Erreur 0xc000007b.

J'ai acheté adobe premiere element 12 en magazin (avec disque et numéro de série inclus dans la boîte) et je l'ai installé correctement sur mon ordinateur. Au moment de le lancer, une fenêtre s'affiche avec le message suivant :
«L'application n'a pas réussi à démarrer correctement (0xc000007b). Cliquer sur OK pour fermer l'application».
J'ai tout essayé : Désinstallation, réintallation, redémarrage de l'ordinateur, scane antivirus, mise à jours windows 7, nettoyage avec CCleaner...etc.
L'erreur 0xc000007b est toujours présente et mon nouveau logiciel refuse de s'ouvrir.
Ma configuration est windows 7, 64 bits.
Merci de bien vouloir m'aider à résoudre ce problème.

  • Erreur d'application 0XC000007B

    Bonjour,
    j'ai téléchargé photoshop CC 2014 et il m'est impossible de l'ouvrir; j'ai un message " erreur d'application. l'appli n'a pas réussi à démarrer correctement (0XC000007B).
    Dans un premier temps j'ai supprimé CC2014 et re-chargé : toujours "erreur d'application 0XC000007B"
    Dans un deuxième temps , j'ai fait une vérification du disque (ok) et un nettoyage : toujours le problème.
    Dans un troisième temps , j'ai posé la question sur le forum photoshop (j'ai un peu présumé de mes capacités en anglais...) et d'après ce que j'ai compris, on m'a aiguillé sur des problème de dll (MSVCR80 et MSVCR100) que j'ai chargés  remplacés dans le répertoire "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014" , "C:\Windows\System32" et"C:\Windows\SysWOW64"(dans ces 2 derniers répertoires le MSVCR80 n'était pas présent).L'erreur est toujours là...
    Dans un quatrième temps... je ne sais plus quoi faire à moins de faire une RAZ du PC et de tout recharger... Avant d'en arriver à cette solution extrême qui ne réglera peut être pas le pb, je me tourne vers la communauté quipourra peut être me diriger vers d'autres solutions.
    La version précédente de photoshop CC fonctionne correctement sur mon PC HP TouchSmart avec un intel I5, 6 gigas de RAM, et Windows 7.

    Au lancement de lightroom 5.3 j'ai une fenetre d'erreur qui s'ouvre: "l'application n'à pas reussi à démarrer correctement (0xc000007b) ", que puis je faire?
    j'avais un probléme ressemblant avec indesign et illustrator dans leurs version 64 bits, est il possible d'avoir une version 32bits de lightroom 5?

    oui exacte 32 bytes dans program files (x86) et 64 bytes dans l'autres, je me suis mal exprimé si dessus ^^ (j'ai suprimé les version 64 bytes de Indesign et Illustrator car j'avais un conflit au lancement de l'application)
    Bon la version 32 bytes de lightroom 5.3 fonctionne parfaitement, je te remercie et te souhaite une agréable journée.

  • Adobe Media Encoder cs6 error 0xc000007b

    Recently i installed Adobe Media Encoder CS6 , on start it showing application unable to start due this error 0xc000007b, please resolve ASAP, if anybody knows.

    I just want to make sure anyone with the same problem who comes across this thread is made aware of some things to try and at least one solution that has worked for multiple people...
    As the Adobe Staff member here mentioned, the 0xc000007b error usually has to do with a 32-bit/64-bit confusion on the machine.  More specifically, as someone stated in a Windows forum: "this error is most likely a result of a 32-bit (x86) executable trying to load a 64-bit (x64) DLL."

    What has worked for others is copy & pasting the msvcr100.dll & msvcr80.dll files from the After Effects Support Files folder to the folder of the app that is giving this error (usually Media Encoder or Premiere Pro or Lightroom).  It was mentioned several times in the threads below, and worked for me as well...

    Another username, password later, ..., control handed over to Creative Cloud, install Audition.... then
    "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" in Audition CC. So re-installed. I on't want to spend hours trying to get Adobe software to run.  This was my trial application download to see how it worked. ANd it didn't. And there are heaps of posts with complicated advice... ending with - go get a chat support person. And they are not available. aaaaggggghhhhh
    I am now worried that installing any other app from CCloud may cause problems on my PC with other Adobe SW.
    What is the latest (and hopefully simple) way of getting this program to run?
    I don't have ilivid,
    I do have:  CS5, Win 7 Prof, installed via some Adobe CCloud app that I was told to install and use to manage your CC account,
    Grateful for anyone who can wave the magic wand.

    There is not enough information about the problem. For troubleshooting, I recommend you can use Process Monitor to detect whether there's any process failed.
    You can download Process Monitor and see how to use it for troubleshooting in below links:

    There are a lot of log entries in Process Monitor, you may filter Visual Studio process only(proces = devenv.exe). And you can upload the logs to OneDrive so that we can investigate them.

    CPU - i7-2600 @3.4GHz
    Graphics - Asus HD7750 (running dual display)
    SpeedGrade, Dreamweaver and 3DS max all give the same problem

    Your system is missing a couple DLLs that LR needs, but the fix at Adobe is to copy them to the LR folder which gets replaced for each install, so you have to redo it after each LR install.  It would be worth documenting the process and saving the DLLs so you don’t have to ask about it each time:

    You might also use the AIO210 program to add them as detailed in this YouTube video—maybe this is a more permanent fix, but since the files are from media-fire be very careful about what you do so as not to install a virus on your computer. 
    I’d scan the downloaded ZIP you download with whatever virus and internet security software you have and don’t be fooled by extraneous popups you might see during the download process.  I was able to download the aio210.zip after authorizing one Captcha window and closed at least one bogus popup trying to get me to install other software.  I also scanned the downloaded zip with two virus scanners and both said it was clean.  Here is the YouTube video, where the link to the ZIP to download is in the description once you expand it:

    My Reader version was an older one , so I downloaded the latest on the website. I shut down and restarted the computer but the error notice is still present.
    Also, when I attempted to open Reader in protected mode, the following error message appeared ," Fatal Error Acrobat failed to load it's core DLL.
    I downloaded the anti malware program at adobe help and ran the scan, restarted the computer and the error message still pops up. Are there any other actions you might suggest?

    I have just done a clean install of Windows 8 64BIT on a new SSD, I then installed Dreamweaver CS6 (trial) but when I try to launch it I keep getting the same error: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)".
    I have ran chkdsk and no errors were found.
    Any suggestions.

    The Event Viewer is your friend. That's just a generic crash signature and by itself means not much.

    I get a RoboHTML.exe - Application Error when I try to start RoboHelp 10 HTML.  It says:
    The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).  Click OK to close the application.
    I have uninstalled and re-installed RoboHelp 10 several times but it made no difference.
    What can I do?

    Yes it did work fine.  The problem was that I could not view the Single Source JavaHelp output on my PC after I generated it. I know you have to download Java JDK, etc. and I've done that many times over the years and each time it was a huge hassle, but finally got it to work. 
    But RoboHelp worked fine and the output worked fine in my customer's Java program.  Since I could not view the output, a programmer at my client's site looked up the error message online and gave me some links to look at.  I did what one of those links said by downloading something.  I don't remember what at this point.  It was then that I would get the message anytime I tried to run RoboHelp.  So I cannot run RoboHelp now.
    If I can just get rid of this error message and be able to run RoboHelp, I am OK with not even being able to run the JavaHelp viewer.  I've dealt with that many times over the years on various computers and it is always a huge hassle.  I'll just look at it after my customer loads it into their application.

  • Captivate 6 Errors: Missing file libwinpthread-1.dll  and The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) on Windows 2008 R2

    Hi,
    I have a problem with Captivate 6 installation on Windows Server 2008 R2. I have 2 different scenarios where I tested but the result is same.
    1- I used AMEE (Application Manager Enterprise 3.1) to create the installation Package to deploy through SCCM 2012.
    Notice that the current package works fine on Windows7 (x86 & x64) but not on 2008 R2 due to an error after I try to launch Captivate.exe application.
    The error states that there's a Missing file: libwinpthread-1.dll and if I copy and made a registration of this .DLL file then it sends another error saying: The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) so it never let me launch the application.
    2- Now if I install the package directly from the Original sources(CD) without creating any AMEE package after completing the installation I still have the same error about the DLL missing file.
    Is there any fix or workaround to install Captivate 6 on Win2008 R2 ?
