I am trying to download AE but this error message keeps on popping up. I refreshes the page, cleared the Local Store, cleared my cookies, turned off the security program, everything. I NEED HELP!

And not to state the obvious: Error 107 usually indicates that your system doesn't meet the system requirements, so verify that.

You will probably want to download the newest version of iTunes (iTunes 11.1) directly from Apple and install it on your computer if you are having issues updating. The link for the download can be found here:

My iphone4 had a previous owner, how do I get my apple i.d. to show up? I've been trying to download apps, but the former owners name keeps coming up.

While trying to download free apps, the former owners' apple i.d keeps showing up. I've followed the instructions to create my own apple i.d.-it's in the phone, but it seems that it's not recognized when trying to download. Do I need to clean out everything from the phone and start from scratch?? Thanks...

Yes, you'll need to set up an iTunes library and account, then restore the iPhone from that library. That will erase the iPhone and associate it with your account exclusively.

It's downloading with Firefox 3.6.27 as I write. It's probably more a Safari problem in your case for which people on the Safari forum could provide suggestions. Or mybe just try again in a while as I suspect everybody is downloading right now.

If by "PS6" you mean Photoshop 6.0, I don't think you can install that old version on any modern operating system. I also wouldn't know from where you can actually still download that.

I tried to download firefox, but the homepage is now all blank except for the browser bar at the top!? Normally the firefox logo would be on the homepage, along with the rest of the homepage designs. Whats wrong?

When I downloaded firefox, the firefox home page was all blank, except for the browser bar at the top of the page. Normally, the logo would be on the homepage, in the center. Also, the other designs along both sides of the page are missing! What is wrong? A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

The message is probably referring to insufficient storage on the iPad, not in her iCloud account. Purchasing storage in iCloud does not free up space on the iPad. You can check the amount of free space on her iPad by going to Settings>General>Usage, then check the Available space at the top.
If she's low on space on her iPad, she'll have to delete something to make more room. Once option is to import some or all of her photos and videos to her computer and delete them from the iPad (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083). Another is to sync some of her music or other media off the iPad using iTunes.
If you purchased the iCloud storage upgrade by mistake thinking it would solve this, you can request a refund by calling the Apple online store (1-800-MYAPPLE in the U.S.).

If you can/do upgrade, I recommend you make a copy of the installer and move it out of your Applications folder. The installer self-destructs. The copy will keep you from having to download the installer again. You can make a bootable USB stick to install using this free program.

Go to the top menu, click on Window > Activity and set it to show all logs and see if it is actually doing anything at all.
