Eror message to get when an Equipment No is assigned to an Asset

Question

Hi All,
         I am  creating Maintenance Order with some order type say PM01.
The maintenance order No is assigned with some asset.
When I am trying to release it ,its giving message You Cannot post this Asset which is correct.
Now my scenario is I am using anothetr order type say PM02 with the same Maintenace order no.
This Maintenance order No is assigned the same Asset as above.
But when I am relasing this I am not getting the error message.
So my condition is I need to check whether that maintenance order no is having any Asset or not .If that Maintenance order is having the asset I should get the same error message .
Where should I write the code for this or are there any userexits for this scenario.

You would have to use some server scripting to accomplish
this. All will
require some work, particularly if you do not have good
familiarity with
server scripting.
ASPMail would be one way, and there are more than a few other
DW extensions
that do it for you. BUT, you would have to integrate the
email process with
your data collection process. Who coded that collection
routine for you?
