Erro GRC 10.0 - Monitor "local de trabalho Fiscal"

Estou configurando o GRC 10.0, todas as configurações de entrada no PI foram realizadas.
Ao realizar a entrada de uma NF-e no centro de trabalho fiscal (monitor PI), estou com os seguintes erros:
1. Na atribuição do pedido à nfe esta retornando o erro: "NFe de entrada não suportada - lançamento impossível". Na chamada do sistema ERP foi retornada a msg 305.
2. Clicando na chave de acesso e em seguida na aba itens é exibido o seguinte erro: "Não existem opções para conversão de número de material".
Por favor, alguém já passou por esses erros e pode dar uma dica de como corrigir os problemas?

Bom dia Fernando,
Ontem no final da tarde achamos uma nota (NOTA 1628621) do dia 10.10.11, que corrigiu o primeiro problema. "NFe de entrada não suportada - lançamento impossível - erro 305 no ERP". Com a aplicação da nota o problema foi solucionado e conseguimos realizar todas as etapas da entrada.
Em relação ao segundo problema ainda não solucionamos, portanto vou seguir a sua dica e abrir um chamado. Assim que obtiver um resultado retorno para compartilhar com vocês.

Dê uma olhada no Security Guide da NF-e, lá existe a relação dos objetos de autorização e os valores possíveis, aplicações afetadas e etc.
Para esse seu caso eu não tenho certeza se o que você quer é possível. O objeto de autorização é o /XNFE/NFE1 e os valores possíveis para as atividades:
01 Add or generate
Manual creation of a DANFE (if no NF-e exists yet or accept
NF-e from List and Download
02 Change
Change the CFOP and tax indicators in the simulation]£¦› é 03 Display
1.
Display the NF-e
2.
Display those events that belong to the NF-e in the NF-e Fiscal Workplace

How to monitor Local IP Pools on ASA

Is there a way to monitor the availability or usage of Local IP pools on an ASA? Maybe an OID string that can be pulled by an NMS system. I would like to be alerted prior to the pool being exhausted.

As far as I know you can check this from your external authentication server so if its cisco acs acting a s radius server for your vpn clients then check under reports and activities >> logged-in user. It will show you the connected user along with the ip address they have got.
Lists all users receiving services for a single AAA client or all AAA clients. Users accessing the network with Cisco Aironet equipment appear on the list for the access point that they are currently associated with, provided that the firmware image on the Cisco Aironet Access Point supports sending the RADIUS Service-Type attribute for rekey authentications.
Note To use the logged-in user list feature, you must configure AAA client to perform authentication and accounting using the same protocol—either TACACS+ or RADIUS.
The same can be checked from the ASA by running
show vpn-session db

GRC 10 ALERT MONITOR: FALSE/POSITIVES BIAS CALL TRANSACTION

Hi, everybody. I had an Issue related with GRC AC 10 alert monitor that is reporting that some users triggered SoD risks TR54 , TR01 and TR03 originated by transactions: ML81N - service entry against purchase order and FB05 - post with clearing. Both transactions are not available for those users because they don´t have the authorization profiles in the UMR or available in dialog mode.
Nevertheless we observed that both actions (ML81N and FB05) were invoked by a "CALL TRANSACTION" instruction from another program report.
I believe that this is a false positive alarm that were triggered even though the users have not assigned roles or functions of risk.
I will appreciate your comments.

1) How do I not alert on first failure but initiate an immediate retry in 30 seconds and if retry fails then alert. This prevents false positives and is a feature that products such as uptrends performs as default
SCOM has no that kind of feature
2) How do I alert on with just one alert of transaction failure instead of each of the components of the transaction monitor failure. Example our first failure threw 10 alerts encompassing each part of the transaction
a) Right click web application transaction Monitoring object --> View Management Pack Object --> View Monitors
b) Expanse the web application transaction monitor --> entity Health --> Availability --> Web Application XXXX
c) Open the monitor properties of Request X -XXX and uncheck "Generate alerts for this monitor"
3) How do I create an uptime report to show monthly and quarterly uptime for the website based on the transaction monitoring.
a) go to Monitoring workspace --> Web Application Transaction Monitoring --> Web Application State
b) select the web application transaction entity and click Availability Report task on task pane
c) Select the report period and run

Monitoring local transmitted audio

I use JMF RTP API Manager to send and receive audio streams. I'm using AVTransmit2.java. I worked for the code and When i want to transmit to another machine. Unfortunately on my local computer didn't play the audio, it's not like JM Studio that has monitor audio when audio transmitted. So, what can I do to add this audio mointoring for my transmitted audio file. What must I do? Make antoher player from cloneable datasource, or worked with processor that was on.

Or you can get the MonitorControl from the processor and use that.
Or you could add yourself as a target for the RTP stream and then run an instance of AVReceive2 to play the stream...

Inutilização de NF-e Erro GRC 109 - Não sincroniza com ERP.

Foi enviada uma solicitação de cancelamento de uma NF-e que não estava autorizada para a SEFAZ.
Acredito que não foi aguardado o tempo de retorno da SEFAZ e na sequencia foi solicitada a INUTILIZAÇÃO.
Após esta ação, ocorreu o erro : Document 0006776778 already exists
e vários : Novo status de comunicação de sistema "Autorização para rejeição & não consideração (can não permitido p/SCS "Erro de validação e Salto Solicitado" anterior
Tentamos realizar o sincronismo, mas não está funcionando.
Temos aplicadas as notas : 1298283, 1404094 e 1517982.
Alguem tem alguma sugestão.

Tem duas coisas estranhas, primeiro que os status que você cita iniciais são previstos na nota:
NF-e: Required             DOC SCS MSS Swt. Post. Can. Can.
Process Step               STA            C.    C.          Sync.
2 - Cancel Source Doc.     2    4    C    -     -     -     X
Mais estranho ainda é o docsta ter ficado em branco, como se fosse anteriormente fosse uma rejeição pelo validação.
Sabe se o valor de CANCEL_ALLOWED na active estava marcado?

Alternatives to SAP GRC Tool to monitor compliance & automatic provisioning

Hello Gurus,
Not sure if this would be the right forum to ask this but surely there exist tools in the market which are viable alternatives to the SAP GRC Tool. We are a large semiconductor firm and currently manage role assignments, user provisioning and auditing manually.It is a huge cost overhead and is labor intensive.
Looking at possible alternatives?
SAP GRC Tool is a strong contender but I am trying to weigh in other options with it and their comparisons.
To your minds, what would be the biggest advantage of implementing GRC versus any other third party tool? What is the distinctive edge it provides? This is also to help me build a strong business for pushing GRC to the management.
Appreciate any thougts/ideas/suggestions, at the earliest!! Much appreciated.

Hi Tania,
GRC is a convenient grouping of solutions that have been developed and acquired over time. There are pros and cons in every application and no one can say that SAP GRC is 100% best and un comparable with any other compliance product in the market.
But, I can strongly say that GRC gels well with all the SAP flavours such as ECC and BI, and it is easy to implement, incorporate, and manage.
With the introduction of GRC 10, SAP is looking at more features and easy to manage compliance solutions. I bet you can't get A to B product comparision anywhere. I rather suggest you to look at the top ten features and advantages in different products in terms of deployment, adaptability, user friendlyness etc., and opt for the right one.

Monitor local network connection

Is there an application that would allow me to monitor the performance of a network? Lets say I have an office with 50 computers, and we've been experiencing problems with speed or connection, I'd like to know (or see) if there's a computer, among the 50, that is causing this, or if the problem shows up at the router (or anything else).
I've heard of NetMonitor and NetMonitor Sidekick, but it would seem (of what I've read in their site) that it only monitors the computer that has the software installed.
Any recommendation?

It depends on how your network is setup, most networks use switches these days so you would only ever see traffic on on any port that is destined to go to the computer on that port. That would only be useful if the machine causing the problem was flooding all the ports with traffic.
If you have a managed switch or a better still a managed switch backbone you should be able to use the software on the switch to find out which port if any is causing the traffic, or use software on a client machine designed to poll the switch and present the information in an easy to use form.
My networking skills are rusty, you may be better asking on a networking forum for the type of switches you use.

ERRO DE VALIDAÇÃO NO MONITOR DE NFE

Estamos com alguns erros de validação no monitor de nf-e (J1BNFE), e não conseguimos identificar onde esta o erro.
Podem ajudar ?
Erro de validação: Campo Region of NF-e Issuer: V09 (Campo B12_CUF)
Erro de validação: Campo Modelo da Nota Fiscal: V06 (Campo B12_MOD)
São notas de devolução (categoria F4), verificamos o domicilio fiscal, endereço, UF porém não identificamos nenhum problema, onde mais posso olhar?

Olá Dayana,
ele está reclamando da nota original (a nota à qual a NF de devolucao faz referencia).
Verifique no MM se, na nota de entrada original, consta corretamente a chave de acesso da NFe, assim como o domicilio fiscal do fornecedor e o modelo/categoria associado a essa nota de entrada.

NFE - Erro de Assinatura

Olá a todos,
Estou com problemas nas notas vindas do ECC para o GRC. No monitor de NFe elas ficam com erro na aba Erro de Assinatura com o seguinte Status:
Stat.processo: 01 Recebido do sistema back end
Status de erro: Versão não atualizada na tabela /XNFE/SRVSTA
O engraçado é que acompanhando na SXMB_MONI, vejo que elas nem foram enviadas para assinar.
Alguém tem uma luz?

Pessoal,
A chave de acesso aparentemente está ok.
O Estado (35 - São Paulo), Ambiente (2 - Homologação) e Tipo de emissão (Normal) estão ok tbm.
Chequei na SPRO e o CNPJ está configurado, bem como o status de serviço.
Ps.: Estamos no SP12 do NFE.
Alguma luz?

Status erro: 46 - NF-e 2.0

Estou com o seguinte problema com o GRC...
Aqui estamos com ambiente de GRC com SP15
No monitor do GRC:
Status do processo:05
Status erro 46 - Lote rejeitado pelo Processamento da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica /
Não existe erros na SXMB_MONI
Na tentativa de reiniciar o Lote, eles não aparecem nas abas de erro para tentar reinicalizar
Alguma ideia ?

Estou com o mesmo problema.
No GRC apresenta o status do erro (46) que o lote foi rejeitado pelo processamento da NFe.
No monitor J1BNFE apresenta o erro 215 - Rejeição: Falha no Schema XML.
Ja fiz o procedimento no validador XML do RS e apareceu que o erro era o sinal na primeira linha. Com isso eu apaguei o sinal e validou.
O que devo fazer para resolver isso?

Erro Retorno ERP Nota status 10

Bom dia Srs,
Estou com um problema para voltar o status de uma nota para o ERP, a nota tem status 10 erro de validação.
Já tentei algumas coisas:
Verifiquei os jobs esta rodando normalmente, smq2, e monitor enfim tudo em ordem.
Rodei o programa /XNFE/UPDATE_ERP_STATUS_DIAL sem sucesso, pois também não esta na tabela /xnfe/backstatus.
Alterei o status da nota na tabela /XNFE/NFeHist para 24, para rodar novamente na aba de erro de assinatura, mas mesmo assim sem sucesso o status não volta para o ERP, porem essa nota antes estava com status 25 erro de assinatura também.
Meu GRC esta no SP16 SP do PI 23 e SAP_BASIS 24, e vamos subir para o 17, mas creio que isso não vai resolver o problema.
Será que alguém tem mais alguma idéia?

Fernando, eu já tinha 3 notas neste situação nos testes, agora eu fiz uma simulação desse erro que esta ocorrendo, vou explicar o procedimento:
Eu alterei a senha do J2ee_admin no CC SIG_SOAP_RCV, enviamos uma nota essa nota vai dar erro assinatura , então a mesma fica parada no monitor do GRC com erro de assinatura status u201C25u201D, corrigi o problema da senha do j2ee_admin no CC, após isso reenvie a nota pela aba erro de assinatura , o que acontece a nota cai na mesma situação relatada aqui:
Monitor GRC status u201C10u201D
Monitor SAP ERP
Status da Açao: engrenagem
Log NF-e : Bandeira Vermelha ( com o mesmo log de erro do monitor do GRC)
Status Sist.msgs: status u201CAu201D
Seu tiver 1 mil notas que cair nessa situação de dar erro na assinatura e fazer o reenvio, todas elas vão ficar com esse status nos monitores.
Alguma coisa não esta funcionando como deveria não?

Erro no envio de notas

Prezados,
Após enviar a nota para a mensageria, e caso ocorra algum tipo de erro na validação do XML a mesma é retornada com o status de 999.
Após ajustar a causa do erro, a partir do monitor, seleciono a nota e executo a opção u201CReinicializar status da NF-eu201D, depois executo a opção u201CEnviaru201D.
Recebo a msg u201CProcessamento de NF-e com êxitou201D
Porém em seguida recebo a msg u201CDocumento expresso Atualização Cancelada, recebida pela autor u201Cusuáriou201Du201D
Nos detalhes da mensagem acima, identifico ainda a msg u201CAtualização cancelada
Erro BD: falhou atualização do registro NF-e c/chave 0002679544 em J_1BNFE_ACTIVEu201D
Estamos no Ecc 6.0 SP 15. Não utilizamos o GRC da SAP.

O que me chama a atenção é o parametro I_UPDMODE esta com o valor de "I", assim possivelmente uma inclusão esteja sendo acionada, quando na verdade deveria ser uma alteração, pois a nota ja existe e estou apenas realizando o envio pela segunda vez.

BADI para finalização do processo Monitor de NFe de Entrada

Boa tarde,
Alguém saberia me informar se há alguma BADI processada quando é executada uma das opções :
* Executar etapa do processo --> Verificar atividades manuais do ERP
* Outras Funções --> Finalizar NFe Manualmente ou Definir etapa processo manualmente para OK.
No monitor de recebimento de NFe de entradas (NF-e Centro de trabalho fiscal).

Não existe nenhuma badi nessas etapas do processo de automação. O que você gostaria de fazer nessas etapas?
Lembre-se que você pode utilizar o processo FLEXPR01 para fazer automação via ABADI.
