please help my problem .
i download modern combat 4 from my another device iphone 5 (white 32gb) (different apple id) when i sync to itunes on my computer and i sync modern combat again from my another iphone 5 (black 16gb) its 'error 0eX800004' .
i sync anything app its success . please help my problem .

I've been chatting with SAT Apple and they have no evidence that this is happening, have told me that the problem may be hardware. But as I notice that there are more cases like mine have told me that we have to report the problem via the following methods.
To try to unify all the cases and investigate the problem before, get in touch with sat through chat here
https://getsupport.apple.com/ServiceOptionAction.action
Choose the one option Chat, write the serial number or connect yourself with your Apple id and you choose the free option.
When you speak with the person who will attend, you report back that you have this problem and that they consult the case number 656873671 (this is mine) to attach your case to mine and take the ruling as a global thing and not isolated cases.
Then you open this page https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html and report the problem adding your case number and mine, that apple from offices in Europe have evidence of the problem and Issue Numbers .
Please go commenting as will your assists and if you can add in your post incident numbers to send a joint with all cases together.

  • App installation fails with error 0xE8000004

    hello,
    i have purchased a navigation (GPS) application for iphone and ipad but installation fails with error 0xE8000004, even if the application is the only one (i have removed all other apps). I have tried on iphone and ipad and using different OS: Windows 7 professional 64 and Windows XP 32.
    Has anyone an idea of the problem ?

  • Iphone4...got soaked, works after reset, now wont reactivate and shows error 0XE8000004

    Hi all,
    I have a 32gig iPhone4 that I purchased second hand. Recently I knocked it into the toilet...I turned it off straight away, left it to dry.
    After 5 days drying I gave it a full charge, turned it on and the display was all sketchy. I've kept trying with it, realised that the display would function fine at times so have I put it in recovery mode, factory reset it and managed to get it out of recovery mode.
    I'm back at a fresh start, however when trying to activate the handset via iTunes I keep getting the same error....'0xE8000004'
    Can anyone shed any light on this error and how I can get this phone back up and running?

    Yes i've tried pretty much all of them steps, only thing I cannot try is another computer but to be honest I cant see any real reason it being my laptops fault as its been fine since day dot.
    Not really sure which step to take next to be honest...any suggestions appreciated!

    I have an iPhone 4. A couple of hours ago it froze and then displayed "iPhone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from iTunes". So I did. It reset to factory settings and language selection appeared. I selected language and then region. It asks to be connected to iTunes but once I connect the iPhone to my laptop iTunes displays " The iPhone "iPhone" could not be activated because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000004). Please try again later".
    Please advice how I can solve this. Thank you.

    Thanks @aHmAda1m33. I have installed and checked iTools - the previous successful backup is not listed but all others after reinitializing are listed. I've lost hope now :-(

    I need help. When I connect my Iphone 4S on my macbook pro with I tunes I get a message saying that an unkown error 0eXE8000004 has occured and that I should try again later. I restarded my iphone, my computer, changed the 23 pin cable, changed the USB port but I always have this problem. Finally I decided to do a complete reset of my iphone but I still have the same issue.
    Can someone help me?

    The origin of this error is that you are trying to sync with the wrong version of iTunes. However, in this case it might be indicating a corrupt file. Does it always stop at the same picture? If so, try deleting the picture from the folder and syncing again.

    The app USA was not installed on the iPhone  because an unknown error occurred. (0xE800004)
    I have the iPhone plugged into the System USB port.

    I have tried switching the USB ports and even tried on another computer so I'm not sure what to do next.

    Are you giving it enough time? It will take a long time. If it is Western Europe, it is 1.8 GigaBytes, rather outside the usual range of app sizes!
