Error 1097 while deploying

Hi,
I am having a problem when deploying a model from Veristand (Windows) to a PXI equipment.
Let's start from the beggining: I have written a simulink model and compiled it for Veristand 2014 target. This generates a DLL, that I load it in Veristand at my Windows PC. From Veristand (Windows) I am able to run the model and the results are the same as Simulink. Now I want to run the model in the PXI (PXI-8176 with Phar Lap ETS 13.1). When I try to deploy the model to the PXI target, I've got the following error:

The VeriStand Gateway encountered an error while deploying the System Definition file.
Details:
Error 1097 occurred at Project Window.lvlibroject Window.vi >> Project Window.lvlib:Command Loop.vi >> NI_VS Workspace ExecutionAPI.lvlib:NI VeriStand - Connect to System.vi
Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: An exception occurred within the external code called by a Call Library Function Node. The exception might have corrupted the LabVIEW memory. Save any work to a new location and restart LabVIEW.
=========================

After this, I cannot connect to the PXI and I have to reset it.
Any idea?
Thank you,
Jesús M. Zamarreño

Nothing to see in this VI and DLL. For one a DLL is just a compiled code so there is very little to see from the DLL alone. Also a DLL does not contain any other information as to how it is supposed to be called. The implementation of the driver is terrible with all the calls in one single VI and half a dozen booleans to select which one of them to call. It deserves maybe a 6 out of 10 for functionality, a 1 for style and a 2 for cleanliness.
Without the API documentation of that driver DLL, there is absolutely nothing possible to say about the correctness of the CLN configurations. As simple as the functions look, there is still a chance that this configuration got wrong somewhere. Another a least as likely cause is that the DLL itself is poorly written too. If the LabVIEW implementation is any hint for the quality of the DLL driver implementation, then I guess it would be simpler to throw it all away and reimplement the driver purely in LabVIEW.

Your path includes "oracledevday" so I wonder if you were one of the original ODD attendees. If so, you have a pre-developer preview version of the SOA Demo and SOA Suite - these are matched to each other.
If you get a new version of either one from OTN Dev Preview, you'll have this deployment problem.
Be sure to get both the SOA Order Booking Demo AND the SOA Suite software from the OTN developer preview download.

    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
According to your description, the error”
Error occurred in deployment step 'Recycle IIS Application Pool': Invalid namespace” occurs when you deploy the solution.
Is your operation system – Windows 7 ?
If yes, you need to enable WMI compatibility.
    Open the
Turn Windows on or off menu in the Control Panel (under Programs)->
Internet Information Services -> Web Management Tools -> IIS 6 Management Compatibility -> IIS 6 WMI Compatibility.
There is a thread for the same issue:

Feel free to reply if the issue still exists.

  • 0x800705AA error code while deploying win store application. Insufficient resources.

    Hi,
I'm getting the error while deploying win store application in debug mode. I checked the space - it is not the issue. Is is possible to check/clean the disk space associated with the user account? Is this a problem? If yes, how to clean it?
    Thanks

Did you ever get an answer on this?  I have the same problem, and have had 3 different level 1 and level 2 Microsoft Techs work on this, with no fix.  Always the same answer - refresh Windows.  It's amazing how these techs can't zero in
on a root cause for anything.

  • Error 500 while deploying Servlets using Weblogic 5.1

              hi,
i have followed all the intructions on how to run servlets in weblogic 5.1 server.
till yesterday i have done nearly 10 servlets which worked perfectly. but today
when i coded a new servlet and started running using internet explorer it gave
              "Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
              10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling
              the request. "
can u please give me the solution .
              regards,
              anitha

how this newly coded servlet is different from the other servlets?
Http 500 errror means some "internal error" happened while processing your request.
Do you see any error messages or stack trace on the server console?

  • Error 1097 while controlling a Velmex

I'm using a two axis Velmex setup to quickly move a probe quickly in and out of a flame. The Velmex is supposed to move the probe into the flame, let it collect data, move it out of the flame, then repeat this process at a slightly more advanced position inside the flame. After this is finished, the second stepper motor is supposed to move the probe up and the process starts again. Halfway through the routine, however, it stops working and I wind up getting Error 1097. Why is this occuring?
    Here's the VI for reference.
    Solved!

    Velmex VI test.zip ‏59 KB

  • Error getting while deploying the application (java.lang.OutOfMemoryError).

    Hi,
I am trying to migrate an application from JBoss to SAP Netweaver WAS.
I am getting an exception when i am trying to deploy the application from Netweaver developer studio as "<b>java.lang.OutOfMemoryError</b>". The portion of the stack is given below,
<b>Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.ejb.exceptions.deployment.EJBFileGenerationException: Errors while compiling:

I heard that by changing some configuration values, we can resolve the problem (like adjusting -Xms & - Xmx parameters as well as the Max threads). But i don't know in which script/ tool should i find these settings to change.
Could you please share your knowledge in this regard,
    Best regards,
    Sudheesh...

    Hi
You can change the XMX and thread  parameter in the Visual Administrator.

Before deploying the app, you could check database table PF_PORTLET_DEFINITION for any entries there which might conflict with yours.
