Error 400 when sharing calendar

I am trying to share my calendars so that I can display them in a calendar application on my kindle.  I am using my google email address for the share.  I can get one of my calendars to display but when I try to add another I get the following error:
Has anyone else seen this?  Is there anything I can do to get around it?

I have the same problem. Is it occurring ony with 7.1; if so, can one go back to earlier software versions?
Hi and Welcome to the Community!
I suggest this thread:
http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Desktop-Software-for-PC/Cleanly-quot-Starting-Over-quot-with-...
It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.
Good luck!

I get this error message when sharing my iMovie project:

I've tried saving to a different location on my HD, I've tried reducing the res (I tried the three highest res as this is for a tv monitor) of the exported movie, I've repaired permissions.  I exported this projecet perfectly the first time I made it - I need to change one thing in it and now get this!

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....
Where do Your material come from
    • Camera
    • External hard disk
    • USB-memory
And all are connected so that iMovie can find it ?

  • Why can't I access my Blogger account and publish a blog? I get 'Bad Request Error 400" when I try.

When I tried this morning to publish my latest blog post the message 'Bad Request Error 400' came up on the screen. It seems other bloggers have been having the same problem today. I have subsequently tried to access my google blogger account through firefox but each time I do so the same message appears 'Bad Request Error 400'. What if anything do I need to do about it? Is the problem your end or is it a google problem?

I was re-decorating my blogger .. then I got the 'Bad Request Error 400' ..  I re-formatted my computer, reloaded all .. I can now access my Blogger sites .. Don't know what the problem is/was, but I solved it by reloading my computer to Out-of-Box condition, and all is perfect now  .. I have an alert set up for this Error 400 .. Masses of people are having problems daily ..

  • Unknown error 400 when updating apps through iTunes.

I have been getting an error message 400 when trying to update apps from the app store on my macbook. I can only update them from my iphone. I am able to purchase and download the original apps as well as music and movies. Are there any fixes for this issue? I do not have this problem on my imac.
    Thanks

I had the same problem and after a full day on the phone with Apple, there was no solution. Then, I tripped over it! The issue was with a third party program that was supposed to be allowing all traffic, but wasn't. The program is NetBarrier and once it was removed and my MacBook Pro was rebooted, all was great. The iMac wasn't affected (in my case) because I never installed that program on the iMac.
I blogged it here: http://www.wickedblog.com/2010/03/23/itunes-wont-update-apps-itunes-error-400/. I hope this helps others avoid hours of searching.

  • IDVD error message when sharing from imovie

    1. When "sharing" from imovie to idvd, error message appears reading: "unable to publish project due to error-41."
    2. Successfully "shared" once, with the first clip upside down.
    Thank you for your insights.

    Hi
Most probably it's the Start-Up/Boot/Mac OS hard disk that has less than 5Gb free space.
To let iDVD run OK - This Start-up hard disk should have 25Gb or more due to that
Your Mac is running a sort of UNIX (Mac OS) and this makes Mac OS and iDVD to use
lot's of temp files - AND they can not be addressed to any other hard disk at all.
More RAM - will not help
External/Second hard disk will if You first formatte it as Mac OS Extended and
move material over to this (or use it as Start-up hard disk)
External Start-up hard disk must be FireWire - NO USB2 will do this.
Must be Mac OS Extended formatted
Western Digital - My Book Serie - Can't do this.
My Lacie - works gladly as secondary start-up hard disk.

I 'tried again' several times over a period of time - no change.

  • Error 400 when attempting to update Apps

Hi there. I have been getting an unknown error 400 whenever I try to update my apps. I can't find any information online about how to fix this. Does anybody have any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Cian

    Try this.
Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again.
If you are not using iOS 6 go to Settings>Store>Apple ID.

  • Receiving Error 400 when signing into Photoshop Elements 9

Can anyone help me migrate a Photoshop.com account to Adobe Revel? I'd greatly appreciate it!

    Hi Karla,
Photoshop.com service was shut down about 2 years ago and you can't sign in to it anymore - which is why you get the Error 400.  Photoshop.com was replaced by Revel and there is as limited free version available to all Adobe users.
If you had a photoshop.com account, live in the US, and did not opt out of the migration, all your photoshop.com images would have migrated over to Revel. I do not see an account associated with the email you use for this forum - you need to sign in to Revel with the same credentials that you used with your photoshop.com account.
Integration between Revel and Photoshop Elements did not happen until Elements 11 so you cannot do a direct sync with Elements 9. You can thought upload your images through a web browser to Revel.
Here is a link that can help you set up to sync with Revel from Elements 11 and up:

  • Error 400 when clicking on Monster job listings.

All versions of Firefox loaded since March 2010 have this problem. Cannot load Monster job details after clicking on the job link. Browser responds with Error 400. Must copy job link, then paste into IE.

Hi - I tried what you recommended. No change.
I did notice for Normal mode and Safe mode, the very first time that I click on a job listing, the listing will display normally. However, all subsequent clicks on that job link or any job link will come back with "Error 400. Your browser sent an invalid request."
For example, the first time I click on a job link, the address window shows a normal internet address, and will display correctly:

  • Error 1550 when syncing Calendar

    Hello MacRumors,
When I open the Calendar app it does not sync with iCloud. It shows a ! next to the iCloud title.
When I click on this a popup appears that reads:
I only get this problem when the Calendar app is syncing. My phone and icloud.com sync properly with eachother. Does anyone know why this is happening.
Please let me know if you need logs or any other information.
    Thanks!

    Hello popejpg,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
There is a great article for troubleshooting the iCloud calendar on your computer, named iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Calendar found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3999. These steps in particular is what I would recommend:
    General Troubleshooting
Make sure there are no current issues listed on the System Status that affect iCloud Calendar. The System Status is located on the iCloud Support webpage.
Make sure you have fully enabled iCloud Calendar for the client you are using (for more setup and troubleshooting information on iOS, OS X, Windows and iCloud.com, see the additional details below).
Check to see if the issue you are seeing is covered in iCloud Help. To search iCloud Help, visit help.apple.com/icloud.
Check your settings and preferences as something may not be set up correctly. For example, having incorrect date and time settings can cause issues which are easily resolved by entering the appropriate settings.
Troubleshooting Calendar on OS X Mountain Lion (iCal on OS X Lion)Note: For instructions on setting up iCloud Calendar with Calendar or iCal on your Mac, see iCloud Setup. If you are having trouble with Calendar or iCal on a Mac and you are using iCloud Calendar, try each of these steps, testing after each to see if the issue is resolved:
Make sure you are using OS X Lion v10.7.2 or later. Click here for help verifying the version of OS X you are using.
Make sure your computer is online. Attempt to view www.apple.com and iCloud.com. If you can't connect to the Internet, your iCloud calendars and events will not update in iCal. Click here for more information about troubleshooting your Internet connection.
Verify that your iCloud member name is entered into the iCloud Preference pane in System Preferences. See iCloud Setup for more information about setting up iCloud on a Mac.
Make sure you enter and update calendar information in the iCloud section of Calendar or iCal. Only calendars and events in the iCloud section of the Calendar or iCal Calendar list will be pushed to iCloud. Both Calendar and iCal for the Mac support the display of and interaction with multiple accounts and datastores, for example, iCloud, On My Mac, Exchange, Google, and so on. This makes it easy to create or modify events or calendars in a section of  Calendar or iCal that may not be updating iCloud. Learn more about moving local calendars to iCloud.
In some cases, you may find that you have data duplicated in both the local On My Mac and the iCloud sections of Calendar or iCal. Learn more about resolving this issue.
You can make the iCloud calendar your default calendar for all new events. In Calendar on OS X Mountain Lion, choose Calendar > Preferences > General, or in OS X Lion, choose iCal > Preferences > Generaland under the Default Calendar heading, select one of the Calendars under the iCloud heading. Close the Preferences window to save this change.
If recent changes simply don't appear, try forcing Calendar or iCal to refresh by selecting Refresh All from theCalendar menu.
Make sure your account was successfully created in Calendar on your Mac (or iCal). After upgrading to iCloud Calendar, you may need to quit and reopen Calendar (or iCal). To confirm your account is configured correctly in iCal:
    Open Calendar (or iCal).
    Open Calendar (or iCal) Preferences.
Click Accounts. You should see an account with your iCloud member name entered.
Turn iCloud Calendars off and back on
    Quit Calendar (or iCal).
Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences > iCloud.
Remove the checkmark in the checkbox next to Calendars.
Close System Preferences and wait about a minute.
Open System Preferences and choose iCloud.
Replace the checkmark next to Calendars.
    Close System Preferences.
Open Calendar (or iCal) and test to see if the issue has been resolved.
Restart your computer. This may sound simple, but it does reinitialize your network and application settings and can frequently resolve issues.
