Error 4005 while restore. any help please?

i have iphone 4 ios 7.0 .
after replaced charger dock , turned on the iphone and it was stuck on apple .
then must make restore , i put the iphone on recovery mode , now there is 2 situations:
1 . when i make shift+restor for ios 7.0 firmware , i always get error 3194, even if i delete the apple line from the hosts file , or even if i remove the hosts file from its folder.
2. when i make restore + update for ios 7.0.2, get error 4005 .
i have windows 7 64bit , i tried also from old pc with windows xp 32bit, same error . i tried delete all backup files, same error .
i tried repair apple mobile support from control panel , same.
what can i do ????
please help me.

try to update over the air by using wifi..
go to settings > about phone > software update
or use this software instead..

Hi, as no response from anyone and the issues still causing problems this morning, I uninstalled Muse and Re-installed. Seems to work ok now. Hope that helps anyone else with same issue.

Thank you for the note - I have seen similar replies on other posting errors and I see how that could make sense. The thing is, my iPhone is not jailbroken - it is from an authorized distributor. However, when I told them about the "no service" problem on the sim, they were unable to assist. Then my phone messaged that an itunes restore was required - so I did that, several times, to the error message now noted on my post. I wonder if there is some other way to over-write this message? Thanks very much.

It's almost impossible to say whether it's the battery or something else. If you're running 6.0.1 and you've done a restore and set it up as new, there are no other software updates to try.
If there's no Apple Store near you, contact Apple Care. If you can't wait for a replacement phone, you may be able to get an express replacement (they ship you the replacement before you ship them yours, but they will put a hold on your credit card until yours is in their hands).

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Are you following these instructions.
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

are you trying to restore defaults through itunes?
try rebooting the device and try it again. this usually works. memory is required for it to restore.

This phone was new. And it was sealed from the box that was closed. And the backup was on my laptop. And this icloud account was saved by mistake on my laptop.
