Je viens de m'abonner à creative photo, et je veux charger PS CC avec creativecloudset-up.exe
L'application après le chargement est arretée par le code d'erreur 1).
Je suis sur window 7.

  • CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe refuses to install

    Trying to fix an issue with one of my CC apps, I ran the CC cleaner tool and cleared my entire install.
    I downloaded Creative Cloud Desktop manager, the app that manages all installs. I click on CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe to be greeted with "There was a problem with Creative Cloud desktop. Please download and reinstall". The installer is telling me to reinstall. My firewall is off as is my anti virus for this process.
    Through the course of troubleshooting, I've gone in the chat, moved the OOBE folder around, deleted it, checked permissions and so on. I've now deleted every adobe app related folder (program files/adobe, program files/common, the appdata folders for adobe, and so on). I've also deleted a number of Adobe related registry entries.
    I am running Windows 8.0, 64-bit with all current patches.
    At this point I've wasted 3 hours in chat. I just want to finish my work so I can enjoy Christmas Eve

    There's something wrong with your Internet connection. Based on teh logs, all your connections bounce because of a wrong proxy configuration. The simplest way to fix it would probably be to delet your current network and let Windows auto-configure a new one, which you should do with your security tools on, so Windows can figure out things.

  • Donwlod Error 201 when running CreativeCloudSet-up.exe

    I want install Photoshop on my laptop with windows 7 profesionnal sp 1. Dowload of creativecoludset-up.exe was no problem. When i run it happens an error at downloead (error code 201).
    the internet conneciton can not be the problem. downloading and installing adobe flashplayer was no problem.
    how can i run creativecloudset-up.exe whitout error?

    Hi Swetha.K,
    In the "Internet Properties" dialogue box select the "Connections" tab and click on "LAN Settings" button and you will get the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" dialogue box.
    Make sure none of the options are checked marked. Click on OK and then on OK again.
    Try to download the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from the link below and install it.

    I have a brand new laptop and I'm getting this error when I try and download my first app ""CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe couldn't be downloaded." I'm running windows 8 and using IE 10.

    Are you on a managed network. If yes, then try connecting to some alternate network source and try installing again.

    以下の画像インストーラ起動直後のウィンドウの「サーバに接続しています...」から全く進まず、同じような症例も見つからずお手上げ状態です。

    「サーバーに接続しています・・・」から進まないということは、サーバーに接続できないのでしょう。
    ちなみにエラーメッセージ等も出てこない状況でしょうか?
    普通はある程度そのままにしておくとタイムアウトしてエラーが出てくるとおもうのですが。
    ・Wifi等の無線LANなら有線でのLAN接続に切り替えてみる
    ・Firewallを停止する
    ・別のネットワーク環境で試してみる
    この辺りで問題の原因を切り分けられないか、試してみてはどうでしょう。

  • Creative Cloud Setup.exe not starting up.

    I am running windows 8.1 on my laptop and I am having difficulties getting the CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe to start. I tell the program to run, but nothing occurs after that on my computer. After futher Inspection by using the task manager, I see that the application is physically running on my computer but yet the installer is not appearing on my screen. I also have tried launching the creative cloud setup application as administrator. Also, I am fairly sure that the setup app is broken because no quatily setup app would be only 657 kilobytes, unless your living in the 90's/early 2000's. Bottom line, how do I get the creativecloudset-up.exe to run correctly in stead of just hanging on my computer and displaying nothing.
    Here are my laptops specs:
    intel i5 processor
    Nvidia geforce 820M
    8 gb ram

    Christopher King 214 I would recommend utilizing the steps listed in Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You may want to try utilizing a different web browser.  I would also recommend checking the settings of the security/firewall software to ensure they are allowing the download and installation process to occur.

  • Creativecloudsetup.exe wont run once downloaded suggestions?

    the problem I am encountering now is that when I run the CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe it asks me if I want to run it, I say yes, and then it starts to quickly flip back and forth between the loading wheel and the regular mouse, if I am using another application (chrome for example) then that application starts to toggle being used, and then being in the background if that makes sense.  It essentially looks like it tries to run the CreativeCloud-Set-Up.exe file,stops, then starts again about 60-70 times in the span of 30 seconds or so, and then it stops, and nothing happens.

    Nicco179 it sounds like your installed security software is preventing the AAM Detect plug-in from functioning properly.  I would recommend reviewing Error referring to aam protocol when you click download button | CC.

    I've been trying to install the CreativeCloudSet-up.exe for the past week and a half on a new laptop and have encounted the following message

    Paul, It happened to me again as well. This is your 1st time and it is a bi__ch to fix it. I had to go on the chat line and let a tech take over my laptop to fix it. I am heading there now.

    2. Download Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
    3. Run Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
    4. Once done please rename OOBE folder from these locations:
    Windows:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    5. Restart Windows
    6. Download Creative Cloud
    7. Run Creative Cloud file (CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe).
    Hope that one way or another you are over the ”Creative cloud desktop failed to install” problem.

    We have high security at the company so I'm wondering if there is an issue with the firewall settings not letting adobe in. The progress bar when trying to run CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe only gets to about ten percent of the way before this error appears.
    I've tried the help desk chat and was asked to change the folder name C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBEOLD - this had no effect. I acctually get a registration error now when opening my CS6 apps. Anyone know how to fix this?

    I have just bought Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator annual subscription both single user. Now after I downloaded the installer CreativeCloudSet-Up.EXE
    I noticed that Photoshop and Illustrator has a "INSTALL" buttons.. other application like AFTER EFFECTS has a "TRY" button..
    My internet connection failed a couple of times during the creditcard payment.,, now my worry is, I saw the following application below with a "INSTALL" button..

    Edge Code CC
    Edge Inspect CC

    I do not know if these Adobe applications are FREE with Photoshop and Illustrator. Or did I bought them unintentionally and will be charge in my creditcard?  Please someone.. answer me. Thank you

    Since you have purchased single app for Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC so you shall be able to download, install & activate these two products only.

  • CC Desktop app doesn't show up after install

    I recently reinstalled the OS on my computer (Win7, 64 bit) and now I'm having problems getting CC back up and running. I've downloaded CreativeCloudSet-up.exe and run through the install process, but CC never shows up on my desktop, and I can't find it anywhere in my start menu. Checking the PDApp.log file I see a single error:
    Setting values for registry Key SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Adobe Creative Cloud
    If I try to reinstall I get a message saying: "Installer failed to initialize."
    I've tried renaming the OOBE folder and going through the entire process again, but get the exact same results.
    CC works fine on my laptop, and it used to work fine on this computer (prior to me reinstalling the OS), so not sure what the problem is. I have an urgent project I'm trying to work on, so any help would be appreciated.

    UPDATE: After some additional searching I came across the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, which fixed my install problem. Everything seems to be working as expected now.

  • Error Code 50 at the first download  / new CC customer

    I am running win7/64 an signed the CC yesterday (Germany).
    On the first step, which is to install the CC desktop via CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe, something went wrong.
    Even I were no CC subscriber before I was running the Cleaner Tool, as recommended.
    Restarted the computer .....
    After that I tried to run the .exe and installing as an administrator again and again, with the same result.
    Please help or I have to unsubscribe

  • Error message "We have encountered the following issues: Creative Cloud desktop failed to install

    I have Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium.  The Application Manager applied updates to the CS6 Perpetual Licanse Products, but did not recognize I have a new Creative Cloud Subscription for Phoroshop and Lightroom.  When attempting to install Creative Cloud Desktop, the installation fails with no details available other than the error message above.
    System is Win 8.1, Intel 3770 Quad Core CPU, 32 GB Memory, 2 Toshiba 3TB HDD SATA 3 configured as RAID 1. .  System runs CS 6 no issues. Have turned off the Antivirus and Firewall, cleared cache on IE 10, closed all browsers after CC desktop starts to download. CC Desktop does not show in win 8, but does show on PC in Program Files (x86), but I cannot see an executable.
    Have also tried to download Creative Cloud Desktop as a stand-alone (www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp) and also by downloading Photoshop CC as data indicates any product downloaded will install the desktop of CC.
    CreativeCloudSet-up.exe does exist on PC and properties are 2,775KB size.Running the setup from the app on PC yeilds same results - Product downloads and does not install.
    The error block is      Adobe Installer   (at top)

    Try the following steps and let us know if it helps:
    Download and run Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
    Run Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
    Once done rename OOBE Folder from these locations to OOBE.old
         Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
                            C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Restart Windows
    Download Creative Cloud via https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
    Launch Creative Cloud.
