Error 3194

Question

Hello friends,
I left my iPhone with my friend and he ended up screwing up my phone, I am now trying to restore it to two days and can not. Urgent need to resolve this because I can not go without cell. I've tried everything, change the hosts file, adding, entry rules in the firewall, disable antivirus anymore of this said, it is not possible to connect to the authentication server firmware.
I did a debug and returned it

There's some info on the 3194 in the following document:
iTunes: Specific update-and-restore error messages and advanced troubleshooting
... but I'd also check on your Hosts file, as per the information for the 1004 and 1013.
