Error 4251 - Please help!

Question

Does anyone have a difinitive fix for error 4251 CD burning issue? How do I correct this?
Here are my itunes cd/dvd diagnostics:

The last failed audio CD burn had error code 4251(0x0000109b). It happened on drive E: PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-106D on CDR media at speed 16X.

set your burning speed slower instead of fastest.
