Hi the error message posted shows some problem with the permissions
Before trying any solutions
Can you please tell if you are installing the PSE9 from the disc or the downloaded files?
Also if you have full permissions to install on this machine, like you are installing it as Standard User or the Admnistrator???

Apply all updates for Office. There should be an item named "Microsoft AutoUpdate" in your Applications folder. Run the app and let it download and install the updates it finds. If you're multiple updates back, you'll need to repeat the process after each update until it tells you that the software is up to date.

Error message when installing ipod on my mac mini:
"You cannot install ipod on this volume. This installer does not contain support for your system language."
This is the message I get when I try to load from the cd or the net the ipod software on my mac mini. As far as I am aware my language is set to english.
Any ideas?

- Click the Apple logo and run Software Update. Update everything. Restart.
- If this still doesn't solve the problem, install Cocktail. Cocktail is a maintenance program for your Mac. You can install it here:
http://www.macosxcocktail.com/
In Cocktail, run the"Pilot" option. After it is finished, restart.

Okay so i'm doing everything exactly as i know to be right, and i'm getting this error message Error: 0x8007045D when it starts copying files, during the installation, is there something wrong with my friends DVD drive or something, cause i've already installed it on my mac perfectly fine, first try..... I recently did a system update and installed Yosemite on my Mac. Now I am unable to open CS5 at all. The error message I get is this: "To open Adobe Photoshop CS5.1, you need to install legacy Java SE 6 runtime." I have tried downloading this and it still gives me the same mess
In the details it is mentioned that it is an outdated version of Java.
Is this a security risk that i need to live with to get CS5 to run with Yosemite?
Also i need to reject messages from Java in the future about updates, or not?

Please helpThat is correct Das_Sad. CS2 will not run on Intel based processors under Mac OS. You will need to find a Mac computer with a PowerPC processor if you wish to run Creative Suite 2.

Installing Elements 11 on Mac 10.8.2. Need help with install error: Setup wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this." After entering Adobe password, nothing happens. Locked from further installation. Any ideas? Adobe phone support could not help.
Just before letting changes (installation in this case) be made on the system, Mac OS prompts for password & this has to be the Mac system password. This password prompt is the system's own native prompt & would accept the system password only. Please make sure it is the right system password (all/admin rights) and the installaion should run.

i have erase my all data and now i m going to re-install OS from (command +r) internet recovery its OS X Loin (10.7).
it successfully download additional components from internet and then during installing OS an error display on screen

I have an error when installing apps on my mac from the apple store. It says "return to the purchase page and try again"... I think it is something to do with the installation process itself. I have tried to clear apple store cache, restarted apple store from debug menu, double checked my apple id account and etc..but doesn't work anyway.
I'm having the same problem and went as far as to delete and reinstall the AppStore and still no dice.

I have a mac book pro (lap top) and it’s version is 10.6.8.i want to up grade it to 10.9.2. version .i downloaded version from apple store twice and it is un able to installing; give me error massage of installing.the error has not any number and it says :installation can not be complete with a red sign. please say the solution.also how i can get the 7.0.0. version up date from apple store . i searched very much but i did not find the version .What MacBook Pro model do you have? Check the apple, left side of the menu bar, About This Mac, More Info, System Report, Hardware and then the Model Identifier...has to be at least MacBook Pro3,1 to install Mavericks.
