Il y a une erreur de commande : j'ai commandé "Adobe Export PDF" à 24.31€ ( https://www.acrobat.com/fr_fr/landing/exportpdf-pricing-b.html?trackingid=KLFWT ) et j'ai reçu "Adobe Send for Signature" à la place (voir ci-dessous).
Pouvez-vous me faire parvenir un nouvel abonnement à "Adobe Export PDF", à la place de "Adobe Send for Signature" qui ne m'est pas utile ? Ou bien me rembourser, et me donner un lien exact pour commander "Adobe Export PDF".

Message d'erreur pour commande de livre sur Aperture

J'essaie de commander un livre sur Aperture en m'identifiant avec mon compte Apple habituel que j'utilise pour iTunes et j'ai au final un message d'erreur marquant "mode de paiement non pris en charge dans ce pays" (je suis en France)... Hors je n'ai aucun problème de paiement sous iTunes, est-ce normal ? Peut-on commander des livres Aperture en France ? Les cartes VISA ne sont-elles pas prise en compte ? Merci pour votre aide. Bonjours, j'espère que ont pourras m'aider, car je viens d'acheter "Adobe premiere elements 10" et voyant pas apparaitre ma commande j'ai refais la transactions, et hop la je reçois les 2 commandes en meme temps =( alors j'aimerais annulé la commande non utilisé.... malheureusement ont est Samedi et le service téléphonique ne marche pas et plus grands manque de bolle, je part a l'étranger dans une région sans internet et sans avoir acces au service par téléphone et donc je serrais abscent pendant 2 mois.... j'espère que cette annonce sur ce forum seras lu par un modérateur qui pourras m'aider a retirer cette commande

Je vous recommanderais un courriel détaillé avec toutes les informations possibles que vous avez sur la transaction.
Adobe devrait être assez rapide à répondre et à vous créditer l'achat en trop.
Cependant, si vous avez reçu 2 numéros de série pour votre programme, avant cela, il va falloir faire une demande de désactivation d'un des numéros.
De mémoire, il y a un formulaire quelque part sur leur site à remplir et à renvoyer.

Après avoir fait quelques modifications, je me retrouve à avoir seulement la commande Alerte dans ma listebox lorsque j'ajoute une commande.

Je n'ai pas réussi à trouver le VI mentionné dans votre fichier ZIP.
Je me suis permis de regarder vos différents VI. Vous devriez jeter un oeil sur vos VIs commencant par FGV. Je ne comprend pas trop la logique de vos boucles While. Elles ne font pas de tour de boucle puisque vous avez mis un True sur le Stop et vous y avez mis un registre à décalage. La boucle While est-elle vraiment nécessaire?

Erreur 5 sur Lightroom 5 : module développement bloqué, que puis je faire ?

Si j'ai bien compris le problème, j'utilise une version "créative cloud" du logiciel que j'ai téléchargée au départ. J'ai ensuite acheté le logiciel mais même après plusieurs désinstallations complètes et nouveau téléchargement je retombe sur le même problème. erreur 5 module développement bloqué, renouveler votre abonnement
comment puis je télécharger et utiliser normalement le logiciel que j'ai acheté ???
(ou au pire me faire rembourser mon achat pour acheter une version DVD du logiciel )

Lightroom and Photoshop Integration

Hello Everyone,
I am a beginner photographer and beginner Lightroom / Photoshop person.
I use Lightroom for most of the "darkroom" type stuff with my pictures (cataloging them, minor croping, playing with tint, hue, etc). However some things can only be done in Photshop - layers, HDR, masks, adding textures.
One reason i like LR is that the changes are non destructive. That means that the original picture is not changed, but the edits I make are stored in some file and applied on top of the picture and saved elsewhere - not saved with the pic. But i need to use PS and learn PS a bit more. I heard both products were highly integrated, but does anyone know how? If I edit in LR, how do I send the pic to PS to do more? Do the PS edits need to be "saved as" a new file or are they sent back to Lightroom and somehow saved as non-destructive edits?
Also can both products convert color RAW files to BW and Sepia just as easily?

To send an image to Photoshop for editing you use the Edit in Adobe Photoshop command (see Photo>Edit in menu or use the Cmd/Ctrl+E shortcut). When you use this command Lightroom creates a rendered version in ram. It is this rendered version that you edit in Photoshop. When you have completed your Photoshop edits use the "Save" command not "Save As" to save the image back into Photoshop. The edited file will be saved as a fully rendered TIFF or PSD file (you can define which in Lightroom Preferences).
Non destructive editing in Photoshop requires that you use either layers or smart objects. While Lightroom can handle files with layers and/or smart objects it can't actually edit the Layers or Smart Objects. That being said, if you need to re-edit the non-destructive Photoshop edits just send the rendered file back to Photoshop.
Photoshop uses the Camera Raw plug-in to convert raw images and Lightroom uses an embedded version of the Camera Raw engine for the same purpose. So, both convert colour to B&W and Sepia with equal ease.

Lightroom is freezing when I open it.

I am running a 27-inch, late 2009 Imac: 3.06 Intel core 2 Duo, 12gb 1067 MHz DDR3, ATI Radeon 256 MB graphics, Mavericks OS. I have been using LR with no issues until today when it has stopped opening.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Exporting to DNG without having to re-import images into LR, how?

I am trying to use LR in conjunction with various DAM techniques. This means that I import images from cards as RAW files to a "Current Files" partition with LR automatically writing XMP files, add metadata and color and exposure corrections. Then I export the files to DNG on another "Derivative Files" hard drive.
The problem comes in in the exporting to DNG. When I do that, using the export command, Lightroom does not "follow" the files to their new location, but continues to reference the original files. I know that I could use the "Convert to DNG" command and have it replace the files in place, then copy them over to the "Derivative Files" drive, but I was trying to save a step or two, especially since the files are large and take a long time to copy and I am paranoid and want to back up the original RAW files for a couple of weeks anyway, just in case of problems with to DNG's.
Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. What I want to do is be able to come back to the files months from now, and be able to process out new derivative files, for a client request, say, secure in the knowledge that all my metadata and exposure info have survived the conversion to DNG and the move to the new hard drive.
So, if as Jonah says, the Virtual Copies stay associated with the files when they convert to DNG, then I can use them just like they were when I made them with the ORIGINAL RAW files. Is this correct?
Don, how does Drag and Drop work within LR? I did not know that existed. Please be kind enough to explain how one would MOVE a folder of newly-created DNG files from one drive to another.

Lightroom does not open photoshop using "Edit in adobe photoshop CC-" command.

I updated lightroom and photoshop using the CC desktop. (LR V5.3 x64, PS V14.6.2 x64) This broke the “Edit in adobe photoshop CC…” command.
Based on advice from this forum, I unistalled both programs completely and reinstalled them. The
“Edit in adobe photoshop CC…” command is still broken.
Is there a way to fix this? I use this feature frequently.

Turn off auto-update here:
Menu > Apple > System Preferences > App Store
2. The Icons on your dock are Aliases not real apps
They point to where the apps really are which is:
For Pages 5.2.2 in your Applications folder
For Pages '09 in your Applications/iWork folder
3. You are alternately opening documents randomly with either version of Pages
Both Pages have the same file extension .pages and there is no certainty as to which version opens them when you double click on a file.
right click on the file and choose which version you want to open it
4. Pages '09 can not open Pages 5 files
Pages 5 can not open Pages '08 files, and will convert and change Pages '09 and Word files.
It will also auto save opened files into its own format.
You can export these back to Pages '09 if you need to:
Menu > File > Export > Pages '09
5. Yes Pages 5.2.2 is a marked downgrade
Pages 5.2.2 has a few improvements but has had over 110 features removed and is buggy.
Sooner or later you will not be able to open a file or have it damaged in some way and it has a complex obscure file format largely incompatible with everything else, so you will not be able to rescue the contents of your file. If Pages or some third party server/eMail don't trash your file, eventually Apple will do it for you as it did when it released Pages 5 last September. I recommend using Pages '09 for the time being whilst you look for viable alternatives, some are here already and some are on the way.

Lightroom 5.6 export to photoshop cc Command E not working

Choosing (Command E) from Lightroom 5.6 to further edit in Photoshop CC 2014 (latest update) is not working. I found a Adobe Photoshop Startup Script that would solve this problem and applied it.
Problem still exists. Photoshop gets no image and if I double click where the image should be I get a finder window where I can select the photo however it will not have the LR adjustments.

This script that Rikk Flohr posted worked for me. You must complete both solutions 1 & 2 which means you have to reload Photoshop CC 15
Edit In doesn't work in Lightroom 5.5 from Photoshop CC 2014

CS5 changes file name on command+save from photoshop to Lightroom

Recently CS5 changes the names of my files to "untiteld" when I press "command + S" that have been exported from LR3. This doesn't happen to files opened directly from their original folder.
I can save them to a different location using "command +shift+ S" and the original name stays intact.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?

If it is fixed in another account than it is highly likely that a develop preset or default gets applied to your images. This happens quite easily and has happened to me unknowingly too. Basically you would by accident have hit the Reset button in Develop while the option key was pressed. What you want to do is to go into Preferences->Presets and hit the button that says "Reset all default Develop settings". Then hit reset on your image. If none of that works, you can always trash the Lightroom preferences file. Quit out of Lightroom, go to the Finder. Hit command-Shift-G. Type ~/Library/Preferences/ in the display that you get to reveal the hidden by default preferences folder in your home account. Find the file that is called com.adobe.Lightroom5.plist (you might not see the plist extension on your computer) and drag that to the trash. Now start Lightroom again and your Lightroom should behave as if you just installed it. You might have to point it to your catalog file if it doesn't open with it there but with an empty catalog. File->Open Catalog-> select your main catalog.
