Err msg: Personalization tool no longer holds the information of the page

Hi All,
I am trying to personalize a OA Page but when opened the 'Personalize Page', I received this error msg:
"The personalization tool no longer holds the information of the page or region you want to personalize. Please visit the page or administration tools and start the personalization tool again."
Should I enable any extra profile options or revert back any settings done.
Please advice.

Log out and try again, if same error try to do the Personalization using Functional Administrator responsibility.
Copy the document path you want to personalize and navigate to functional administrator and try to personalize.

I am using CC adobe Acrobat to combine multiple pdfs and add page numbers. Mac users can no longer read the page numbers but pc users can.

I am using CC adobe Acrobat to combine multiple pdfs and add page numbers. As of about 2 weeks ago the mac users can no longer read the page numbers they get a font error message and see only -- where the page information should be. The pc users do not have this same problem. When I replace our regular font (URW Grotesk) with a system font (Verdana) everyone is able to read the page numbers. This is a new issues, I have been creating these documents in the same way for years without a problem. I have been on hold and on and off calls for the last two hours, I keep getting hung up on once I find someone in adobe support to talk to!

The tool can allow you to move around the big page by the mouse.
the tool god for zoom in and walk around the page in small screen.
I look also on adds on and I did not find one .

I think the [https://addons.mozilla.org/af/firefox/addon/grab-and-drag/ Grab and Drag] extension is much closer to what's being requested.

I reset my toolbars and now no longer see the "page back" or "page forward" icons on the top left corner of the screen

just loaded the new version of firefox. i went into "library" and told the computer to forget the mp3tube toolbar and it got rid of all the toolbars and also shows no search engine in new tabs, and has no page back or page forward arrows in top left corner of screen. how do i at least get the page back and forward function enabled?

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Full Screen mode with all toolbars hidden.
* Press F11 to toggle full screen mode (Firefox/File > Full Screen)
If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, that should make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
* If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout" (Linux, Windows)
* If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
* If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

On my new computer my Bookmarks list no longer highlights the page I am viewing online, soI can no longer see exactly which site I am viewing.

On my new computer the Bookmarks list no longer 'highlights' the website that I have clicked on and am viewing online. Therefore, I can no longer see exactly which site (location/name) I am viewing because I have quite a number of bookmarks. It wastes time to go to several bookmarked sites in search of the site I am currently visiting.
Bottom line: I want the Bookmarks list to highlight the site I am currently visiting as it did on my previous computers (all Dell). Is there a setting to make this happen?

It actually does highlight but in colour which is barely distinguishable so it appears that no highlighting is on.

My Environment Canada weather app stopped working. When I start it states that the page is not found. It also stated this page no longer exists and this error is as a result of recent updates to the website.
Is this an error or has Environment Canada stopped supplying apple with the information or has Apple stopped accepting this information from Environment Canada? Where is the problem?

Update: I mucked about more after making this post; I installed gnome-alsa-mixer and checked the "internal mic" option and "Auto-Mute mode" (both were off), after this my headphone output works again, and does the built-in microphone (!)
I have no idea how I ended up in this "broken" situation, or even what this option does, or how to use it without gnome-alsa-mixer (I had to install 15 packages to get this, as I normally don't use gnome)... Sound on Linux still seems no better than when I started using it 15 years ago :-( (I spent about 5 hours on this...)

Hitting ENTER on a bookmark no longer starts the page to load I have to click on the arrow in the title to start that WHY??

If I start typing a book mark, then highlight & click on the page, Firefox used to start loading that page immediately Now I have to click again on the arrow in the URL bar

Issues with the Enter key not working can be caused by the AVG Safe Search Toolbar.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

My iPod no longer holds the contacts from my Mac

I keep finding 'features' that no longer seem to work on my iPod classic. My address book from my Mac is no longer "found" by iTunes. Under "info" I show the following...
for Synch Contacts, "No contacts are available on this computer. Contacts in iCloud cannot be synced to this iPod"
for Synch Calendars, "No calendars are available on this computer. Calendats in iCloud cannot be synced to this iPod"
So what happened? I was able to synch both as recently as a few weeks ago. Itunes is 11.0 (12), my mac is 10.7.5

Unable to MERGE-Err Msg "MDM Server Failed to Merge the Selected Records"

Hi Friends,
I am using a Match Strategy in the Workflow. In the START Process of the workflow I CHECK OUT the records. In the step MATCH / MERGE when I try to MERGE similar records I get the Error Message "MDM Server Failed to Merge the Selected Records".
But the same step works fine when I dont CHECK OUT (CHECK OUT = NO) the records in the START STEP. But this would not be the right way to do it, as the incoming duplicate records would be visible in the Data Manager by other users even before it is merged.
Your inputs would be greatly appreciated to tackle this problem.

The workflow steps are as follows: (I am on MDM 5.5 and SP 6)
Start (Check Out)   -
> Process -
> Validate -
> Match    (Manual Merge)   -
> Approve----
> Stop    (Check In)
                                                                                The Match and Merge step is a Manual step in the Workflow.
I Check out the records when i start the Workflow and Once the entire process is complete I check in the record. What is happening is that it does not allow me to Merge the records and I get the Error message.
If i dont Check out the Incoming records and run the workflow it Merges fine. But this would not be correct as the Incoming records(whihc could be duplicates) would be visible in the system until they are merged.
Your Input woould be greatly appreciated.

Tools/Add-ons, then the page will not 'load' symbel just keeps going round

the Add-ons page will not load, it just goes round a long long time and will not open,
WinXP, Avira AV, Firefox 6

By default the "Get Add-ons" tab is selected if you open the about:addons page (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons)<br />
That page tries to load content from the Mozilla server and that can take some time especially if the Mozilla servers are busy.<br />
You can click on the Extensions tab to see the installed extensions or one of the other tabs to see other installed add-ons.

I no longer have the page back or page forward arrows. Why?

I'm running Firefox 5 and I do not have the arrows to go back one page or go forward one page. This is not acceptable.

The Back/Forward button use right-click context menu (or hold click for 1 sec) instead of a drop down button. Context menu was always there, the Mac like holding was added in 4.0
Did you look at the right side of the Navigation Toolbar
* "ALT+V" (view menu) > Toolbars > (check) Navigation Toolbar
If only the buttons are missing look for them, in
* View > Toolbars > Customize
Otherwise could be an extension , see if if works with extensions disabled
* Help ("Ctrl+H") > Start Firefox with add0ons disabled

I can't get the hand tool to move around the page by using the spacebar?

This has been working for me for ages but it has just stopped working an hour ago... Have I accidentally turned off a setting somewhere?

If the type tool is active with a blinking cursor, press Alt/Option to activate the hand tool.
With no blinking cursor, press Alt/Option + Spacebar.
If this is not the issue, try replacing your preferences.

When I forward an email, the text no longer fits the page- how do I fix?

This just began happening. It is also in a different font ( Western ) that the "write" or "inbox" pages.
Lines go off the screen on the right side and I can't make the message fit.

I'm glad it worked. When forwarded text doesn't wrap automatically, it's usually due to some non-standard formatting in the original message, introduced by the original sender's email program.
