Error 3212, tried loads nothings working

Hi. I keep getting error 3212 come up when trying to connect to itunes. its enabled in my firewall, i've uninstalled all components then reinstalled it but still no luck. can anyone help? thanks

Do it systematically..
A factory reset thusly.
Pull out the power cord.
Hold in reset.
Plug in the power cord.. without releasing reset. (Use your third arm for this)
Count to 10.. and keep holding the reset until the front LED flashes rapidly.
Your previous resets have failed btw because otherwise it would not still come up green. So take it step by step as above.
Then in full isolation.. plug the TC into a single computer by ethernet. No other connections.. no wireless on the computer. Open the airport utility and do a min setup of the TC.
See if you can now access the hard disk. See if TM is working again.
If it fails the TM backup has become corrupted. That is the meaning of 6583. You need to verify the backups.
Hold option key when you select the top menu TM icon, and a new menu will appear including verify. Let that run and see what comes up.
If the TC is old there may be other issues.

HT202213 Trying to activate home sharing with new iTunes update, says error #5506, any ideas? Worked great before this update!

I'm trying to use home sharing with the latest iTunes update. Keep getting error message 5506-any idea how to resolve this error and share at home?

Well, I tried a few other things and one worked but again just the first time I tried connecting to the desktop PC with iTunes. I flashed my router with the latest update and the ATV2 could see the iTunes library and I was able to play media. Later in the day I was going to show off to my daughter that I had fixed it and, to my dismay, no go. I tried opening the suggested ports but no luck.
I then tried loading iTunes on a Win7 laptop and it works perfectly with the ATV2. Both the laptop and the ATV2 are connected to the router wirelessly while the Desktop is connected to the router by Ethernet. Not sure if this is part of the issue as it sounds like this didn't work for others. The only other difference between the laptop and desktop is that the desktop has Win7 SP1 loaded while the laptop does not; now I'm scarred to load it though I don't think that's the issue. All in all, a very vexing situation. Hopefully Apple comes up with a solution soon.

Hi all, I know this is a very old thread, but I was battling this issue for awhile and wanted to provide my solution in case future users encounter a similar issue.
I am running Windows 8. I encountered this issue while trying to install iTunes 11.1 x64 version. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the real issue was trying to install the Apple Mobile Device service.
My resolution was installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package. It is available from Microsoft. A search on Google should reveal it. However, here is the latest link that I used: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14431
Note that redistributable packages for more recent versions of Visual C++ (eg 2008, 2010) will NOT work. Only 2005 version worked for me.

We are getting an error while trying to create an Universe via Microsoft -> MS Analysis Services 2014 -> OLEDB for OLAP Provider under Connection in UDT -"DBD: Error while trying to load the transport provider for odbc. Failed to load the library. System error: The specified module could not be found." We have installed BI 4.1 SP05 in our system. As per earlier posts in scn in BO XI 3.x this issue used to be for improper installation of Integration KIT but in our scenarion Integration KIT is within the BO 4.1 package so no seperate installation is required. Moreover I have checked whether all the driver is present under file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers" and seems everything is fine. But still I am getting this error. One important point is we could use IDT because in IDT still we don't have option to connect with 'Microsoft Analysis Services - 2014 (XMLA)' as we are using Microsoft Analysis Services 2014 version.
Kindly help if anyone has faced the same problem with SAP BO 4.1.

The problem is solved now after installing "OLEDB drivers from SQL Server 2012 Feature Pack". We had OLEDB drivers that comes directly from SQL Server but that did not worked out in our case.

LabVIEW 2013: An error occured trying to load the assembly

Hey all,
I'm trying to load a .NET 4.5 dll into LabVIEW 2013.
When I place any of the .NET VIs and try to select the one I'm after it says "An error occured trying to load the assembly" and won't let me load it.
I also tried importing the dll, but that gave errors too.
It's defintely a .NET 4.5 dll as the .NET reflector gives me
[assembly: ComVisible(false)] [assembly: TargetFramework(".NETFramework,Version=v4.5", FrameworkDisplayName=".NET Framework 4.5")] [assembly: SecurityRules(SecurityRuleSet.Level1)] [assembly: SecurityPermission(SecurityAction.RequestMinimum, SkipVerification=true)]
To try and get around the import issue, I added the following to my LabVIEW.exe.config file

but it made no difference.
Any suggestions? All the things I've read so far are for 2010.

It's really bizarre. It works with sample c# code in visual studio (see link below), but for some reason LabVIEW doesn't like the dll (tried both LV 2012 and 2013).

Error when trying to run an application that worked when built with 8.6

I have a simple program that I wrote in version 8.6 that I never had a problem building and running applications built with it in 8.6. Two weeks ago I got 2009 in the mail because we had very recently purchased 8.6 and I am getting errors when trying to run an application built with the same code using 2009. The error has to do with the Mean.vi. It claims it cannot find it. The error I get reads as follows:
An error occurred loading VI 'NI_AALBase.lvlib:Mean.vi'. LabVIEW load error code 3: Could not load front panel. I don't need access to this vi's front panel, so I am wondering if it is a problem with the runtime engine and not my code. Please respond as soon as possible as this will quickly start to impact my testing schedule. Thank You.

I discussed it with my local NI technical support team. The application works without any problems now.
Basic rule: when creating an installer be sure that option "Run Time Engine xxxx" in "Additional Installers" category is checked in spite of the fact that Run Time Engine is already installed.

Tried loading several actions in PSE12, NONE work

I was previously using PSE6. Outdated, I know.
I had downloaded and was using a bunch of actions from CoffeeShopBlog, which I really love.
I upgraded to PSE12 today, mostly because not all of the CoffeeShop actions worked in 6.
I tried loading actions SEVERAL ways and with about 10 different actions. Every single time, I got an error that said "Could not load the actions because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop Elements."
Can anyone help? I'm baffled. Most of her actions are written for the NEWER versions of PSE.... yet I can't even load them and I can actually use them in PSE6 for the most part!!!
Not to mention I just spent a lot of money in order to be able to fully use these actions!

I have to do a navigation system with Lego's hardware. My English is not really well and I don't know how to install all the drivers and thinks I need to work with Lego mindstorms and Labwieu 8.5.
I have in my computer (windows vista) Labwieu 8.5 and the tool kit too. But I thinks I need to install more things because I have always warnings when I do any application (like a simple display).
With more specifications my problem is:

Compiling the above minimal c++ code into a clr dll gives the same cryptic

I am far from a .net expert or a c++ one for that matter.

Unable to load media error when trying to play a video in Sharepoint 2013

My team consistently gets an error when trying to play a video in SharePoint 2013. I can upload it, pick a thumbnail and save it. When anyone else goes to the intranet site and tries to play the video, they get a media failed to load error.
I have tried mp4 and wmv formats. I at first thought it had to do with the codec used in Camtasia to create the video, so I encoded it in Microsoft Encoder to a wmv and it still fails. All of the videos I upload fail for other users. If someone else uploads
a video, I get the error and cannot play the video. If I look at the library in Explorer, the video file is missing but the subdirectories for additional content and thumbnails are present. For the videos I upload and can play but everyone else
gets the error, I see those subdirectories as well as the video file itself.

You don't have to disable any addons or extentions!!!You guys are not going to believe this I figured out the problem it's really dumb...ok here goes the attachment uploader loads seperate so I got to thinking it's a popup so I went to options content and under block pop ups there is an option exceptions click on that and in the box type firefox.com and hit allow pow its fixed!!!!! :-)
