In the link Error downloading Creative Cloud applications there is nothing about the error that I wrote.
The only message that sends Creative Cloud is trying to update photoshop is: "Download Error. Press retry or contact customer support (49)"
I have two computers. One is Windows 7 32-bit and one is 64-bit Windows 8.
In the 32-bit no problem to update PhotoShop
In the 64-bit there is a problem of update
Jeff, why when I install PhotoShop for the first time in the 64-bit computer, the version is old?

Download/Install Error with Creative Cloud App
I have Windows 7... I have been a Creative Cloud member since the beginning... I know what I am doing. Anyways... suddenly, the Creative Cloud app that keeps track of your apps and updating them, etc. is jacked up. As far as I can tell, nothing changed on my end... perhaps Creative Cloud updated itself and caught a bug? When you go to the Apps tab, it says, "Download error, the Creative Cloud installation is no longer functioning, please uninstall and download again..." which I did twice now... rebootted and all that good stuff... the other tabs work - ie. Home, Assets and Community... and yes, I am signed in properly and have an active account. This isn't the first time this app has been a problem... Adobe has seemed to have issues with this app for awhile now - off and on... and from what I can see in the various forums, it's not just me with these issues.
WebWorxTech which error are you currently experiencing? Is it only a download error or are you still prompted to uninstall? Evert time I hit reload, It keeps saying download error.
I uninstalled the cloud, and Re installed it, and still have issuesQuading2390 make sure that you are browsing to the User/<UserName>/Library folder. You can see an example screen shot below.

We have an end user that is trying to update through the creative cloud application. We have tried track down what is being blocked but have hit a dead end.
When the Creative Cloud Software tries to call out we are seeing a connection attempt to https://ops:443/ims/token/v1
I have researched and the only reference to IMS for Adobe I was able to locate was the IMSService. This appears to be an authentication service. The issue is that "ops" is not a valid domain.
This issue only appears to affect the Creative Cloud Software as I was able to update a test machine with Creative Cloud through the Adobe Application Manager.

Help with Download error in Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition
I have been paying for the Creative Cloud Student and teacher editions of the Adobe suite. I have two laptops. The cloud application installed fine in both, but I could not download the apps into my preferred machine, receiving a "Download Error" for my pains. The other laptop, with its small memory size, was not suitable for the programs and has recently crashed and passed on! So now I'm still left with half of my year's commitment to go and have still not been able to benefit from the programs. i have tried every which way to get them on my main computer, taking advice from the net but to no avail.
