Error 400 Problem.

I have Elements 9 and it has been working fine until I recently had work done on my computer to remove a virus. Now I cannot download backgrounds or graphics when editing my photos. I can use those that were included in the program, but none with the plus sign. Error 400 keeps popping up. I contacted Norton re any firewall issues and they said there weren't any. Window firewall is turned off. I have been going in frustrating circles trying to get help from Adobe. Does anyone have a clue as to the problem?

I am very angry about this. I feel that Adobe has just taken my money and is now dumping me! I got the email about moving photos to Revel as a sharing area. I NEVER got any information about Adobe PSE 10 no longer being available for me to use. I have an important assignment for work that I need to use PSE 10 for, and I can't even open the program.
I have seen in other forums (not at Adobe.Their forums haven't even mentioned this problem!) that you need to "stop using the Welcome Screen on a Windows 8 computer and get into the 'program files (x86)' area, and then create a short cut to the desk top". However, these instructions are not useful to me. I don't know what any of that means. Does anyone here? If so, I would be eternally grateful if those steps could be clearly put forth here, so that anyone with a 6th grade education could follow them. Thank you.

Unless it is a Gmail/Firefox blocker or firewall, I don't have anything set up as a blocker on my email. Had a few friends go in my account on their computers and they had the same thing happen. However when they go in under their names they get to the link with no problems. HELP.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

There are a few possible causes of the error. Generally speaking, you want to confirm that the network IP Address settings, Send Function Setting Tool activation, and Send-to-Email settings are all configured properly.
Please note that if in an office setting, we recommend that your IT Department/Network Administrator setup your scanning to email feature because we will not know information like your port numbers and so on.
However, whether your laser product is an office setting or setup on a personal network of your own, it is recommended to contact our technical support group to isolate the cause. At that time, it will be helpful to have initial information such as your operating system and version; if you have an on site e-mail server such as an MS Exchange server or a Domino server; or, if you are using an off-site email server such as Yahoo or Gmail.

Have trouble loading firefox get error #400 what is my problem

I do not have trouble loading Mozilla under two of our user names but when I use my user ID it will not load and comes up as a error#400. What does that mean and how can I correct this. It only been happening for about a week.

I get "bad request error 400" when I try to log on to my gmail account. Safari allows me to access the account. What's the problem?

I cannot open my gmail account on Firefox as of yesterday. I get, instead, Bad request Error 400. This is a recent devlopment and rather annoying. Safari works fine.

I checked to be sure I had internet connection and that there was no firewall blockage - what else should I do (keep it simple, please!).
I 'tried again' several times over a period of time - no change.
Also, haven't been able to find a phone number for support - any help here?

The authorization object SWDOWNLOAD (download software) is assigned to the My user ID.
But I could not download below that file.
SAP_ABA 710 (4~8)
SAP_BASIS 710 (4~8)
PI_BASIS 2006_1_710 (4~8)
SAP_BW 710 (4~8)
Error message is 'The Request Error : 400' with SAP Download Manager
I logged on to SAP Service Marketplace, software download area /swdc.
I have created objects in the download basket and have received approvals (->Maintenance-Optimizer) where required.
I start the SAP Download Manager and the objects from the download basket are visible in the object list of the program window.
After I choose "Objects for Download", the system starts the download.
In the info-line (in the lower part of the window), the system displays the message 'Processing object...' and then 'The request failed: 400'.

In these cases the following things should be checked:
1.- Please be sure that you are using the latest Donwload Manager version
2.- S-User and password should be active
3.- Specify the proxy. Please refer to SAP Note 155954
4.- It might be that you are not licensed for the product you want to download.
If the checkings above are correct and the problem is still alive, I would recommend you to open an SAP customer message under component XX-SER-SAPSMP-SDM providing the following information:
1.- The exactly software product name and package or stack number you try to download.
2.- Attach to the message the results of the trace file generated as per note 574885:
574885 - Download Manager: Generate trace file for analysis

PSE 7 log in error 400.

I am not able to sign into my photoshop account from the photoshop elements 7 home screen. I keep my photos on 2 seperate computers and I need them to remain in sync with each other. I am able to sign on to my account on one computer without any problems but on my second computer I am getting an error that says photoshop.com services are currently unavailable. Check your network settings or try to log on at a later time. Error 400. It had been working on both computers without any problems until recently and I don't think that I have changed any settins on my computer.
Has this happened to anyone else? How do you fix this? Please help!

I tried going to product updates under photoshop elements for windows. Under
version 7.0, I clicked on Adobe photoshop elements 7.0.3 update 4/27/2010. I
went through that and it said that the product had been successfully
updated. I tried logging on again after restarting my computer but i
continue to get the same error.
I can't log into my account. Is there anything else you can suggest?

On Firefox 3.6.x on Mac and Windows, Google Analytics tracking code leads to an Error 400 page

Our business sent out an email campaign that has several links containing Google Analytics tracking code in the URL.
In the tracking code, which is automatically generated via the email campaign software, is an em-dash. The URLs works in every browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Windows) and in older versions of FireFox. They do not work in 3.6.x versions of FireFox in both Mac and Windows.
As a result, when customers click on a link in the email, they get a page that says "HTTP Error 400 - request is badly formed" because FireFox interprets the em-dash as garbage.
Once this error occurs none of the pages in the site can be accessed unless a specific cookie is removed.
Seeing how many people do not know how to clear cookies - it is especially cryptic in the Windows version of FF 3.6.10 - what are the chances that there will be a release of Firefox to remedy this problem? And is there anything else that could be done?

Weird. We are having this same problem as well. Ours happens in Chrome as well. What I have figured out is -at least for us - is its somethign to do with the Google Analytics tracking cookie on our site. If I go to cookies and then delete the _umtz cookie, the site will load fine. In the time being I have set "pageTracker._setCampaignTrack(false); " in our tracking code to keep the script from dropping the cookie in users browsers.

I cannot open my photoshop elements 10 to edit pictures. I get a message saying that it cannot connect, error 400. I was using it last week no problem than I shut down my computer & tried to open photoshop the next day & the program wouldn't open. I've heard that this is the result of photoshop.com no longer existing. What can I do about this? There has to be a way that I can still edit my pictures. I've tried opening some .psd docs but they won't open. I tried chatting with adobe tech support & they said that they cannot help me because this is an older PSE program. Rest API v1 Getting Error 400 bad Request

we have a very strange problem. We are using a custom JAVA WebDynpro UI for doing our approval workflows, and are making an upgrade from NW Version 7.0 to 7.31 (finally ). We have upgraded the DEV System without any troubles everything works fine with NW 7.31.
In the PROD IDM we have this scenario:
We have a Sandbox NW UI that was now upgraded to 7.31 and the PROD UI which still runs on 7.0. Both UIs have the PROD IDM DB linked.
There are several approval steps with a custom Request Object in our workflows.
Some approval steps work without any problems with the 7.31 UI, but in some steps we geht the Error 400 bad request from the REST Interface.
When I approve the same approval with the 7.0 UI it works fine. We also debugged the REST Call, which is sent to the rest service and can't find any differences, it looks like this:

It is strange that one approval task works and the other not, so I think the problem might not be in the NW Configuration?

System Error 400

Hi all,
I have a problem with my Nokia N95 8GB. Basically I don't seem to be able to upload photos to my Ovi album anymore. When I try to do this it tries to scale the photo and then after a few seconds I get the message 'system error 400' or something like that. I have tried several different ways of connecting to the net and this doesn't work, and have also downloaded the relevant upload software again too and this didn't work either. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Starting Broadcaster - getting Error 400

Hi Experts,
we're on BW 7.3 using WAD 7.0 template.
In this web template I call launch broadcaster, setting with no wizard and current template.
On development it works, on Q not. The Broadcaster setting window doesn't open, instead I get Error 400 bad HTTP Request..
The strange thing I can broadcast the web template from WAD using 'Publish', but not in the portal, pressing the button to launch broadcaster.
Maybe an authorization problem?
ST03 trace turned out with no problems.
Any idea is welcome.
