ERROR 0X80092013 FIX THIS NOW! LOST HALF MY APPS!

Question

SOMEBODY FIX THIS ERROR 0X80092013 RIGHT NOW! I CANT DO A **** THING! IM TRYING TO SYNC MY IPHONE WITH ITUNES AND MY PC KEEPS GIVING ME THIS ******** "YOU NEED TO AUTHORIZE YOUR COMPUTER" EVEN THOUGH ITS ALREADY BEEN DONE! I CAN'T DO IT CAUSE EVERYTIME I TRY AND LOG IN I GET THIS ******* ERROR!
I TRIED USING MY MUMS COMPUTER AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW, INSTEAD OF TRANSFERRING ALL MY APPS TO ITUNES LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE
IT DELETED EVERYTHING THAT WASNT ON ITUNES! EVERYTHING!
I LOST HALF MY APPS BECAUSE OF THIS!

OK, you've got my attention, but for all the wrong reasons. Your post is barely readable in BOLD CAPS despite the enlarged fonts.
Somebody fix this error 0x80092013 right now! I cant do a **** thing! I'm trying to sync my iPhone with iTunes and my PC keeps giving me this ******** "you need to authorize your computer" even though its already been done! I can't do it cause every time i try and log in I get this ******* error!
I tried using my mums computer and what do you know, instead of transferring all my apps to iTunes like it should have
It deleted everything that wasn't on iTunes! Everything!
I lost half my apps because of this!
Fix this now!
I recommend you drop the anger and entitled attitude.
Let's take a step back and assess where things are right now.
Your computer has an authentication issue which needs to be resolved.
Your computer, presumably, still has a valid backup of your iPhone from before you tried to sync it at your Mum's.
Because you didn't pay attention to the warnings about what would happen if you synced the device to a different library, content has been removed from it.
Sadly 1. is not one of the areas I have much experience with, however a quick Google suggests reinstalling iTunes might be worth a shot. Failing that I would log into your computer's Administrator profile, open iTunes there (it should create an empty library) and try again. Come back or search the web if you still get no joy.
Whatever you do, do not attempt to connect your iPhone to your computer until you have resolved the authentication issue. Once you have go into Edit > Preferences > Devices and place a check mark against Prevent iPods, iPads, and iPhones from syncing automatically. Connect the iPhone and restore it with your most recent backup.
The iTunes software has been designed to recognize when a device has been previously synced with another library and gives a warning that content will be erased and replaced. There are ways around this, but it is too late once the damage has been done. Because is isn't easy, and because it is all too easy for something to go wrong with your computer or its hard drives, it is a really good idea to take a backup of your library. Indeed even though you can't authorize your own computer right now if you had taken such a backup of your library to your Mum's and hooked it up to her computer you would have been able to sync your iPhone without any loss of data. As it stands now however, the only backup of the device's previous settings and data is the backup set on your machine which you should try to restore.
If you are unable to restore your backup you can download all your apps again to an authorized library, and can sync them to the phone again. Unfortunately this method will lose any stored data and settings.
