Error 10452 at AI Control on HP Ze4210 Notebook

I just tried a working DAQCard-6024E in an HP Pavilion Ze4210 Notebook running WinXP Home (new out of box) and got the error 10452 when running a LabView 6.1 program. It also fails Test Resources in MAX. The Device Manager does not report any interrupt conflicts. The PCMCIA adapter is O2Micro OZ6912 with the Microsoft Driver PCMCIA.SYS ver 5.1.2600.0. The DAQCard worked before and after on an older desktop. The NI-DAQ version is 6.9.3

I do not have a different type of computer with XP to try the card, but I tried the card in a different HP Ze4210 with the same results. I did try a second card in the second notebook computer with the same results. I tried removing the NIDAQ software and installing version 6.9.2 and still got the same error. I know that we have tried this type of card in other brands of Notebooks running XP in the past without a problem. With the HP Ze4210, XP will not let me change the IRQ from 11 using Device Manager

You don't say which DAQpad. If this is a device on your parallel port then
you will need to make sure that the parallel port has an interrupt assigned
and not just a base address.

Error 10452 When i test an Individual Channel in MAX

I am Using an AI-16E-4 DAQ Card and When i test an individual channel (nonreferenced single ended) in MAX, i get error 10452 - Error occurred at AI Control. When I try to test the panels, i get a message that says "The Device is Not responding to the first IRQ level," but MAX still displays data acquired by the DAQ Card. I am using the PCMCIA Card on a PCI to PCMCIA Adapter on my desktop - could that have anything to do with the problem?

During the clone of R12.1 instance, while running the post clone on the DB tier, i am getting the following error

Hi,
Sorry, my mistake, I did not pay attention to the cloning part.
For this error, looks like the database was not cleanly shutdown before copying the files or that preclone was not run successfully. You will have to run preclone again, and shutdown the database normally, then copy the file again.

Hi guys,
I am cloning and EBS 12.1.3 from one server to another, and when Configuring the target system database server with ''perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier'', I am getting the following error:
RC-50004: Fatal: Error occurred in ApplyDatabase:
Control file creation failed
MOS is saying that it is due to wrong permissions on the /var/tmp/.oracle directory and we should give it the following permissions:
chmod 777 /var/tmp/.oracle
After giving those permissions and rebooting the server , and running the perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier script, I am still having the same problem:

Hi Hussain,
After successfully configured the DbTier and AppsTier with their respective post clone scripts the appstier was automatically started at the end.
But now, I can't seem to connect with my IE 9 and Firefow browsers.

SOA server installation and/or configuration seems to be the problem. I deployed the same compostie in a different "working" soa-server and it seems to work. But why the soa_server is bad is important to determine. Any suggestions welcome...

Background processing is not possible using call transaction method.
You can create an executable program which can have CALL TRANSACTION BDC code. And this can be run in background.
What do you exactly mean by Error handling for Items in table control. Can you give some more details.

Error in ni visa control out for usb in labview 2009

Hi,
I am using labview 2009 in which i have made a vi which communicates with a pic controller through USB interface.
the vi is working fine in labview 8.6. I tried it in two PCs. but when i run that vi in a PC with labview 2009 then the VISA CONTROL OUT.vi gives error "0xBFFF003E : Could not perform operation because of i o error.". while the control in.vi works fine in both the labview versions and any other PC that i tried.
I have run the application in total of 4 PCs with same set of cards/interfaces. two of them having labview 8.6 are running fine and giving no error but other two with labview 2009 are giving error.
and it doesn't stop here.... i searched in the vi and did some experiment and found that when i give Request value input to control out.vi as "0x36 "(as required by my PIC program) then it is giving error but when i give other value such as " 0x35 or 34 or 55"(used for other purpose) then it is not giving error.
Can it be a PIC programming problem? (i dont think so as everything is fine in other PC with LV 8.6)
I have already explored the ni forum for this error solution but could not find helpful.
Can anyone solve my problem?

I installed labview 8.6 in that machine and made a small program with only 3 vis (visa open session, visa close session and visa usb control out.vi) which is working in LV 8.6 platform.
Sorry the above statement is not correct actually.
When i run the program in LV 8.6 it giving that same error but this time it is not displayed as pop up window. so i could not judge that error was still there.

When I start to run 25K Functional Test System of SofTest Designs Corp. I receive following error massages
1. ERROR 10007 occurred at DIO port Conf.
Possible Reasons:
Ni - DAQ LV: A channel, port, or counter is out of range for the device type or device configuration; or the combination of channels is not allowed; or the scan order must be reversed ( 0 last).
2. ERROR 10003 at AI Control.
Possible Reasons:
NI - DAQ LV: The value of a numeric parameter is invalid.
3. ERROR 10401 occurred at CTR control
Possible Reasons:
NI - DAQ LV: The specified device is not a National Instruments product, the driver does not support the device (for example, the driver was released before the device was supported); or the device has not been configured using the NI - DAQ Configuration Utility.
How to solve these problems? I appreciate your help.

I fixed out the Error 10003. Configuring Device 1 (PCI 6071E) Voltage set up "-10/+10V" change to "0/+10V" and "Differential" change to "Reference Single Ended".
We still have error 10007 & 10401 when starting up the computer. The tester passes the test but the label print out from printer cannot read the bar code from microscan (P/N: FIS-0710-0005). I go to Check Panel --> Digital I/O, I found line state 0 &1 are not on, other line state from 2 to 7 are on (Red). How to make the line state 0 & 1 to be on?
I replaced a new scan, check the cable. They are good.

Error on write to control file

Hi all,
We are using the database sever version Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Prod
working with windows platform. I saw an error in Alert log as follows,
ORA-00221: error on write to control file
Instance terminated by CKPT, pid = 4300
Few mins later the database opened without error.
Please anyone suggest me the cause and Solution for this error

Recently upgraded to windows XP from NT and get the error "can not load control"

I am using a LabVIEW VI to run two Opteon digital cameras. Originally, they were run off a Windows NT machine, however it ran out of hard drive space and we had to upgrade to a Windows XP machine. I installed all the new drivers from Opteon, however when I run the VI on the new system it does not load the image viewer or scroll bars and I recieve the error "could not load control". The control for the view screen is "MVCamView" and the control for the scrollbars is "MSForms.IScrollbar". The drivers sent to me by Opteon work fine, as the free program that Opteon sent has no problems.
