  • Creation of backend contract from SRM system?

    Dear Experts,
I am bit confused with the scenario of creation of backend contract from SAP SRM system? It says in few cases, based on the BAdi 'BBP_DETERMINE_Logsys', the system creates a backned contract directly in a backend ERP system. Why do we need when we have central contract?
We can meet the same requirement through central contract where we will authorize only purchasing organizations of a backend system and block the contract for local sourcing in SRM?
Secondly, How to find a contract / scheduling agreement created in a backend system when a central contract is distributed to the backend system?
    Thanks and regards,
    Ranjan

    Hello Ranjan
    question on contracts?
Note 1476307 - Importing parameter not filled in BADI BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS
in classic scenario , The Business wanted to create a contract from cockpit or via BID
    this BADI helps
    Symptom
You have implemented BAdi BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS to control the system in which contract is created in following scenarios:
    1. Creation of contract from an accepted quote / bid.
    2. Creation of contract from a requisition in SOCO.
In the method IF_EX_BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS~CONTRACT_LOGSYS_DETERMINE of the BAdi implementation, importing parameter IT_ORG doesnot have any values.

  • Idoc Generation after Purchase Order Creation through trading contract.

    Hi All,
When a Purchase Order is created via trading contract, I need to generate an Idoc and pass details of the Purchase Order created to the Partner System.
Can anyone suggest any Function module or user exit which gets called while Purchase Order creation through trading contract, so that I can fill the Idoc with necessary details of the Purchase Order and send that to the Partner System?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Tejas,
I do not know about Trading Contract but what all I can say it that Check if Change pointers are getting written Once the PO has been created, If "Yes" then probably you do not have to do anything for craetion of Purchanse Order. You can use RBDMIDOC Program to create IDOCs from change pointers.
Refer [this|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/12/83e03c19758e71e10000000a114084/content.htm] for more information on change pointers.

  • Order as a CO Account Assignement in Trade Contracts to post expenses

    Dear Experts,
On  GTM- Trade Contract , we have a requirement is to assign to CO Order .. while going thru the screen of Trade Contract , the assignement field is not avaiaible (other CO Objects like Cost Center,WBS element is avaiaible.)
Can you please help us in knowing if we can acheive this ..
    Thanks & Regards ,
    Kumar

    Snavaneetha,
unfortunatelly I don't have access to any CO consultants that could help me on this one. We are a small company so I am an unofficial CO consultant for time being
Anyway, maybe I should post this one on the CO forum as well.
I looked at the material master and I don't see the field for the GL account or cost element anywhere like you said. I do see the account assignment group and that's where my account determination procedure determines the right one to use, and it is trying to post to the account I need it to post but I get the above error, for some reason the sales order that I am billing for does not get passed at a cost object to this cost element account during billing.

We have not executed VF45 or any revenue recognition process.
What amay be the reasons and how can we proceed further on this ?

    Dear Amrish,
Problem of this you did not maintain the provision account in your revenue account determination.  Please go to vkoa transaction and maintatin this provisional account any account number.
eg;  application: v. condition type: kofk, chart of account: int, sales org:  0001, revenue account: 89999, provisional account 788888 (something)

  • Standard remote enabled bapi for creation of purchaser contract in srm

    Hello Friends
Plz tell me is there any standard, remote enabled FM/BAPI in SRM system for creation of purchaser contract.
I found BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE. But this is normal FM.
I need BAPI like BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE which there in ECC system.
    Plz help.
    Thanks & regards,

One idea is to write a wrapper FM that is remote enabled and internally call BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE for your own use.

  • Creation of Service Contract from Inbound IDOC

    Hi Experts,
I am using Inbound IDOC type ORDERS02 with message type ORDERS for creation of Sales Order. Now my requirement is like to create a  Service Contract from that Inbound IDOC. The IDOC type contains all the data require to create a Service Contract. The scenario is like, after creation of Sales Order it will check for the corresponding Service Contract exits or not by querying on a Z table which contains all those entries.
So my idea is to create a Z Program, in which it will check for the Service Contract and will create the same by reprocessing the same IDOC or by calling some Function Module. Please suggest how shall i proceed to create a Service Contract.
Is there any way to reprocess the IDOC or to collect the Data from the IDOC segments pass them to a FM which is responsible for creation of Inbound IDOC. Please suggest if this is feasible.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards,
    Priyabrata.

Actually there is problem with BDCDATA. Inside the FM it's calling transaction with help of BDCDATA. If i am creating a Sales order or contract alone its creating successfully. But when i am trying to create both, it's retuning sy-subrc '1001' after calling the transaction on the second attempt. Is there any problem with BDCDATA like we can't handle with less time gap? Please help and give your inputs.

  • Creation of service contract in background

    Hello,
is there a function module or bapi to create and release an new service contract in background?
We plan to maintain service contracts in ERP. But we need in CRM a kind of mini contract for the SLA determination in the service request. Therefore we have the requirement to create and release this mini contract directly in background.
All the needed information like BP, Serviceproduct line item and object list will be available to feed such a FM or BAPI.
    Thank you
    Best regards
    Manfred

    Hi Manfred,
    please try to use CRM_SRV_ORDER_API_CREATE.
When tracing the creation of a new contract there is also CL_CRM_1O_MAIN=>CREATE_ORDER, maybe this can be used.
    best regards,
    Johannes

  • Price during PO creation (copy from contract) is changeable

    Hi all,
How can i configure as such price during creation of PO which is copy from a contract is not changeable?
    Thanks.

    friend
that is determination of pricing procedure. setting is done in SPRO-IMG-Materials management-Purchasing-Conditions-Define price determination process-Define Schema determination.
You have a opition of copying of the values from Contract to PO into say from ZB00 to PB00
Condition type PB00 (maintained using tcode m/06) maintain ZB00 as an access sequence.
Manintain condition records to condition type PB00.

I have to create a data source for extraction of service contract configuration. I think this could work like data source creation for sales order creation, but I don't know waht to enter in transaction CTBW. Anyone here has done this previously? Any pointers and/or the strategy you've used will be useful.
    Kind regards,

  • Bapi for creation of a contract against services.

    Hi.
i just want to know the correct bapi for creation of contracts against services..here i was tried with BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE but the documentation says that it is not supported for exxternal or internal services.
so iam not sure if this bapi is the one for contract creation for services.
any way i was tried to test this function module but i havent got  Contract created.
wil be waiting for an excellent answer.
    bye.
    reegards.
    seetaram.

    Hi Ram,
    Try the function module
    BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA.
Once you create the contract, update the technical objects for the contracts
using two function modules called one after another.
    IWOL_WV_ADD_OBJECTS
    IWOL_WV_POST_OBJECT_LIST

  • Possibility of creation of Master Contract through Copy controls not direct

    Hi,
Our requirement is to create a Quantity Contract from opportunity through copy controls. At the same time the system should not allow to create a Quantity contract directly through the transaction code crmd_order.
Is there any way to block the creation directly but allow to create by copy controls.
    Thanks in advance,
    Venki

    hi
what i understood from your requirement is that you do not want to create contract directly, but u desired that its always get created in follow up to the opportunity
then as i told you earlier too, have you did that in customisation of your transaction type
like selecting the option blocked for online mentainance
that way the contract transaction wont be able to get created directly using CRMD_ORDER
but as you wanna create in follow up to the opportunity
so you can select contract as short cut in opportunity transaction type
this way u get ur issue solved
we use BAdi when standard isnt enough to solve the probs,if above customisation doesn solve ur probs then use this BAdi CRM_ORDERADM_H_BADI.
    best regards

  • How to avoid sales order creation for expired contract

    Hello,
Is there any way to prevent creation of sale order reference to expired contract?
    Please suggest.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
As Shadu says,  create your own VOFM subroutine using '001' as a model and set it in VTAA. You can see in this subroutine this coding:
    * Check the validity period of the reference document
      if vbak-angdt > 0 and
         vbak-angdt > sy-datlo.
        write vbak-angdt to bp_datum_ausgabe.
        message w008 with bp_datum_ausgabe.
      endif.
Replace the warning message (it's hardcoded) by other and use the field of date that you need.
If you need something else, dont hesitate to tell us.

  • Creation of multiple contracts in ERP backend from 1 GOA in SRM

Hello fellow SRM'ers, we are on SRM 5.5 and we have a scenario where we create a GOA in SRM and it get's created as a contract in the ERP backend system.  This is working fine.  Now our client would like to have multiple contracts created in the backend, one for each company when the GOA is saved.  I found OSS note 646903, statement #2 that explains how to code the badi bbp_ctr, but is this all that is required to do this?  It seems to me that the code in BBP_CTR will only create 1 contract/idoc.  Can anyone tell me how we generate an idoc/contract that we want to create in ERP backend?  Or is this how it's done?
Points will be rewarded for usefull answers.  I have read most of the posts on this forum and have not found any answers yet.
    Thanks,
    Marty

    Hi,
Please go through the below explanation from SAP documentation which says the no of contracts that would be created in the backend depends on
--If you activate grouping logic for locations in GOA from SPRO under cross aplication settings, items belonging to the same release-authorized purchasing organization, but different locations, can be grouped together into one backend contract. This requires a 1:1:1 relationship between an item, the release-authorized purchasing organization, and the location. This means that for each item, you can only assign one release-authorized purchasing organization, and one location, in order to release the GOA.
If you do not select this indicator to activate the grouping logic for location, a separate backend contract is created for each item belonging to the same release-authorized purchasing organization, but with different locations. Only items referring to the same release-authorized purchasing organization and location can be combined into one backend contract.---
So the bottomline is by default, when we distribute one separate contract is created for each location.
    Hope this clarifies.
    Regards,
    RRK
