I have a new HP and Premiere Elements is part of the software, but I can't get it to open. I get error code 213:19 Licensing error. Help!!!

if you have a win os you should have dl'd an exe and a 7z file.
put both in the same directory and double click the exe.

The iPod is not a storage device, all songs should reside on a computer and you can only sync to one machine. However, if these songs were purchased from iTunes you can reload them (see link). If not, and you have no backup, then they are gone.

HI. I am hoping someone can help me. The computer I have used for the last 5 years for my I tunes died. I got a new computer and went to transfer my itunes play lists over - and see that I can only transfer purchases. To make matters worse, in order to syn cthe ipod to future purchases it will only sync what is on this computer. Since I cannot access the old computer, I cannot "copy" the files as all the help topics are directing me to do. And just authorizing this new computer means I am going to lose all of my non purchased music and playlists. Can someone PLEASE help me

in order for you to save your CD music you will have to use a 3rd party extractor to put the content onto the new computer

New PC and Premiere Elements 13 craches??

HI everyone!
I just bought a new custom-built PC few days ago, I also purchased the Premiere Elements 13 on Adobes website.
I started working on a video yesterday – and it was working so well and smooth – until it crashed.
The error is something like: “Adobe Premiere Elements 13 stop working correctly. A problem is avoiding Premiere Elements from running smoothly. Window is shutting the program down and will let you know when a solution is found” – nothing else..
I was cutting a 1:30 min video with AVCHD footage and the first crash came when I was just starting to fade the clips.
First time I did not save, but I saw it auto saving couple of minutes before crash. And that file could not be opened again. I started all over, used the ‘save as’ and saved a few times during working on the clip. Again it crashed out of nowhere. This time I could open my file again, but just for 5 secs and the BAM another crash. Tried again maybe it was open for 10 secs – again it crashed.
I waited a couple of minutes opened the file, and just wanted to export it as an mpeg 720p 30frames – when it reached 11-12% a got a new error ‘Error compiling movie, unknown error’ (this did not make the program shutdown, but just made me unable to export, no matter have many times I tried).
I am furious and I don’t know what to do???

You will need to download and run this:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
which won't seem to do anything but you can't continue the process without doing it. Then you can go around and manually remove all the bits and pieces you can find. Don't only check the applications folder but also hard drive>library>application support>adobe and your username>library>preferences. Post back if you don't know how to get to those. Spotlight will not help you--it's programmed to ignore these kinds of files.
Then you can reinstall from scratch.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

In order to fix the problem regarding Adobe ID you can follow the steps as suggested below.
1) Open Adobe Digital Editions and connect your Reader
   Press the keys Ctrl + Shift + E on your keyboard.
   Now a Deauthorize screen will come up asking you to deauthorize your Reader.
   Follow the screen instructions and unauthorize the Reader.
   Now Press the keys Ctrl + Shift + D on your keyboard.
    Now a Deauthorize screen will come up asking you to deauthorize your Computer.
    Follow the screen instructions and unauthorize the computer.
Click Start>>Run and Type "Regedit" without quotes in the box
     A window will open with name Registry Editor
     Search for ADEPT in given location.
     HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Adobe>Adept
     Delete the full folder
     Now open Digital Editions and it will ask you to authorize enter your New Adobe ID and password.
     Now connect your Reader and it will again ask you to authorize enter your Adobe ID and password.
Please Note : Your Adobe ID and password which you are entering while authorizing your Reader should match with the ID which you are using with Adobe Digital Editions.
Now for your second problem that your Reader is not getting recognized by your computer I would suggest you to contact sony support in order to fix it. They might have some firmware update for your Reader.

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Elements 11 and trying to connect a Canon Rebel T3i with it to do time-lapses. Premiere does not recognize the DSLR, why?

It appears that you are not looking for a direct route to the computer hard drive save location, but rather to Premiere Elements. Got that.
I do not think it advisable to try to bring that large a number of sequentially ordered high resolution photos directly into a Premiere Elements project. We would need to talk resolution and how many of these. Are they all jpgs?
Nonetheless, let me try to help you define what you can do for the way you prefer.
How are you connecting the Canon Rebel T3i to the computer and Premiere Elements 11 now and not succeeding?
USB from Canon (with SD card still inside) and Premiere Elements 11 set to the appropriate project preset.
a. What project preset?
b. Are you selecting Add Media/Photos from camera or devices/Adobe Premiere Elements - Photo Downloader?
Does your computer on which Premiere Elements is running come with a SD slot? Is so, have you tried using that with the SD card removed from the camera and the same project preset and Add Media/choice as above?
Lots to explore in the way of transfer and the maintenance of the order at destination.
Please let us know if any of the above is of use or whether you have been there and done that and it does not work for you.
