Error 400 message

I cannot sign in to my Photoshop Elements 9 program. I get this-Photoshop.com services are currently unavailable. Please try again later or check your network connections. Error 400
I have been getting this message for months...my connection is fine. I can use the program but cannot bring up my previous work.

Thank you so much for your link. I tried everything & was unable to complete any of the steps. Step 1: I opened Organizer’s preferences>Backup/Sync & nothing loaded within this page for me to disable. There wasn't a System Tray/Notifications at the top of my screen to attempt that solution either (I am using a Mac). Step 2: When I open my Organizer I cannot find the option for Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Editor->Support Files. I searched every where. I tried opening a picture & clicking the full edit button but it only attempt to open the Editor page & quit. Step 3: I tried clicking the sharing symbol & nothing happened. Do you have any suggestions? Am I missing something?
I just don't understand how Adobe can just leave all their thousands of users high & dry like this. I have no clue what to do. My photoshop program is working fine on my laptop but the laptop is running very slow so I can't really use the program on there. Do you know what else I can try?

Since Firefox updated yesterday I cannot post on my blog - getting 'bad request error 400' message.

When I opened my blog today (more than once) the page came up but after I signed in I got a page up which says 'Bad request error 400' and I am unable to create a message or anything else. When I go back to the blog page there are no options on the top right for new post etc. This was all after Firefox automatically updated.

What version of PSE and what do you mean by "get to internet"? If this is a version of PSE that used photoshop.com, photoshop.com is gone. If you had photos there you should have received several emails about adobe moving your photos to Revel (which you can't access directly from PSE). If this is PSE 9 or 10 and you're trying to download graphics, those unfortunately were tied to photoshop.com and don't seem to be available anymore.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
I suspect that you are using a Premiere Elements version earlier than 11.
Those versions earlier than 11 are no longer associated with a Sign In. Ignore or cancel out of any messages that ask
you to Sign In. You will be able to import, edit, and export using the program.
The Sign In was associated with "photoshop.com" which has been discontinued within Premiere Elements 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Also note, that the photoshop.com plus members only content is no longer available.
The Error 400 matter is not a new one. How long have you been working with the program that is giving you this Error 400 message
today?

Add On...More details on this later if necessary, do not misunderstand any program messages that you may encounter; you do
not have to join Adobe Revel in order to use your Premiere Elements 7, 8, 9, or 10 program.

The authorization object SWDOWNLOAD (download software) is assigned to the My user ID.
But I could not download below that file.
SAP_ABA 710 (4~8)
SAP_BASIS 710 (4~8)
PI_BASIS 2006_1_710 (4~8)

Error message is 'The Request Error : 400' with SAP Download Manager
I logged on to SAP Service Marketplace, software download area /swdc.
I have created objects in the download basket and have received approvals (->Maintenance-Optimizer) where required.
I start the SAP Download Manager and the objects from the download basket are visible in the object list of the program window.
After I choose "Objects for Download", the system starts the download.
In the info-line (in the lower part of the window), the system displays the message 'Processing object...' and then 'The request failed: 400'.

In these cases the following things should be checked:
1.- Please be sure that you are using the latest Donwload Manager version
2.- S-User and password should be active
3.- Specify the proxy. Please refer to SAP Note 155954
4.- It might be that you are not licensed for the product you want to download.
If the checkings above are correct and the problem is still alive, I would recommend you to open an SAP customer message under component XX-SER-SAPSMP-SDM providing the following information:
1.- The exactly software product name and package or stack number you try to download.
2.- Attach to the message the results of the trace file generated as per note 574885:
574885 - Download Manager: Generate trace file for analysis

Photoshop.com is no longer available. The service transferred to Revel.
Ignore the sign-in altogether.
You may need to turn off Sync in Organizer prefs if you have it activated.

OK. OK. flickr? I have used Picasa from the start and love it. Its support is awesome. When will Google come out with a Elements 'killer'. With PIcasa, they're getting there. For basics, it is quicker to load, great, easier, simpler, AND catching up [read, getting better] fast! To adjust photos and email them is a cinch!
OK. While I am 'stuck' with Elements, I will just go straight to the Edit section of my Ele. 9. If it is no longer being synch'd, how can I delete the Organizer section of Ele. 9? In disgust, I want to have the least amout of Adobe crap on my system. Does Adobe have a Customer Satisfaction team? Doesn't seem like that to me. It feels like the Marie Antoinette style "Let them eat cake if they have no bread".
While I have been tempted to go for Ele. 12, after this, forget it.

I click on a link inside an email and it won't open so I can print the coupon, response is http error 400 or I have it blocked. Others in my area aren't having any problems with the same link opening but they are using IE. What's up with Firefox?

gohollywood.com, register, message came back from Hollywood Insider with a link to click on to "Download Coupon". Click on link and you should get the coupon and you print it out. All my friends have done it but I can't. I get various error messages including : "HTTP error 400 - the request is badly formed".... or you have a blocker set.....
Unless it is a Gmail/Firefox blocker or firewall, I don't have anything set up as a blocker on my email. Had a few friends go in my account on their computers and they had the same thing happen. However when they go in under their names they get to the link with no problems. HELP.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Error while configuring GCM: The push settings were not saved. Error 400

While configuring push settings for google cloud messaging in azure mobile services, i entered the server key received from google developer console.
When i try to save the entry, i get the message The push settings were not saved <mobile-serversices-site>: Error 400
I have regenerated the key multiple times but of no use.
Am I missing something? I am a paid subscriber of Azure

Sorry for the late reply. Sometimes there are transient errors in the portal that affect whether or not the settings can be saved. Also, you should make sure that you have an associated notification hub (which will show up in your push settings). If there
is no associated hub, you will always get errors when trying to configure.

PSE 7 log in error 400.

I am not able to sign into my photoshop account from the photoshop elements 7 home screen. I keep my photos on 2 seperate computers and I need them to remain in sync with each other. I am able to sign on to my account on one computer without any problems but on my second computer I am getting an error that says photoshop.com services are currently unavailable. Check your network settings or try to log on at a later time. Error 400. It had been working on both computers without any problems until recently and I don't think that I have changed any settins on my computer.
Has this happened to anyone else? How do you fix this? Please help!

I tried going to product updates under photoshop elements for windows. Under
version 7.0, I clicked on Adobe photoshop elements 7.0.3 update 4/27/2010. I
went through that and it said that the product had been successfully
updated. I tried logging on again after restarting my computer but i

I cannot open my photoshop elements 10 to edit pictures. I get a message saying that it cannot connect, error 400. I was using it last week no problem than I shut down my computer & tried to open photoshop the next day & the program wouldn't open. I've heard that this is the result of photoshop.com no longer existing. What can I do about this? There has to be a way that I can still edit my pictures. I've tried opening some .psd docs but they won't open. I tried chatting with adobe tech support & they said that they cannot help me because this is an older PSE program. System Error 400

Hi all,
I have a problem with my Nokia N95 8GB. Basically I don't seem to be able to upload photos to my Ovi album anymore. When I try to do this it tries to scale the photo and then after a few seconds I get the message 'system error 400' or something like that. I have tried several different ways of connecting to the net and this doesn't work, and have also downloaded the relevant upload software again too and this didn't work either. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
