Error 213:10 trial PS CS6 win7

I get error code 213:10 after downloading trial version of PS CS6 and first trying to run the program.
I have restarted Windows 7 PC multiple times, same result.  Downloaded again, installed, same error code when trying to run.
What next?

  • How do I launch trial software? I get Error: 213:5

    I downloaded Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC trail and neither one will launch, I get Error 213:5 on both programs. I tried the Finder to SLStore permissions, and still nothing. Any ideas?
    Configuration error, but no clue how to get it configured correctly.

  • App-V 5 Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Enterprise Licensing Error 213:19

    Hello, I've posted this on Adobe forums but also posting here to see if anyone else has experienced/overcome this issue.
    I'm attempting to create an App-V 5 sequence for Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise software, but I appear to be getting licensing errors when launching the App-V sequence.
    From what I understand in Adobe Create Cloud Enterprise, the licensing restrictions which tie the license to the machine have now been removed so that the base packages can be created with serial numbers and can be included within build images etc as opposed
    to creating a trial package and then using a serialization file at install/launch time.
    To start with I've created a package using the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager tool (CCP) for just the Illustrator CC application which includes the serial number. I've  then sequenced this package using App-V 5 SP1.
    When I run this app-v sequence on a test machine , Illustrator loads but I end up with a 213:19 error. Looking in the amt3.log the full error is

    I've tested out modifying permissions on the following folders within the app-v package under root but this has no effect.

    I've also tried creating a package using a trial licence and then using the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the product at launch (startprocess event in userconfig file) with no success.
    Anyone tried this or have any ideas?

    I have read those articles (multiple times :-)) I've installed the required c++ redistributables on the sequencer and also on the test machines.
    I'm not getting any errors being reported in the App-V eventlogs.
    I initially used the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the app-v application at launch via startprocess in the userconfig file as shown. This runs but it doesn't work around this issue.

    Following that I read that AAMEE 3.1 removed the (http://blogs.adobe.com/oobe/2012/09/aamee-3-1or-why-puffer-fish-is-a-delicacy.html) machine to license issue
    therefore allowing packages to be created using serial numbers and to be included within build images.
    As I'm packaging Creative Cloud (not CS6), I'm assuming this has been carried into the Creative Cloud Packager for Enterprise which now must be used.
    Any other ideas appreciated.

  • Config error 213.5 How to solve?

    After installing Lion 10.7.4, I lost access to all of my Adobe applications.
    The error message I received when I tried to open the applications suggested that I uninstall and reinstall all the applications. I'm based in the US and am in China for one month. I'm unable to reinstall the applications until I return to the US. An information specialist suggested that I download trial versions and work with them until I return to the US and can reinstall the applications.
    I downloaded and installed Photoshop CS6. When I tried to open the application I received an error 213.5 message.
    Basically, what's going on and how do I fix it?

    Many thanks for your response. Here's a few more details.
    The applications that originally requested a reinstall were CS5 Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, and Illustrator. I used the uninstall option to remove all four. They were part of a group license loaded from DVDs. Because I'm in China rather than the US, I don't have access to the DVDs. And now, of course, as I understand the situation, there are no download options for CS5. If I could download the CS5 versions, the serial numbers could be sent to me.
    After uninstalling the CS5 versions, I then tried to install Photoshop CS6 on a trial basis. After the several hour download and subsequent installation, when I tried to open the newly installed Photoshop, I received the 213.5 error message.
    I would like also to open this discussion with Applecare for more ideas but unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate an email option to pursue the matter. All I can find on the Apple website are phone options. Again because I'm in China, this doesn't seem to be an option for me.
    Any additional thoughts you can offer would be most appreciated. I kind of feel trapped.

    I am deploying the latest master collection package in our environment and long story short, everything installs fine without any errors, however when any of the Creative Suite products are run for the first time it brings up the following error:
    "A problem has occurred with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
    If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

    Obviously our licensing is fine and our product key is valid as it was all purchased this year.
    I have found this article which refers to error 213:19... http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/896/cpsid_89617.html , I have followed its instructions by giving the 'domain users' security group modify permissions to the C:\ProgramData\Adobe and C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Slstore folders. This has not been successful for me.
    All of our users do not have administrative privileges to the local machine and nor can they be given those rights. I have been able to get it working by logging in as administrator, running one of the CS products, closing, logging out, and logging in as a restricted user. That works... but I'm not going to do that on 800 pc's!!!
    I should also explain how I am deploying this. I am installing MC5.5 on a hyper-v virtual machine and using SCCM 2007 to capture that machine so it is incorporated into my base image. CS4 Web Premium was delivered this way and it works perfectly, so whats changed?
    Any clues as to why this is happening, and how to fix it?

  • CS5 Design Standard. Will not activate on new HDD following transfer from old HDD. Shows Error 213.10 Have serial number/s etc.

    I recently encountered a problem with a HDD drive. So I had to replace it with a new one. Fortunately I managed to recover the data and applications on the original drive.
    However when I transferred and installed the Adobe CS5 Design Standard suite on the new HDD it will not open any of the Adobe applications.
    It prompts an error 213.10 each time. I can't see where to deactivate or reactivate.. please advise suggested course of action.
    Also, will I be able to successfully access my previous files after the reinstallation/activation?

    Reinstall properly. Activation cannot work because in the technical sense it simply isn't there. You screwed it. Run teh cleaner tool if necessary and contact support to reset activations.

  • Error with downlaod assistand and CS6 MS

    Two part question:
    I am trying to download a Adobe purchased CS6 Master Suite and I am unable to download the Download Assistant.  However, I get a problem that says my current download assistant has been "mis-configured" and I should contact the "author" for assistance? 
    There is no download link in my orders page so I am just going to download the trial of CS6 MS and only re-install Acrobat 10.  Is there a better way?  I don't want to buy the upgrade to version 11 right now.  I had a downloaded copy of CS6 MS but all of my software hard copies were recently tragically destroyed.

    Dbellas did you try the link Rave offered in message #1?  If you complete the Very Important Instructions section and then scroll down the page to click on the download links then there is no need to utilize the Adobe Download Assistant.
    To resolve your current difficulties with the Adobe Download Assistant however you will want to uninstall it and then reinstall.  Based off the dialog you posted it would appear you are using some form of Windows.  Please utilize the Add & Remove/Program & Features control panel to remove the software.  You can find more details regarding this error message under the Known Issues section of Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Known_i ssues.

    I've downloaded and installed my version of PS Elements, but while I try to open it, it stops working as an error accurred. Error:213:11

    Well, this is not working either. There is no such folder and I wonder why. Otherwise I would have tried this before.
    Guess my version's too old? I tried to run on my Win7 and the data is from year 2011.
    Though I re-installed it but still there was no SLStore-Folder on my PC. It's a bit strange though and I cannot update the program while it's not working.

    I have just downloaded the Dreamweaver trial and I cannot open the programme, a message comes up saying that there is a problem with the licensing and to quote ERROR: 213: 19, I have tried restarting my laptop and then trying to reopen the programme but this did not work. Can anyone help?

  • Installed Creative Suite 6 and it gives me an Error 213.10 when I try to start the applications.

    I installed the CS6 on a PC with Windows 7.  Once it installed, every time I try to run it gives me Error: 213.10.  I tries the LicFix_21319 that the site recommended and it did not help.  Any Ideas of why I am getting this and how to fix it.

    We can't know. You have not provided any system information or the exact error. Most commonly this happens when a security tool is blocking the installers or you run with insufficient user privileges, but that's all we can kinda guess here.
