Error -39 when trying to download my own Podcast in iTunes

Hi all,
I get an unknown error (-39) when I try to download the first episode of my podcast:
http://www.pile-et-face.ch/episodes/feed.xml
* the feed is validated by the recommended web site
* I can subscribe to the Podcast in iTunes
* the podcast information on iTunes is correct
* the episode information on iTunes is correct
* I pinged the iTunes server to make sure it's got the latest changes
* someone else can actually subscribe to the podcast and download the episode
* I tried to unsubscribe and subscribe again, to no avail
Any help would be appreciated.

My problem was client related.
I couldn't download it because I had a file (*.tmp) stuck in the iTunes > Podcasts > Downloads directory for that podcast. Once I deleted that file, I could download the podcast fine.
That's abug in my book.
Where can I submit it?

    These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
    Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
    If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? (For example, 8007000B.)

    Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
    Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
    Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
    The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

    You can't use Safari to download iPad apps. Only use iTunes/App Store.
