having many document statuses, In that we want to remove some statuses.please find the screenshot and help me please.

As per the above requirement, i have deleted some statuses, But now i want in cv02n, the following statuses,
In first step, i have changed the status in cv02n, from work request to Reallocation status. please find the screenshot.
After this step, i want get the status in cv02n, as PPC head Status, But while changing status, i am not getting the status pop box as per my requirement and i got as per below pop screen.
Please guide me how to get the status of PPC head in pop box when clicking the Document status icon. And also please guide on that, if i am deleting the existing statuses, what i need to check.

but while creating the production order i receive the following error.

Ramesh,
once you cerate a Status profile in BS02 and add status to the same. in the tollbar you will see OBJECT TYPE push button, select teh obejcts like PP/PM order header / operation /comepeoent and PRT ect where that staus can be applied.
Then assign the statsu profile to order type.

Hello Gurus,
I am getting the following message every time I enter a material in the sales order. The material entered requires a Purchase Requisition (PR) to be created when it is entered in the order. We have done Configuration thru Order Status Profile that will prevent PR creation at time of Order creation.
The message is as follows:
"Material purchase requisition" not allowed (Use
Status PROV, object TM0000000001VB)
Solution requested: We do not want to see this message appearing so many times. Can you pl let me know if there is a way to avoid this.

and also please check when you creating sales order beside po date one tab is availble check any data in default that
that tab name is display doc header details in that tab purchase order tab in that any infirmation is default check that also
