    When I try to download apps an error message always appears telling me that I don't have write access to my iTunes media folder or a folder within it.
    I do have read/write privileges to every folder !  Where do I go from here? Any suggestions?

    Most often a connection error.  Since you are (I assume) seeing this on your iPad, the solution that often solves this is to reboot your iPad.  Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.  Once back up, try again and see if there is still an issue.

    What app are you trying to download? Is it iPhoto for iOS?  What error message are you receiving? The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Store account on your iPhone. Then restart the device and log in again.

    Someone else bought an app on the store on my new computer. I had already purchased the app before on my old computer, so I deleted the app on my new computer that the other person purchased. I now want to download the app again through MY account. When I click INSTALL it asks for ID, but it shows up automatically with the other person's ID, so I delete that and enter mine instead. I then click SIGN IN, but then it says "Unknown error", then I click OK, then it says "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4)". How do I get rid of all info of other people's IDs so I can get the app through my account again?
    The app that I'm trying to download actually might have been a pirated app. But I deleted it, so why is it not letting me get it through my account?

    Hello today I wanted to download an app on my ipod touch infact its a game and as usual it asked for my appl id and password so I entered them but next it asked me to enter my passowrd againg and answer the secret question I submited when I first got my Ipod touch, the problem is i cant remember the question neither the answer,so is there a way I can find out what my secret question is and the answer of course I would appreciate youre help.

    When you download something from the iCloud, it is a brand new licensed copy. Your iCloud account just contains a notation that you have this app. It isn't storing an actual copy of the app from your Mac.

    You need to download it on one of the iMacs via App store but not install since after it installs the installation download gets deleted.
    After it is downloaded you can copy to a USB device. You can also make a bootable USB install device by:
    downloading and using DiskMaker X

    If what you previously bought is an iOS application, ensure that you’re signed into the iTunes Store with the Apple ID you used to buy it, or sync the device with an iTunes library which contains it.
    If what you previously bought is a Mac OS X application, you can’t. The developer needs to create the two versions separately and may choose to charge for both.
