Error 3259 and 404?

I'm trying to download My Savior, My God by Aaron Shust... I try once and i get error 404, saying that it couldn't connect to some website. so i try again and i get error 3259. I can always keep trying to download the song until i get it, day after day, but is there any way to get around this error? i have the most recent version of itunes (7.2)
also, other songs don't have this problem.

Thought I might share this with the board...
I had problems downloading the update from apple. It would start the download and hang half way through the download and give me the fabled "Error -3259" and when I would restart the the download it would give me the error again or endlessly download the file.
I have a Belkin wireless router on a cable modem (windoze XP). I disconnected the wireless router and it downloaded without a hitch.
BTW..planning to buy an imac once leopard is announced...is it worth it to go head and buy a airport router NOW since I am upgrading all my computer equipment( good thing to put that $100 rebate)

Podcast download error codes - what do the numbers mean? 8006, 3259 and 404

While downloading podcasts I get error codes that I don't understand.

error 3259
error 404
Sometimes when I refresh the request, they download.
Also on the page showing the blue dot (meaning an unlistened podcast) there is often an exclamation point in a circle. What does that mean?

Something is a bit odd. Your line profile is set to "fast", yet you are showing FEC errors, which would imply the the line profile is "interleaved".
Perhaps it keeps switching profiles, that would make me suspect a problem in the exchange?
Have you tries resetting the home hub?

when i try to download an app or song it says cannot connect to the sotre a secure connection could not be established. PLease check your date & time settings. when i try to restore settings on itunes once it barley reachs the end of the down load it says error -3259. I need

Error 3259 and ipad 2 restore

I have an ipad 2 and the current version of itunes. All of this happened yesterday after I tried to update to the newest IOS.
The ipad screen shows the connect to itunes screen. When connected to itunes it wants to restore but wants to restore with update. Every time I run update it runs about 1/2 way and then goes to error 3259.
The itunes screen on the computer shows the ipad as n/a serial number and from the itunes menu I cannot restore it at all. The ipad hasn't been hacked and ran perfectly before I started the update yesterday morning.
Help?!?!?

Error = -3259 and Error 1479

I have been trying to download the latest update for an ipod touch and at first I got the message Error = -3259. (something about timeout) I followed 3 or 4 different instructions to fix the problem. I now have a problem in that everytime I try to download the update now, I get error message 1479. It can download anywhere up to 21mb before the message appears. Can anyone help me please?? This is driving me nuts!! Cheers

Firstly did you get a response for this
For the last three months I have been trying to download my favourite daily podcast and I always get err 3259. It is quite strange as it is only this particular podcast, others seem to work fine.
I have read many posts on this, and have tried to log in and out of itunes, I have not downloaded any anti virus software so dont think i can disable this, not sure about how to disable a firewall or if even I have one.
I connect wireless to a Belkin modem. This is my home connection so have no other intermediaries.
Nothing seems to work, all I can think I have changed in the last three months is I run my i tunes off my external hard drive.
Can anyone help me as this is my daily dose of home and my favourite radio dj's and am having withdrawals!

i do get those at work on windows and home on my mac

Changing my DNS settings worked for me (3253 errors on my MBP). I followed the instructions here:

first things first, I have read this article: Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store - Apple Support I am NOT running windows or any of the other programs listed. this article did not help my problem. so please don't tell me to read it....
okay, so the problem: I'm trying to restore my iphone 5c because I have a lot of "other" on my iphone's storage... and it also needs the software update.
I get the error 3259. r
estarted both iphone and macbook air. (ejected iphone from macbook air as well.)
disconnected and re connected the wifi on both devices.
could this be related to my massive amount of "other" files in my macbook air??? question asked about it on here: mysteriousdisk space, gibberish files?
should I just wipe my whole computer and iphone or what? this is a nightmare.

I am receiving 2 errors 500 internal server error nginx and 404 internal server error nginx

I also cannot go from and email message in outlook to the youtube website nor can I get youtube.com to come up. That page gives me a 404 internal server error nginx. Until the last few days I have been able to get to you tube and have not received these errors.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?

I can't remember which software can be causing the 500 internal server error, but it is usually caused by security software adding a proxy to monitor internet traffic

Unalble to download - error 9808 and 404

I have ben having difficulty downoading songs intermittently for the last week or so with the error 9808 coming up. I could at least download free stuff. Now I am unable to download anything at all. Same error message for song (9808), but with podcasts get err 404.
Any advice?

Amazingly, considering I am computer illiterate, I think i fixed this. I have the ONSPEED accelerator application - once turned off, everything seems to work. For now. Fingers crossed this is a permanent solution.

IOS 5 downland complete then file processing an error 3259 comes out what to do

I have trying to download IOS 5 on my Iphone , however, everytime the download is complete and file processing starts i get an error 3259 and that the connection timed out. I check my internet connection, its ok. I connected my laptop to the internet with a wire instead of using wifi, it didnt work. I tried restoring my phone than updating, but i still get them same error.
What to do?

I have tried several times to download this and get an error (3259)connection timed out, any ideas?

I use itunes all the time, I know how to download and transfer. I own video ipod 80, and I just bought an ipod shuffle. Since I bought the shuffle, itunes will not transfer all my purchases. i.e. my last order contained 43 downloads, it only transferred one song and one video from what I bought. The rest keep popping up error 3259 - and "network connection timed out"... I have done everything your site has suggested. And it has been two days now, and this is not acceptable. I want what I paid for. This has never happened before until I got the shuffle. I have updated itunes, and even redownloaded and installed, and the same crap keeps popping up. I purchased a CD off of iTunes, but everytime it goes to download the songs I get the message "Error -3259 and it says my network connection has been timed out.
